Salve a tutti. Sono nuovo del forum.in precedenza avevo Adobe Digital Edition 3.0 su Windows XP, ed avevo acquistato 8 libri.Ora ho anche un altro computer con Windows 10, su cui ho installato la versione 4.5; con mia sorpresa però, nonostante abbia effettuato l'autorizzazione del nuovo computer con lo stesso account Adobe, la nuova versione 4.5 di Adobe Digital Edition su Windows 10, non mi fa vedere nessuno deglio 8 libri acquistati che continuano però ad essere visibili sul computer con Windows XP con la versione 3.0.Qualcuno può aiutarmi a risolvere questo fastidioso problema?Grazie anticipatamente a coloro che potranno/vorranno contribuire a darmi una mano!!!Francesco

Ik wil mijn oude boeken op de nieuwe laptop lezen d.m.v. gebruik te maken van reader voor pc of een dergelijk programma,maar sommige boeken vereisen een adobe id.Ik ben mijn wachtwoord vergeten en het e-mail adres is inmiddels ook veranderd, waardoor ik niet meer kan inloggen.wie weet een oplossing hiervoor???

I've gone onto my Harlequin account today after years , so due to the new computer I've got I had to download the Adobe digital edition again , and noted that my password was not working , so created another , now I'm unable to verify my computer on the adobe digital edition as it keep on stating : The Vendor account you entered is not associated withe the item you are trying to open  , please help , I can't remember any previous passwords[Moved from the non-technical Lounge to the specific Program forum... When I try to download a library book on my Kobo reader, I keep getting this message. First it tells me to change the computer's authorization to be associated with an Adobe ID. When I click on authorize after logging in, the message keeps telling my "you can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile device. I have no idea what this means. Help!

When I try to authorize my new computer with my AdobeID, it gives me this message:"You can only authorize this computer with an AdobeID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices. Please try again."It says nothing further and I have no idea what it's talking about since I have only ever authorized my AdobeID with one computer, and that was my old MacBook which I have now replaced. So, what do I need to do to get my current compute replaced? The chat support was totally useless and just sent me here.

I am experiencing  " Missing Original File" when opening an ebook under ePubCan someone help please

I haven't used my Nook in a few months, but it worked perfectly the last time I transferred items over from ADE to it. I've been transferring both epubs from Netgalley and Overdrive.Today, I went to clean it up and transfer some new library books to my Nook, and I started having trouble. I can't remember the order of things, but I started getting an error that one of the books was corrupt and I needed to run chkdsk. Then I disconnected my Nook, and all of the books and files from ADE were gone from the Nook.After that, There was an issue for a bit where my PC wouldn't recognize the Nook, but I finally got it to recognize there were errors on the drive and it repaired them.But now, when I go into ADE, it auto closes when I try to do anything with the Nook - even view it. I was able to transfer two of my new library books over, but that's it. Nothing else. It just closes. It's still showing all of the old titles as being in the nook library, but they all have a "Missing" banner on them -

Every time I rent an ebook from my library I can't open it on my nook. It says "This book is not on record, Loan has been returned. " I just checked this book out and uploaded it in epub format! Last time it was the adobe registration giving me problems; is it the same thing this time? I called barnes and noble, they suggested wiping the nook.I also tried removing the book on my nook and Adobe Digital Editions and uploading it again but that didn't work either. By this point I am considering replacing the nook but I can't tell if that would help.

My experience with ADE is so bad I will be abandoning it and telling anyone else who seeks my advice that they should not even consider ADE as an option.  Find another way.I use a Mac.  The full story is not worth the effort it would take to tell so suffice it to say that I am shocked Adobe has put their name on this piece of junk and even more surprised that people actually use it.  There are plenty of comments on the forum about how bad it is.  Scrolling through pages is a nightmare, like watching a snail crawl up the screen.  Zoom control is laughable.  And if you can't scroll at your desired pace or zoom the contents as needed to fit and be read at the same time, does anything else matter?  If it does, you will find yourself equally disappointed in those areas too.  I will be uninstalling this piece of junk tonight.  I regret that I gave Adobe my email address when they forced me to create a login in order to get access.  I urge you

I have a new computer/new software and want to use my current digital ID. I have the password, just can't find the ID# in my account.  I am unable to browse for my digital ID because I have a new computer.

Hi there, i'm missing my book from my library. See to have it on the iPad version but not my phone app. Any suggestions ?

I have contacted at least 7 different people from Adobe support who have not given me a single solid answer, or even a why or who to contact.I made the mistake of authorizing the ADE on a school computer. This computer uses virtual machines.I am trying to lift this authorization as I log back into the same computer station I was in. I cannot, it says invalid credentials.I changed my password, used the new password. Same thing.4 of those 7 people told me to come here, so here I am.How do authorize my personal computer, because now it just gives me an error that there are too many people trying to activate the same thing. I understand that because I already authorized a different computer. I tried logging back into the computer where I first authorized, but there's a software on there that deletes everything you do every time you log out - so that's out of the options.I need this resolved, please anyone. Digital Editions is niet verkrijgbaar in de Windows Store , dus als ik een computer heb met Windows S , kan ik D E  niet downloaden , maar dat betekend , dat ik geen e-books kan lenen uit de E-book bibliotheek. De bibliotheek ziet ook geen oplossing , iemand wel ? Kom D E nog naar de Windows store

Hi,We're having issues with opening e-books in Adobe Digital Editions. When you try to open them the whole program just freeze and never really gets anywhere from there. The 'Getting Started with Adobe Digital Editions' opens up fine but the other ones won't work at all.Anyone who knows what could be the issue here? Any tips are greatly appreciated.Best regardsErik

Dispongo de ID de Adobe, pero ADE 4.5,  instalado en mi PC no conecta con mi e-reader y no puedo transferir libros desde dicho programa. Mi ereader es un PRS-T1 de Sony y está actualizado. Estaba utilizando "Reader for PC", me quedó obsoleto y gracias a la instalación de ADE, "Reader for PC" ha vuelto a reconocer mi e-reader, pero no el programa de ADE. Preferiria trabajar exclusivamente con Adobe Digital Edition

every time I try to open a file its show me the error message can anyone explain?

I try to delete items but when I later attempt to transfer new items the, supposedly, deleted items return and will be transferred instead of the required new items. I have removed Digital Editions and re-installed but this has no effect. Can anyone help?

I use Ubuntu. I prefer Ubuntu. I can't afford a new machine with windows or OSX....  I have to use someone else's computer to borrow a library book.Why isn't there a version of digital editions for Linux?Also, I commented on another thread that I also want a version for Linux and the moderator rejected my comment.What's up with that?  It's not like I was rude...Why was the moderator?
