bonjour, Adobe Digital Editions ne s'ouvre pas il écrit qu'il charge ma bibliothèque aalors que tous les livres sont dans mes documents dans my Digital Edition. Que faire ? merci pour votre réponse.

Help! je veux télécharger des livres de la BanQ a mon Adobe Digital Edition. Je l'ai fait des dizaines de fois. Mais là, ma liseuse me dit qu'elle ne peut lire ce format DRM, alos que j'ai l'autorisation sur mon ordinateur. La BanQ me renvoie à Kobo qui me renvoie à Adobe, qui me dit (en anglais, pas de services en français) que je dois écrire sur un forum. Qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire.... Je viens de passer à peu près 15 heures au téléphone pour régler ce probl;eme. J'ai évidemment desinstaller et réinstaller ADE au moins 5 fois. Ça ne fonctionne toujours. Quelqu'un pour m'aider? Merci d'avance... je craque.

BonjourJ'ai une liseuse KOBO. J'ai un téléphone avec lequel je peux lire des livres via mon compte ADE autorisé sur ce support mobile. Mon ordinateur est lui-aussi autorisé et je peux ouvrir les lvres empruntés. Par contre, je ne parviens pas à autoriser ma liseuse. Tout est grisé. Donc je ne parviens pas à transférer les livres de mon ordianteur sur ma liseuse. Des solutions à mon problème ?

Compré tres libros en La casa del libro. Nunca había tenido problemas para descargarlos ni para pasarlos al Ereader hasta hoy. El primero me dio error de lectura, por lo que instalé una nueva versión de ADE. Pero con ello no se solucionaron los problemas. Tuve que identificarme en ADE, luego autorizar al equipo, después al ereader. No me dejaba transferir al ereader, luego sí, pero no me permitía leerlo. La cuestión es que ahora, después de no se cuántos intentos de instalar, desinstalar, borrar, volver a descargar, autorizar, desautorizar... cuando intento autorizar a ADE me da el siguiente mensaje "La cuenta del proveedor no está asociada al elemento que intenta abrir"Con el primer libro me ha pedido la autorización y como no recordaba que el ID de Adobe era el email opté por la activación anónima pero más tarde, cuando descubrí que era el email lo utilicé. My library uses Overdrive. When I download the .ascm file of a borrowed book on my Win7, it gets the epub on my laptop, with the correct title, cover, and lending time. When I try to open it, however, it gives me an error, usually that there is an error in the file. My ereader can also not open the files (it's an old offbrand model, but it had no issues with the library epubs just a year ago). It worked fine with library books just a few months ago. In fact, I could read Gideon the Ninth just fine, but not its sequel Harrow the Ninth just a bit afterwards this year.I have tried the following:- Reinstall ADE (nothing changed)- Redownload ascm, reopen ascm, restart ADE- This has happened with all four library books everytime I tried between switching my laptop on and off- I installed ADE on my parents' Win10 PC and opened the books there. Hi there. So my Mum uses a Kobo ereader for library book and she loads them through digital editions and has done so for a long time. We recently updated to computer to Mac OS Catalina and then updated digital editions to the lastest version (4.5 I think). However, when plugging the kobo into the computer it doesn't show up in devices of digital editions, although it does show up on the desktop. Have tried reinstalling DE with no luck. Ant suggestions? Cheers. 

I'm trying to download library books from Libby to transfer over to my Nook Simple Touch via usb. Both devices are older but my macbook says that ADE is only avaible on iPhone and iPad. Others have said on here that they use ADE on their macs. How do I get it?

I just downloaded my first ebook (.acsm) and I cannot scroll. If I move the slider, nothing happens. If I press the arrow keys nothing happens. If I type in the page number in the bottom box, nothing. If I move the scrollbar to a random spot, exit the book, and reopen it, it moved! But I can't scroll on the page at all.  Is there anything I can do to fix this? I already re-installed the program. Given that ADE is the only app I can use for this type of file, I expected a program with much better quality than what we have now. 

Buongiorno, non riesco a leggere i miei ebook in ADE. l'ebook viene regolarmente aperto, ma non scorre, non si riesce ad utilizzare il menu di navigazione, compare la copertina, ma poi nulla più è consentito fare. Il libro è regolarmente acquistato e la versione del prodotto è l'ultima disponibile. Help... Grazie

Hi,wie kann ich in Digital Editions die Autorisierung löschen?Die wurde vor langer Zeit mit einer nicht mehr existenten Mailadresse durchgeführt und das Kennwort weiß ich auch nicht mehr.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Autorisierung trotzdem zu löschen und eine neue zu erstellen?Danke für die HilfeJo

Hi, I'm trying to open a book from my Adobe Digital Editions android app, but it doesn't appear but when I open it on my desktop it does, how can I transfer the book to my app if I already linked accounts?

