bonjour, Depuis quelques jours mon adobe digital ne s'ouvre plus du tout ,j'ai beau désinstallé et réinstallé, rien y fait. il ne s'ouvre plus.Comment pouvoir regler assez rapidement ce probleme ? Merci d'avance

I have installed ADE and authorized my Overdrive account. When I connect my device to the computer, it does not show in ADE. My computer acknowledge that my tablet is connected yet ADE does not. Any thoughts.

I know there are many discussions devoted to it, but I'm really disappointed of being not able copy and past. If anyone already know how to copy and past? I've bought a book on Kobo, where I also can't copy and installed ADE with hope that I'll be able do it there.

Estou a tentar abrir um e-book com a extensão .acsm só que dá-me o seguinte erro.Alguma ideia de como solucionar o problema?

Adobe ditetal edition. I have bouth a ebook that worked ok.  Then i bouth 2 more,  but i cant enlage any tekst and the text  is so small that they are unreadable. Please help.

hello everyoneI have just recently started using archive.org to lend out some books that I have had a hard time finding. I also have downloaded Adobe digital Editions to read some of the books on my computer. However I have noticed something very strange when I download a book in pdf format to open with Adobe digital Editions I noticed that the images were not a clear as when opening the book straight from Archive.corg. I downloaded the book in pdf format and epub. The images in pdf format are not as clear as on archive .org and the images in epub are as clear as archive .org however the book is not displayed as well.May you please tell me why this is happening and how I can get my ebooks to open up in Adobe digital Editions with the same quality as Archive.orgI have also attachd a screen shots of the pdf ebook opened up with Adobe digital Editions as opposed to the same ebook opened up streaight frrom Archive.org. as you can see Archive.org displays the images clearer.Thanks

I have purchased some ebooks from Google Books and Kobo and they will not open in Adobe Digital Editions. In between buying the first two I bought some more books which opened fine. Since buying the third that wouldn't open, I borrowed books from the library and bought other books from Google Books that opened fine. So over a period of two months I bought about six books and borrowed one and three of those wouldn't open. I have deauthorised and re-authorised my computer but can't think of any other solutions. 

Hello!As long as I use digital editions, I've had the problem that I have to log in and log off from my E-reader, to get the e-books on it. The consequense of this is that I have to authorize my E-reader everytime. Digital editions is now indicating that I have to many authorized devices, which makes me unable to download books. Could someone help me fix this problem?Jonne.

Problema di comunicazione con il server delle licenze: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12 "I già provato a reinstallare Adobe Digital Editions e non ha funzionato. Ho anche provato più volte a rimuovere l'autorizzazione ADE, ma viene visualizzato il messaggio "Impossibile cancellare l'autorizzazione. Riprova dopo un po'".Sono bloccataCome risolvo il problema?

I recently bought some epub books from Books-a-Million. In order to read them I have to use Adobe Digital Editions, which means I have to add Books-a-Million as a seller to Adobe Digital Editions and put in the password of my Books-a-Million account. Books-a-Million says I need to click on "Authorize Computer" and then click on "Ebook Vendor" to add my Books-a-Million password. But Adobe Digital Editions won't let me click on "Authorize Computer"; it's greyed out because my computer is already authorized with my Adobe ID. I could presumably de-authorize it, but then I'd lose access to content I already own. So how do I add a new Ebook Vendor without deauthorizing my Adobe ID?

Group I work for sells ebooks and users can no longer open purchased books. I tried to replicate situation and I can open books purchased on existing PC but if I try to add purchasesd to another device get the same message"Error getting License. License Server Communnication Problem: E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN" Issue on Windows 10 and looked through past messages and didn't really see a solution. Tried deauthorizing, starting from scratch on new computer, tried even using a different reader and still can't access. Happening to multiple people.

Buenos días. He tenido que formatear mi ordenador y he perdido la contraseña de Adobe Digital Edition. No puedo volver a poner la misma contraseña y por esto no puedo instalar en mi ereader libros comprados ahora porque la contraseña no coincide aunque coincida el ID. Hi,I've been buying ebooks and loading them into ADE to then put them onto my eReader, this has always worked fine without problems until now.I puchased another eBook but when I tried to load it into ADE it didn't work because I had some problem with authorization. I googled it and tried around until I got to deauthorize over the regedit window. When I tried to reauthorize I  at first had trouble remembering which email / password I used so I just chose to do it without an ID. I could then load the eBook into ADE though there still were some problems with getting it onto my eReader. When I later authorized over my ID again because I thought that might help I always got the message that the eBook acsm was "already fulfilled by another user". I already contacted the seller who provided me with a refund so I could buy the eBook again, which was recommended by Adobe on some support site. But I still have the same problem with the new acsm file and I frankly don't know what to do anymo

HeyI just got a new macbookand wanted to read some of my books for school like I did on the old one.but they won't open and keeps asking for a vendor id. where do I find that or how can else can I open my books? 

Hello, Recently I installed the ADE and I download a ebook from Bertrand site.I am able to read it in my laptop, but I've been trying to open it in my cellphone, but without success. I've alreayd read the article mentioning this problem, but I am sure I'm opening the file with the same account I did in the laptop. Anyone can help me with that? But it's getting frustrating and I don't want to take my laptop with me all time I want to read the book. Thank you.

I've downloaded a book, but can't turn pages, or navigate book via table of contents. I had a similar issue with another textbook reader and I had to change my preferences to 'use software based rendering' but I can't see how to change preferences in Digital Editions.Thanks,Danielle

Iam using ADOBE Digital edition books. iam trying to highlight the text while reading. But application window automatically closing. I have tried many ways. After opening application i have waited for 30 minutes . but still when iam trying to highlight the text while reading full application window automatically closing. 

I downloaded a book to my ipad using Libby. I want to download the same book to another device using ADE. I get an error message that there is a communication problem e-license already fulfilled by another user.We tried to do this same process with another book and everything was fine! Not sure what happened with this particular book. Would like to fix the problem before the book expires from the library.Any suggestions? I do not want to lose all our other books.Dee

Hi, I did factory reset my KOBO and now when I want to authorise it on Adobe DIgital Edition, it gives me the message that limit number of machines is reached while I only have this one KOBO and only one computer with this Adobe digital edition installed on it. Any suggestion to solve the problem is appreciated 

Hello, I was able to install the CRCM Adobe workbook but I am not able to open it.  It asks for a username and password but I don't remember ever creating one.  Is there a way I can create a new username and password? Thank you,

Hi, I just installed Adobe Digital Editions through the Play Store on a Chromebook.  I successfully authorized my computer and downloaded a purchased document.  I opened up the document, but when I try to scroll using the normal two finger swipe up/down, the document does not scroll at all.  Also, even using the arrow keys does not work either.  There is a bar at the bottom of the screen (which is not always present) where I could use a mouse to drag but it is very difficult to use.   What am I missing? How can I do a basic scroll with either a mousepad gesture or a keyboard keys? Thanks,Ben
