Boa tarde , estou comproblema, adobe dimension e ele instalou normal e incia qdo clico em abrir más fica na primeira janela, onde não aparece mais nada, nem criar nem abrir nada aparece. ja instalei e desenstalei 3 vezes e nada. Mer ajude por favor 

Hello, Wondering if anyone else has been running into this glitch with the most recent version of Dimension (v4.1.1) but a good majority of the files that I work with will remove my graphic layers entirely on all of the models in my file when I save my document. I've also tried "Save As..." a new file entirely in a new location and I still run into the issue. Like I said, I'm using Dimension v4.1.1 and I'm on a MacBook Pro 16-inch running the Sequoia 15.2 OS. Thanks!

I’m experiencing a problem I’ve never had before. In the latest version of Dimension, released last month, I can’t turn off the background color, nor can I export/render a PNG with a transparent background. When I try rendering to PSD and open the file in Photoshop, there is always just one merged layer (object + background). This forces me to manually select the object and create a new layer without the background. Should I revert to the previous version of Adobe Dimension? All I need is to export/render simple objects without a background, but it seems that this option is no longer available. Thank you in advance for your support!

Adobe Dimension - Version 4.1.4 I have a project with multiple materials applied to different surfaces of the model. When I attempt to try a new material for one of the existing surfaces - it applies the new material to a different surface and all the other surfaces swap their materials as well. In the images - I am trying to change the base of the model, which is currently using the "Metal" material. When attempting to change it to "Alloy metal scratch" it applies to a different surface and then swaps all the other materials around to different surfaces.

Im working on my project, I was gonna scale out an flower pot and suddenly my UI and 3D view disappeared. Then I waited for several minute to wait for the action to load. But after a while the application still not respond, so I decided to close it. After closing it with task manager because I was unable to close it normally, once I open Dimension back on and open the file, it show me the "Unable to Open Document" errors screen. I tried uninstall an reinstall Dimension because sometime Dimension froze and unable to load my file properly, it worked before but this time I still get the "Unable to Open Document" errors screen. I have the Log but can't post the file somehow?If there some way to recover my file I’d really appreciate any guidance or suggestions. Thank you for taking the time to read this!

カメラレイヤーで焦点ポイントを設定してもそこにフォーカスされない。以前のバージョンではできたのに、焦点が全然定まらない。バグなのか設定の仕方が悪いのか教えて欲しい。普通に焦点ポイントを設定してもそのポイントがすごくボケてしまっている。

I am currently unable to open any Adobe 3D applications, including Dimension. Every time I launch the software, it shows a crash error message. While the application interface itself can open, I am unable to load or edit any content.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hello Adobe community,I have problem with rendering vitamin bottle with graphic label. The objects seems to be too edgy and have a visible polygon grid. The preview of objects looks smooth. Is there any option how to get rid of this?  Thank youPatrick

I just want an app that doesnt crash, isn't painfully slow and doesn't randomly goes to grey screen ruining all the work I've done. Did I mention I lost alot of work? Deadlines stay the same.I dont trust this app. Troubleshooting isn't helping and is rather basic obvious steps, or steps that dont exsist in the current UI.Sketchup, my old friend..

Hello, Adobe Dimension was working fine until today. It opens and then a pop up error telling me to verify my Creative Cloud and telling me that the app will close. i did the update to the latest version btw. I took a screenshot but it's in French. I do have the Creative Pro pack. 

All of a sudden Dimension suddenly cuts to a grey screen when I''m in the middle of working on a project. Its just started doing it from 3 days ago. Its very annoying, I can open file and click on save etc, but nothing happens I have to force quit Dimension.

Hi! I can't save my Adobe Dimension file. For context, I have this 3D model downloaded from Adobe Stock that whenever I duplicate or put an image as decal, this error prompts whenever I try to save the file. It doesn't load & I need to end the task via task manager. My app/device specs:Updated Adobe DimensionWindows 11 ProAMD Ryzen 7  

Hi everyone.Maybe someone got a hint for this:I created a bottle in Illustrator, exported it as an obj and imported it in Dimensions. When placing a high resolution png graphic on it the rendering is generated in a low resolution (the preview is also pixelated). When I place the same png on a cylinder or a bottle taken from the standard 3D models of Dimensons the rendering and the preview is perfect.After hours of futile attempts with various model scales, recreations and graphic adjustments, I have not found a solution. What do I need to change?In attach you can find the obj of the bottle.

Pretty basic, crucial ask here. If I make a 48x48 graphic and put it on a flat 48x48 object it should be able to scale properly and not distort. Other 3d programs have this feature. The user shouldn't have to adjust an image that is for whatever reason not even scaled proportionately (and sometimes even rotated at odd angles) when it is applied on the object at a scale % that doesn't even make sense.Several layers of basic failing at a simple ask. This adds so much time to any work in Dimension having to tweak every image in varying ways to get it to fit as it should.

Found a bug where the letter E have some artifacts when I applied the bevel option.

I can't open my .dn file anymore and i really don't know why.

I have been tasked with creating a series of images with specific size needs.3000px X 3000px @ 300dpiWhen I create the image at 3000px X 3000px is exports at 72dpi. How can I easily fix this? Hoping to just do it in Dimensions and not messing around with a lot of different images going back and forth from Dimensions and Photoshop. I used to do this all the time, but Dimensions has updated and now I can't. At this point I'm seriously considering installing the old version

What could be wrong with my Adobe Dimension? I'm taking a Package Design class, and I need to use Adobe Dimension to render some labels onto some 3D objects, the problem is I'm unable to change my Canva settings that usually appear in the properties panel. When I create a new file, in my properties section, the scene unit only appears, not the Canva size or anything.  I have already tried many things:Updating the softwareDeleting it and installing it againUpdating my computerInstalled an older version of DimensionGoogle what could be wrong I just can’t find the solution, and I don’t know how to move forward. Hope someone can help me, please and thank you.   

Hey all, UPDATE image attached!!! Maybe this will help???  I managed to get a quick screenshot. It took 1 hour and 20 min to open and before crashing.  It's a VERY simple object/scene .DN file (they all are)   --- NOTICE THE CAMERAS when it finally opened???  In Dimension (versions before 4)  - every file opens perfectly! One camera / angle.It appears that the newer/est versions of Dimensions have issues opening/importing around cameras/angles. Why else would the file open file in newest version have almost 40+ cameras/angles??? When there was only the main one in the originals.  Something isn't right! 😞+++I still try the most current version and I'm still unable to use it.  No old .DN files open or import.  The system(s) - PLURAL - don't open them. I've tried on multiple machine with very decent graphics cards (FYI). It baffles me and is incredibly frustrating! Imagine maybe 2-3 years worth of dimension files/projects

Hi, when placing decals in Adobe dimensions I get the loading screen that keeps on loading. I have waited for 30 minutes and it still does not place the decall.I have never had this problem before, it always used to load very fast, almost instantly.
