Hi, everyone, I have problems with rendering. My bottles always have errors in the lower part. is there a solution that renders it correctly? Everything looks fine in the preview. Image is attached.

Crashes every day, several times a day to a grey screen, sometimes if I go for lunch and have left adobe dimension open not doing anything it will still crash to grey screen. All I can do is force quite and re-open. Any ideas? It started doing this about a month ago, I have used Dimension on this mac since 2018 with no problems. Spec:macOS Big Sure Version 11.6.5iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)CPU: 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5RAM: 32GB RamGPU: Radeon Pro 570 4GB

Is there anywhere I can download more models to import into Dimension? Preferrably for free?

Bonjour, Je suis actuellement en train de réaliser un modèle de voiture sur Adobe Dimension. Nous avons récupéré le modèle 3D sur Hum3D et lors de l'insertion des éléments sur le véhicule ces derniers sont mit en symétrie. Par exemple, lors de l'insertion d'un élément sur la porte avant droite, ce dernier se dupplique sur la porte avant gauche. Sur le capot, l'élément est en symétrie aussi. Pourquoi ai je cette symétrie sur mon modèle ? 

This is how Dimension unwraps the UV map for a basic bowl created in Illustrator.Completely illogical. The red areas are the outside wall of the bowl, plus a band of broken up shells. I spoke to Customer Support also pointing out the troubleshooting in the documentation, sent them images and an email, and they said they understand the issue but then hung up the conversation and didn't respond.If you can't put custom maps on Dimension, it's useless. I just don't know why Adobe don't create a UV seam control feature, which has existed in other programs for decades. I can't use third-party programs either because it complicates the workflow for my entire team. People have been suggesting to use Blender, etc, but that adds a full-scale induction of a complicated program, that also changes the UI and process with updates.

This may just be a restriction I am unaware of but have yet to find anything in the discussions about this. I have encountered a bug where Dimension "requires a restart" when the camera position is set to 0-0-0.  This is an unsual restriction I have never seen in any other 3D model rendering program. Here is the log. It was working fine until a few days ago. Now any time I try to import an stl file (even small file sizes) it is "loading" at 50% indefinitely. I have to close out Dimension and restart it. I have plenty of memory and RAM. The app is up to date. thanks

I'm trying to find out if Dimension can be used iin a closed network - no outside conection. Is there any way that a company could buy a license and set up some sort of internal license server for Dimension? 

Is it possible to import an image from my hard drive into the 'Images' panel on the left?Or can I only import it by applying it straight to an object?

I have no idea why I cannot open Dimension. It looked interesting and I wanted to try it out. Everytime I try to launch it gives me "Does not meet minimum open gl version" I don't see how this is possible. CPU:AMD Ryzen 7 3700X32GB 3600 speed ramRTX 2070 superInstalled studio driver from 10.20.20Isn't open GL 3.2 from like 10 years ago?? Any help is appreciated 

Hello at all.Since I just updated Dimension i am no more able to import a graphic to place it on a model, for example as a sticker. The button is always grey and therefore not clickable.Does anyone experice the same problem or even has a solution for me? Best regards

After I created the cityscapes, I would like to be able to navigate them in a Google Street View fashion.Which software is best for the creation of the cityscapes and for navigating them in 3D?I am looking for the tool that can do both, if possible. 

Is it true that Dimension has been discontinued? I read it somewhere and also noticed there has been no 'whats new' features since 2020. First Adobe got rid of the 3D features in PS, then they discontinue Dimension? Do we use Substance as an alternative now? I struggle to keep track

Hi All! I've created an object in blender and have imported into Dimension. All looks well until I try to apply a decal graphic. I'm trying to put a label on a bottle. When I scale the label to wrap around 50% of the bottle the image begins to stretch/distort and you can make it read it anymore.  It seems to wrap around some objects such as the coffee cup, but not when I put it on the cylinder. Is there a way to fix this?

Any tips and tricks for using Adobe Dimensions to create screen graphics for speakers and or Social Media promotional posts are welcome. These were created in Dimension. Hearts are webdings font.

When trying to open dimension (version 3.0 and up) I get this error no matter what. Tried to install and run different versions but the problem still persists. Versions before 3.0 and up run as they should.Does anyone know the solution?

Hi I am trying to upload my dimension model into Vectary, Zakeke or any other platform that will let me convert my design into something that I can put on my website (Wix) as a part of the landing page (just to clarify it is only for display reasons NOT for product customization). If anyone was able to upload their model into a website as a 360 image/model I would really appreciated it. I have spent over 100 hours on this single model and it would be a huge loss to start over now.When I try to upload it, it says it has elements that aren't convertible even though it is in the correct file types.I am stumped. Please help. Thanks in advanced   

Adobe Dimensions shows' You're not logged in' whereas I can use the other CC apps. I have tried signout/sign in on CC manager, and reinstalled the app and nothing has worked so far. Please help! 

Hello friends and colleagues! I can't get rid of this problem. Nobody can help. In all the topics here on the site there is no useful information.When I work with a new document, everything is fine. As soon as I close the document, it doesn't open again. Gives an error message: "Unable to open document." It doesn't matter what's in the document, it can be completely empty, the result is always the same. The version of the program does not matter. I have attached all the necessary files:1) The test file2) Problem screenshot3) The Log file4) Screenshot of the error itself that I see in the log file. Can someone please help me and explain what is this error? My friends opens my files without problems. Many thx! 

Is there any known fix for the issue im having with the label on attached image? Anything I'm doing wrong or can fix in Illustrator before importing into Dimension? Why does it happen?

Is it possible to create a pyramid in Dimension or would I have to download it as a model from somewhere?

Dimension has started to not open previously saved dimension documents (just gets stuck on the blue loading circle), and wont create new ones (same issue). Was working yesterday perfectly fine and now not working with the same files? Any idea what is causing this (mac based meeting all system requirements for programme).