Ik heb een nieuwe laptop en wil boeken van de bieb instaleren op min kobo e reader, ik krijg het ebook niet op de e reader geplaatst omdat ik geen id eengemaakt heb hoe kan ik dit alsnog doen ?

I have used ADE for several years, but I do my best to avoid it. For someone with a significant visual impairment, it is not accessible at all. I can't really modify what I see (size-wise or display-wise), and ADE won't read text to me. These seem like basic functions. At the risk of insulting someone at Adobe, ADE is downright "kludgy." Navigating is hard. 

Kindly assist. I cannot open any of my books since I changed my PC.

As you can see, when trying to authorize the Kobo, I can't. There is no option to authorize the device, only bookshelves options (add a new bookshelf). Is there any way I can fix this?  

How can I use any new devices for digital rights management/ Adobe digital edition. How to reset the authorisation of all my former devices? With my Windows PC it doesn't work to de-authorize myself. and for an Android smartphone I wouldn't even know how to do it myself because I only used the app onleihe which handels ADE itself.Now, I  get error messages when trying to connect with my Adobe-ID.The Adobe support refers to this community... Please help

Recently upgraded Mac Air to Monterey OS.  Computer recognizes Kobo device but ADE 4.5 does not show it.  I have re-authorized the computer - no joy.  I would revert to ADE 3.0 but Monterey will not support it.I am hoping that someone can help. Thanks in advance.

My Kobo e-reader is connected with my pc and i installed ADE and authorized computer. But the device "section" in ADE does'nt show up when I connect the e-reader. As a consequence, I cannot authorize the reader and i cannot load up e-books. Can anyone advise what am i doing wrong ?It's a recent computer and the latest program of ADE.Thanks;Annelies

Ciao a tutti! Devo scaricare un file su Adobe Digital Editions, ma quando clicco sul file per fare ciò, mi appare il seguente codice di errore (sia su Mac sia su iPhone). Ho provato di tutto e non so che fare  

He comprado un libro en La Casa del Libro, y al intentar descargarlo me indica E_ADEPT REQUEST_EXPIRED. Mirando la información del error, se supone que está relacionado con un desajuste en la configuración horaria. No había cambiado nada desde la compra, y el error también se da en otro dispositivo. He probado a desautorizar y volver a autorizar, pero persite. En La Casa del Libro me dirigieron a la ayuda de Adobe, y en el chat de Adobe me dirigieron aquí, vinculando el error a ADE. Me resulta poco probable que tenga que ver con la aplicación, sino mas bien con un desajuste entre el archivo acsm y el servidor de claves de Adobe, desajuste que me resulta virtuamente imposible de resolver, pues no puedo adivinar la hora, fecha o zona horaria que el servidor espera. Veo en el foro mas casos similares sin solución; ¿hay alguna posibilidad de que pueda acceder al libro que he comprado?

Intento descargar un libro de la casa del libro pero cuando lo intento me sale este error E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIREDCómo puedo solucionarlo?

Hallo, ich habe einen E-Book-Reader Kobo Glo, mit dem ich jetzt auch E-Books einer öffentlichen Bibliothek (Onleihe) lesen möchte. Es ist mir gelungen, die E-Books auf meinen PC herunterzuladen und dann mittels Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) auf meinen Kobo Glo zu transferieren. Allerdings werden die E-Books dort nicht angezeigt ("Ihr eReader ist nicht autorisiert dieses Buch zu öffnen"). Ich habe mich an den Kobo-Support gewandt, der mir empfahl, statt ADE 4.5 Version 3.0 zu verwenden, was auch nicht klappte. Schließlich wurde mir Version 2.0 empfohlen, und damit funktioniert es. Dass ich die völlig veraltete Version 2.0 von ADE verwenden soll, ist keine dauerhafte Lösung. Kobo hat mich deshalb an Adobe verwiesen. Wie kann ich die entliehenen E-Books mit der jeweils aktuellen Version von ADE auf meinem Kobo Glo lesen? Danke im Voraus, Anselm
