Hello,I’m using Adobe Dimension 2026 on macOS 26.2 (25C56). Old(that i have opened just yesterday) Dimension files open without any issues, but newly created or imported files fail to open.I have already:Cleared the Application Support/Adobe/Dimension folderVerified file paths are local and in Latin charactersCould you advise on a permanent solution to open files?I attach link with the files that i try to open(other people can open them without any problem)https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xpZeBQyCyUiHO8zG5lUXa8LKV093h92f?usp=drive_link 

Within the last week, the pop-up warning for potentially overwriting files with the same name has disappeared. I keep overwriting files by mistake. Is there a new setting I need to toggle? I didn't see anything obvious. Please help! Not sure if it is related, but my render preview is also broken. This is less crucial, but still bothersome. It will show the rendering in real time, but then show this broken PNG image upon completion.LaurieS_0-1768854598806.pngI am on the latest Dimension (18.1.1).

I’m getting an “Unable to Import Model” error when importing an OBJ into Adobe Dimension. The file opens correctly in other software, so it doesn’t appear to be corrupt, but Dimension fails immediately with no additional error details. I’m also getting an error when trying to upload the OBJ to this forum, so here's a Dropbox link to the file instead: https://www.dropbox.com/t/t2nRIl3TJNCG7Qt5 Any insight into Dimension’s OBJ requirements or limitations would be appreciated.

Hi hello! I've made an adobe dimension scene a while ago and it is saved as a .dn file. I need it in a new project as a .obj file to use in a blender scene. Would anyone be willing to download the file and convert it for me? (i no longer have dimensions on my computer and it would save me loads of time and space) PS. The file is 48MB so i can't attach it. if you can i'll send over a WeTransfer link.

Clear that you guys have no intent on ever updating or fixing dimension. It can't even export a 3d file without an error message. What is this 1 year, you have done little to fix the problem. Typical nonsense from a company who continues to ignore customers, your upper management is a joke. I won't even get into the problems with illustrator you guys got going on. Why don't you just stop the platform if this is the level of focus and detail your team cares to provide. The way you guys have been running this company is anti-american at best. Pretty sickning effort, from a "professional" organization. 

Please help! When I try to install Dimension, the installation fails, and I get Error Code 113 (cannot connect to adobe servers). How do I fix this?I've tried1. restarting computer.2. Uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud.3. Running AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool and AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.4. Emptying Adobe temp in program files5. Manually putting command prompt into Windows Powershell6. Temporarily turning off Real Time Protection in Windows Security > Virus & Threat ProtectionNone of these have fixed the problem. I've read multiple adobe forums and followed the steps outlined without success.

my GPU is: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 TiI dont kow why the viewport of Dimension does not start up correctly, resulting in a blank area that cannot be interacted with. 

Intento importar un fichero .obj pero al llega ral 60% me d aun error y me indica que "no se puede importar el modelo". ¿Qué problema (seguramente frecuente) puede haber ocurrido? ¿quizás algún objeto agrupado¿, ¿demasiados objetos?, ¿demasiados poligonos? ¿3D defectuoso?

Good afternoon, I would like to see creation tools for 3D object in Dimension , such as the pen tool. It can be frustrating at times to get models just right in Illustrator, only to have one part of the object take a different orientation on export. I use Illustrator and Dimension to prep files for 3D printing. I know, I should be using CAD, but I know Adobe products so much better. 

I was working on a file when my Dimension completely went grey and I couldn't save/do anything. This has happened before and I've just cut my losses and started again, though as it's happened a few times now I'd like to know if there's a way of recovering these files as sometimes a lot of work is lost. I've attached the log for further assistance.Thank you

I was familiar with previous versions of Dimension but in 4.1.1 (Mac) I can't find a Properties setting or Canvas size anywhere. I want to render an image at a much higher resolution and the Render controls don't allow 300 or 600dpi. Can some kind bod point me in the right direction please?Thank you.

When trying to open a number of Dimension files, it comes up with an "Unable to Open Document" warning. This is both before and after the most recent update. There are a couple of models on each of these files, but not a crazy amount.

I am currently on 4.1.6, whenever I place a decal on my object it is not visible unless I tick Raytracing which affects the overall performance. I went back to Dimension 2.3.1 and I can add decals freely and have them show up instantly but that version crashes quite often nowadays. I use the same objects in both versions so I am not sure what is causing the discrepancy. Any help appreciated

Tengo un objeto que es una bolsa de café con una etiqueta y con una pared detrás que tienen 2 esferas con glow que irradian luz. - Cuando exporto haciendo el renderizado con "Tiempo Real" el texto aparece muy bien pero no se visualiza la luz que emana de las esferas. - Cuando exporto haciendo el renderizado con "Trazado de Rayos" aparece la luz que emanan las esferas pero no se puede leer la etiqueta porque aparece con un blur. Agradecería si me pueden orientar para poder solucionar.Muchas gracias!

Hello Team, I would like to understand how I can bookmark a camera view. I have watched older videos referencing how to bookmark a camer view (see screenshot with blue circles), however my display does not show these camera options (see screenshot without mark-up).

 Hola , instale Dimension en otra PC y no me deja usarlo. pasan dos otres segudos, aparece este cartel y se cierra. Alguien sabe como puedo solucionarlo ? GRACIAS

When I open an new file, dimension told me to restart. If I open the old file, it is black in the view port and can't see any models. I even remove the app and reinstall the app, still the same. Cound you help me on this?  

Cant open any old files in newest version of Adobe Dimension. When downloading the old version of Dimension it works fine? 

After choosing the Match Image function the Loading dialog box just keeps cycling. The image is a png. I can't  escape or do any other functions, except quit. 

So i've been working on a render to redo my room. I've had 0 problem un untill yesterday where when i try to open the dimension file, its says unabvle to open. other files i have will open but not that one. I tried retarting my laptop, opening a new file and importing as a 3d object, but all to no avail. I’m running into an issue with Dimensions. Every time I try to open a file that I previously worked on, the program is unable to open the document, which makes it impossible for me to rework or continue editing past files.I'm unable to upload the working file into this panel but im attaching the log and notification screenshot. I’m attaching the file along with the log for reference. Could you please help me with opening this file?
