Adobe Digital edition  is frozen and crashing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling

Olá, eu comprei um e-book no google play e exportei ele pro ADE mas não sei como consigo passar o e-book do digital editions para o kindle, pensei que seria automático mas não foi. Podem me ajudar em como realizar esse procedimento? O arquivo é protegido por DRM. Fico no aguardo, obrigada.

I don't remember my password; when I try to reset it, Adobe sends an email to an email address that no longer exists. They don't even bother asking the question "is the email address still valid?". So, what do I do now? Consider my books definitively lost?

Currently when viewing a publication guide in Adobe Digital Editions I cannot view the full page.  There is a lot of content on each page that is hidden from my view at the bottom.  It does not allow me to scroll up or down and the options under the reading tab do not allow me to zoom in or out.  There are not many options available to me in the toolbar so I've examined them all and have found nothing.The file  is .epub - anyone else come across this problem and any solutions?

I use DE on an iPad to download and read books from the Internet Archive. This works well for many, but a large number are unreadable. Is there a fix that I need to use? Were some files intended for an older version of DE?

Hello there. I'm trying to use Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 i downloaded for free, i created an ID using facebook account, but i don't know what to use for ID for my authentication on my pc 

i have been all over the adobe site trying to find an answer to no avail I have kobo books purchased books online thru my iPhone just to find that I needed adobe digital editions to read same I can log in via Facebook on the adobe digital thingy but I have no idea what the password actually is I know my Facebook password but it don't work with the corresponding email the only way to change password on the adobe app is if you know the current one and when I click forgot password it gives me a page not found error omg now what do I do

I lost access to all the books in my library, since every time I try to open one I get errors. I tries to follow the steps suggested for those kinds of errors, but they entail withdrawing the authorizatio to Adobe DE and it does not allow me to do that, either. Whay should I do?

Hola, he estado usando Adobe Digital Editions sin problema y muy buen resultado, pero he tenido que formetear mi ordenador y al volver a instalarlo, ya no me deja añadir ningun libro que me descargue. He intentado borrar mi autorizacíon para luego autorizarla otra vez, pero la contraseña que utilizo para entrar en la pagina web no me sirve para borrar mi autorización.Como puedo resolverlo, por favor a ver si me podeis ayudar.Gracias

Unable to download digital ebooks using Digital Editions and (.acsm) file.  Get error "License Server CommunicationUnable to download digital ebooks using Digital Editions and (.acsm) file.  Get error "License Server Communication Problem:E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT" Last successful processing of a .acsm file was on November 8th. Have installed latest Digital Editions, rebooted, disabled VPN, disabled my firewall on my computer. Remove a ebook that was already downloaded and attempted to re-down load. I have de-authorized the computer and re-authorized it. My computer runs windows 11. I have also tried on my windows 10 computer with no change.Replaced both my router and my cable modem. No change. COX is my internet provider. I have tried connected via the hotspot mode on my cell phone then via T-Mobile. This bypasses my local network, my router and COX my ISP. No change. I still get the "License Server Communication Problem:E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT"

Adobe Digital Editions error: I have reached the max, how can I solve this?

I got E_ADEPT_INTERNAL these days when trying to download new ebooks I bought, also, when I trying to redowload the existing ebook, the E_ADEPT_INTERNAL was also appearing. I've tried the solutions in the support center, and of course they are not working. Does the issue occur from the Adobe services?

I have a library of ebooks/pdfs that we would like to distribute securely online. I would like to use Adobe DRM solutions for distribution. I are not sure how to proceed with this, but based on looking at the site it might be possible to do this via Adobe Digital Edition and Content Server. Hoping for assistance on the solution and the way to move forward.

I am very frustrated with Adobe Digital Editions at this time.  When trying to read a book from my library on my ereader (Kobo Glo) I continue to get the message "Oops! This document couldn't be opened.  This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID.  Please sign-in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again."I have followed all of the instructions and I have even reinstalled the app onto my computer.  When I check the authorization it is attached to my library card.  Can someone please help me.  I have several books checked out at this time and cannot read them on my ereader.Thank you

How can we add our books (for which our institution owns the copyright) to ADE and share it with our librray patrons?

Auch hier kein Download bestehender Bücher oder neuer Bücher möglich, kein Zugriff auf über 100 BücherBeim Hinzufügen oder Herunterladen kommt immer E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT egal, ob auf 2  verschieden Windows Maschinen oder Android auch aus verschiedenen Netzwerken und Internetanbietern Version 4.5.11.187303 Support verweist nur ans Forum und kann nicht helfen, was für einen Anbieter eines DRM problematisch ist, dass es hier im Forum bis dato auch keine Lösungsvorschläge oder Hilfe seitens Adobe gibt.Bitte um schnellstmögliche Behebung

Quelqu'un a enfin trouvé une solution? J'ai parlé avec Adobe, impossible de réinitialiser mon ID. Ça fait deux semaines que je suis avec Adobe et rien n'y fait. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé le logiciel, car il disait que le DRM n'était pas autorisé. À force de refaire et refaire et les mêmes étapes, je ne peux plus autoriser ma liseuse. 

 Est-ce que vous pouvez m'aider, j'ai toujours ce problème et j'aimerais le réglér une fois pour toute. C'est donc bien difficile de contacter ADOBE quand on a un problème. Et je ne parle pas en anglais. Merci. 

Even after reading the 'use Bluefire reader' reply, the problem persists. I get this error message when I triy to open a acsm book I bought.Additionel info is a link: http://acs/pageplace.de/fulfillment/Fulfill. That results in an acsm  download that I cannot open. My problem is with ascm files - some 30 of them which I bought in Italy  I tried to re-download the book I wanted to open again, nothing. I tried to open it with bluefire reader on my tablet, nothing. I chatted with support and they changed some c++ files, but the problem persisted. Any suggestions? I want my books back. Windows 10, newest version of digitan editions, new laptop, separate accounts for Digital Editions and Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom). 

La barra inferior de adobe edition, no me pasa de página, es decir si marca el número siguiente, pero en la pantalla no va a la siguiente página . Como puedo solucionarlo?? Windows 11

He instalado Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. He instalado la autorización de mi usuario, y los libros que tenía en el otro equipo anterior (el otro ordenador se me ha averiado) se visualizan en mi biblioteca. Pero intento acceder a ellos, y cada vez que entro se queda solo la visión de la portada. En la barra de abajo avanzan las páginas pero no se visualizan, indica la barra inferior que se avanza el número de página pero no se visualiza la imagen de la página, no veo los contenidos. ¿A qué es debido esto? Agradezco ayuda porque necesito los contenidos para mi trabajo como docente.  Saludos

I am trying to transfer books I have purchased on Google Play Books to my Kobo e-reader. I understand the mechanics of it. I have managed to transfer over all of my non-DRM books to ADE. However, I get this notice when I try to download a DRM book.How to download books from Google PlayImportant: The Adobe Digital Editions export service is unavailable at this time. We are working to resolve this issue. ADE books already opened from a .ACSM and DRM-free downloads are still supported. To read any book offline, you can also use the Play Books Android app and iOS app. Is anyone actually working on this or is this to cover Google's butt? Thanks
