Buenas tardes, ADE no me permite descargar ningún libro. Los comprados ayer ni los comprados en los últimos años! Me da Error Check Activation. EN TODOS MIS DISPOSITIVOS: MAC, PC, iPad, etc. Incuido una PC nueva (virgen) que nunca tuvo el ADE instalado. Ahora tengo TODOS mis libros CAUTIVOS. No puedo descargar ninguno. Hello.  I keep getting the above error when trying to open an ebook with ADE. I think it may be because I first opened it on my work computer, and mistakenly selected authorize without ID only for that computer.  How do I remove my work computer as a counted device?

I'm not sure if this is a Kobo Glo issue or an Adobe Digital Edition (I have Version 4.5) issue but I downloaded Overdrive in July last year. I've had no issues with it until this morning when I downloaded some books and tried to put them on my Kobo via ADE. They went onto my device but when I tried to open them it said something like I don't have permission to read them.I deleted the books off my Kobo, returned them to Overdrive in ADE, and deleted them off my downloads on the computer.  I re-borrowed them from Overdrive but now every time I go into ADE, there are books I downloaded and returned months ago and nothing will go over to my Kobo any more. I tried doing a factory reset on my Kobo, downloaded an earlier version of ADE, erased Authorization and re-Authorized, uninstalled and re-installed the version I already have, no avail.I can't find any information about other people having the same problem with the old books continually appearing every time I go into ADE and I don'

Why can't I download my ebooks on my tablet but only on my laptop?

I have recently installed Adobe Digital Editions app on my iPad and authorised the iPad.i tried to open a library book I had downloaded using ADE on my desktop with Windows 7.i copied the pub file to Dropbox on my desktop and then on my iPad I exported it it and opened it in ADE (a new icon had been added).The book was now shown in ADE on the iPad.However, there seemed to be no way to open and read it.was I doing this correctly?Advice appreciated.David

Dears,Anybody can help me with this mess.I can't access the ebook on both devices with ADE. First I have authorized the laptop with my adobe ID.Second, I have authorized the mobile with my adobe ID.Third, I downloaded the book from the book issuer on my laptop.BUT, whenever I try to add the downloaded ebook to ADE, it gives me error: the LIC_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER, because I was able to read the book when I authorized the laptop without adobe ID, before. so now I can't access the book with any authorization on any device.Please help

Hello,When download e-books, the app (on i-phone) freezes. I tried almost everything, like uninstalling the app and reinstall it, but did not work. Freezes in the same point as in the begining... Maybe is a problem with my ID, but chat person sent me to the forrum to find answer to my issue....

One of my eBooks was authorised using a secondary AdobeID. It will not open on my device though my two accounts are synchronised. Please advise.

Specs: ADE 4.5.4Windows 10 and Apple MacBook Pronook 1st edition (color led on bottom)Overdrive app installed on laptopsAs recent as Dec 2016, I was able to select books from public library using Overdrive and download into ADE. Using a sync cable, I could transfer the book to an authorized 1st Edition nook for reading. I use this nook for outdoor reading given it has e-ink screen. Recently, I can download the books to ADE, transfer to the nook but cannot open the book from the device.I checked the authorization numbers and they are the same on all devices. I have even reinstalled the software to the two laptops. The nook has not had a software update in years and I am confident it is not the issue.I suspect the issue is related to the license permission with DRM files. Could be I have accessed it too many times troubleshooting. I have searched the forums for my issue and there are similar but not same issues. I need help!

I have bought a new computer and intend to move the old digital Editions and all library settings to the new one. Please advice me!

I keep getting "E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR" I have tried all of the trouble shooting techniques. I'm on a mac. Any other advice? THIS IS POSSIBLY THE WORST SOFTWARE THAT I HAVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF USING. Hi.  We currently have two readers and a PC attached to the account.  Old devices are long gone.  I know I am supposed to contact you to have the Activation counter reset but I seem to be caught in a support loop and I'm unsure how to open a support case.  Can you help?

I have been going around in circles for HOURS . Running Windows 10 and using Explorer.  I just switched to a new computer, so I'm thinking maybe that has something to do with the problem (?)I downloaded an ebook - EPUB file form my library and cannot open it in ADE. So far I have:1.  Uninstalled/reinstalled ADE both newest AND older version2. Verified that Time/date etc were correct on PC3. Unauthorized/reauthorized ADE4. Connected Kindle5. Deleted and downloaded ebook multiple timesand all combinations of above.I am continuously getting errors from everywhereA. Upon reauthorizing ADE - they are asking for a VENDOR ID.... wtf?B. When I enter my Adobe ID/password it  says " The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open"C. Trying to open an old ebook in ADE; I get an error saying "The document is licensed for another user account"I've searched far and wide for answers to no avail and I'm just about ready to give up.Does anyone have a

I have an account through ADE and the associated email address is no longer in use nor can I access it to find out my forgotten password.  I need this because I cannot use my ADE on the computer with the current KOBO that I have.  Can someone please advise me on how to contact someone to find out my password in order to delete my account!  Appreciated.

HiI bought some architectural e-books, monographs earlier.Once I upgraded my ADE to the version 4.5.4, but i find it very uncomfortable to read/view my e-books. No option to have a double page view, no hand tool to navigate.In the previous version of ADE all was better, i installed the ADE 3.0 but it cannot open my books. it says, e adept internal error.Any solution?thank you

Hello,     I just downloaded Adobe Digital Editions so I could read an epub book I bought from Dover publications. After getting Adobe Digital set up as the default (it kept trying to open the book with Adobe Reader), my book is not coming up. I go to the website, click epub to download the book, it asks will I let Adobe Digital make changes to my hard drive, do I accept the terms and conditions, then downloads something (I'm assuming the book) every single time. I actually had 6 separate files listed in my computer saying I had downloaded the book. But whenever I open Adobe Digital editions it just says the only thing I have downloaded is the instructions booklet! Any idea what is going on? Or do I have to contact Dover & see if I can return an ebook?

Wer kann nach der Fehlermeldung s.o. den Zähler zurücksetzen?Ich finde keinen Zugang zum Support, es kommt immer die Schleife: Hilfe bei Support, dann die Fragen um was es sich handelt (Produkt Adobe Digital Edition) nicht dabei, dann zur Hilfe die einen wieder auf Suppot verweist. Finder man den Button "Chat" wird man wieder zu Support weitergeleitet u.s.w.Ich finde niemanden der mir Hilfe anbieten kann. Selbst bei Google kommen immer nur "Dies ist die richtige Antwort" mit einem Link und dann landet man wieder bei Suppot.Es ist zum Verzweifeln.Kann mir jemand wirklich helfen?Ich freue mich auf eine Antwort.Benno

I have installed adobe digital editions newly in my pc. I can read my old books, but when I want open a new link to open a new book my windows can't detect adobe digital editions to open this file.

Hi,I have downloaded the 4.5.4 version of Digital Editions on my Iphone 6. I have authorized the device and then, my ebooks appeared.For some of them, I could see the logo to download or something was running. But from this step, the app is not interactive. I can't open any documents. Sometimes the app is closing with no notification. Sometimes, the app is empty and no functionality is available.I can't find any solution by myself.
