i installed ADE to two computors using the same adobe accout and now only one of the apps will open and download correctly. any ideas

bonjourSuite à une panne d ordi,il est indique que mon ordi beneficie d une autorisation sans ID impossible  impossible d'autoriser la liseuse de consulter ou annuler les autorisations, voici le message qui s affiche quand je rentre le mot de passe ID adobe :vous pouvez accorder une autorisation a cet ordinateur a condition de ne pas utiliser un id adobe deja alloue à un autre ordinateur ou peripherique mobileSur le compte adobe pas d autre perif, j ai change le mot de passe rien a faire...du coup impossible de lire des livres empruntes a la bibliotheque car protegé par DRM et impossible d autoriser la liseuse qq un a un tuyau?Merci

Hello, I re-installed Windows and can't activate Digital Adobe editions any longer. The error I'm getting is "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" I cannot read any books I bought because of this. Is there anything I could do to prove that it is me who uses Adobe digital? It is the same PC that will see this maintenance carried out 2-3 monthly, Will I have to go through this again next month? Thank you 

Hello, I purchase some books that are DRM  protected and try to open them to my laptop but I get this message below. What can I do? I tried to erase authorization but it didn't solve the issue.

Hello! I have an ACSM file, recently downloaded, and I used Adobe Digital Editions to download its content, so I got the PDF file protected by DRM. I can read it using the ADE programme, but if I try to open it by clicking twice on it, I get the following message (roughly translated into English): "Error opening the document. The plug-in needed to run this command is not available". I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC (64-bit) 21.011.20039 and Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11 in Windows 11 64 bits. Any ideas? What am I missing? Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot in advance!

The Kobo Sage is in fact authorized as is my PC, and worked for a couple weeks then stopped.I've De/Re-authorized and scrubbed Sage and PC and Libraries repeatedly to no effect.When UNPLUGGING the Sage all transferred files are then reported as "Importing" which is apparently code for being tightly locked with AdobeDRM again as they're readable on the PC.My Sage is now a highly-priced paperweight.Any ideas out their? I'm pulling my hair out over this for 2-3 weeks now.Thx in advance for your time and attention - M

When I try to authorize my computer (mac) I get this error message??  I've tried de-authorizing with command shift d but that isn't working??

I bought an ebook that could only be viewed on digital editions I I authorized it on several devices I own but since I no longer own of them I want to remove the authorization. I  no longer have access to that device. How do I deauthorize it without having physical access to it? I have tried changing passwords but to no avail. 

I have Adobe digital editions on Dell computer. I´m able to load content and open files (books) but I can´t change page while reading. I´ll manage it by changing page view back and forth with every page but that´s not really fluent. Anyone had the same?

I tried to print some pages of a DRM-protected epub on a real printer results in blank pages only out of ADE 4.5.8.182857. (Virtual printing does not work at all, but this is not my problem.)The properties of the epub state that printing is allowed.When using a watermark, the printer only prints the watermark but still no content.What should I do?

Hello,I've tried different versions of Adobe Digital Editions (2, 3, 4, 4.5). As soon as I download a book (acsm) from the public library, the entire application freezes. All icons are greyed out. No response. I can't even shut it down without using task manager. If I start it up again, my downloaded books are all gone. Which means I can't read, delete/return them. I cannot assign my acsm books to it as a default program because windows does not see it as an option. If I select it by going to the app icon in program files, it doesn't register my selection. I'm on Windows 7 pro. I have used ADE 2 in the past on this pc but it was very slow downloading so I installed a more recent edition....in fact, I went through 3 different versions, to no avail. I've seen different posts with the same issue while searching google. Is anyone addressing this or are we just simply no longer able to download library books? I don't know of any pc software capable of opening/reading acsm works. If this is

Suddenly, I couldn't read my purchased books in the ADE library. So I de-authorized and then authorized again my MAC as per the following instructions: https://support.ebooks.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115001588846 and it went well. However, when I tried to dowload again the original purchaed files the message in the ADE library is : Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USERMany thanks for indicating a solution !  

La barra inferior de adobe edition, no me pasa de pagina, es decir si marca el numero siguiente, pero en la pantalla no va a la siguiente pagina y tengo que estar retrocediendo a la biblioteca . Como puedo solucionarlo  

My digital editions app on my ipad will not allow me to verify my account. It’s saying my email/password is wrong but I have reset the password and it’s still not working. 

I am unable to see my book in Digital Editions after downloading from the library website.  I receive:  Error. Check Activation.  When I try to deauthorize and reauthorize, which previously reset Digital Editions, I receive an error Unable to deauthorize, please try again later after entering my password.I only have 3 days to download this book before it expires, so urgent assistance is appreciated.

Qualche giorno fa ho provato a mettere un ebook sul mio kobo. Non ho mai avuto problemi, ma adesso non riesco a leggere il libro sul dispositivo. il libro compare con la copertina tutta nera, ma nei dettagli posso leggere Autore, Titolo e dimensioni, quindi il download è avvenuto, quando tento di aprirlo mi dice : questo documento non può essere aperto. Il documento è protetto da Adobe Digital Editions (DRM) e non può essere utilizzato con l'ID Adobe corrente. Accedi con l'ID Adobe autorizzata e riprova".È tutto autorizzato, ho provato a resettare il dispositivo, disinstallare Adobe e riprovare a riattivare le autorizzazioni, ho contattato l'assistenza di kobo ma dicono che é un problema di ade.  Come posso fare a risolvere il problema?

Good morning all. I have been working for several years on an e-book with a sort of internal "Wikipedia", designed so as not to disturb the reader. The terms of this Wikipedia appear to the reader as links that lead him to web pages within the ePub. These pages are listed in the epb.opf file with the tag "Linear = No". This tag should prevent the pages from appearing to the reader in linear reading, as they must be reachable only through the relative links. This feature is obviously not supported by Adobe Digital Editions: all pages that should remain hidden appear at the bottom of the book. This is a problem for me and I would like to know if there is a trick to hide these pages also in ADE. Thanks to who will be able to give me some indications. Edoardo Volpi Kellermann from Italy.

Hey there! I converted a .acsm file to PDF using Adobe Digital Editions. Sadly I cannot open the PDF File with Microsoft Edge or Adobe Acrobat Reader. Using de Drawboard PDF App it asks me for a password. But my Adobe ID Password does not match... I have never set another password. Does anyone have a clue on how I can remove the password (I cannot do that in the settings opiton, I tried...) or open the file otherwise? My laptop is authorized to read the files but it always asks for a password...

I installed the new version of ADE and everything went fine until it tried to launch. It got stuck on "Loading Library" for six hours before I gave up and uninstalled/reinstalled. I told it not to transfer my ebooks, thinking maybe that was the problem (too many). It is stuck again at the same place. I don't want to try installing the older version again, I updated because it won't work with my Kobo Glo. Help!
