What should I do if stock.adobe. does not have the model I need to pack?

Each text object has identical properties, with differing colors. Only the third one displays in Dimension and is rendered to .psd correctly. My only idea is to do each one separately. But I would like them as one graphic in Photoshop and Premiere Pro. 

Rendering in high. Images has white spots all over the models. Image linked below showing the issue. Any tips on how to remove these spots?

What is the difference between Adobe DN and CINEMA 4D? I have mastered CINEMA 4D proficiently, do I need to learn Adobe Dn?

How do you set something to be transparent instead of a color? I need an image over a gap in my model. So I made a new flat plane model over the gap and want it to be transparent so the logo goes over the hole. However, the new plane over the gap appears white and I can't seem to make it go transparent.

Hello Adobe, unfortunately dimension works for me for a long time and I have unfortunately not received any answers from. I have a Mac 2010, Graphics Radeon RX 480 Type: GPU, VRAM (total): 8 GB, AMD, Mac Vid Cards Metal: Supported, function set macOS GPUFamily2 v1, System 10.14.6, 2x 3.46 GHz, 6 Core Intel, memory 128 GB. Why does dimension start briefly and then freeze. I can only close immediately by pressing. I also reinstalled everything without success.

Hi all,I'm trying to determine the best way to handle white light casting onto my black backgrounds. In short, I have a white product and I want to render it on a black background, but the white tends to cast a nasty looking light onto the ground plane of the black. In a real-world situation, one might use a black card or something to try and alleviate this, but I wonder if anyone has any better solutions, or if there's something I'm missing here. See attached for example of the issue and thanks in advance for any ideas.

Hello all, when I went to open dimension for the second time today all that came up was a blank screen only showing the x-out, minimize, and elarge buttons at the top right (attached below). I have quit all other adobe apps, tried x-ing out but it does not respond, and retstarted my MacBook Air. I have also tried installing a different version of dimension as well as uninstalling this version although I can not do either because I must close dimension before I do either. Any advice helps! 

Anybody else having issues with GPU rendering failing then the entire program freezes and doesn't save the work. I have a brand new very powerful machine - issue just started yesterday.

Hello, My scaling square acts as though i always have shift held down, ie it scales the whole object rather than streches it. Is this a preference ive accidentally ticked or something? odd that it only recently changed. Thanks to any answers!

I have set up depth of feild on my final camera setup in this scene. I have it turned on, and the focus point selected. I have rendered multiple times, both on hardware, and in the cloud. All the renderes did not have the depth of field turned on. Any help?

I'm attempting to publish a 3D scene to a public link so my boss can view the project without having to download Dimension. It wasn't able to complete the upload and I think it's because Dimension believes I'm not logged in. I'm logged in on the Creative Cloud desktop application and tried re-installing the application to see if that would fix it. I'm not having this issue in any other Adobe application.

Hi! I will do my best to explain my question -- I am planning to make a spherical object with a logo embossed on one of its sides, and I would love to see the logo from any position in relation to the object. The ideal situation is to have the sphere rotate/spin with the camera as if a puppy is following your eyes wherever you go.  Is there a way to trigger this? Thanks in advance for your support! 

Is there a way to restore a Dimensions file back to its default lighting settings? I've been fiddling around with the lighting on a project and I think I've overfiddled to the point that it now looks awful. Thanks.

Don't see an option. Is this something I can only do by cropping after final render?

Hello creatives,I make lots of advertising magazines with laptops in it. So I download the jpg of the laptop from the vendor's portal. But just a regular cutout isn't always interresting, so I try to place it in an image that I download from shutterstock. It sometimes works, but you'll always see some perspective issues.I was wondering if it's possible to match the perspective of 2 images (the png from the laptop and the photo from shutterstock) so it looks a bit more realistic. I've place an example of how it currently looks like. 

Hi there,I already tried reinstalling and sent my log file to tickets@...So here again my problem:My laptop meets the system requirements. Anyways I can save projects, but not open them.It just says: "Cannot open document".So I have to setup everything from scratch. This is unbearable, of course.What can I do? I really need this now and cannot get any relevant info from the forum.Thanks in advance!  

I have created a specific material for surface and same I would like to assign it to other surface.How and where do I find that modified material, can I create library to use for future renderings.

Hello,  I am sure this simple and i missing something, but i have an image that you are looking down on (see attached).  I have used the camera and lights to swing the enviroment and the image around but the shadows always look like the object is standing on the desk upright. I used the match the scence and everything i could think of.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I've saved a bunch of camera bookmarks that I want to render, but whenever I render preview or render for real the objects, or camrea,  drifts. This is a big problem for me as the placement in the frame is real important. Been using Dimension since launch and this has never been a problem before.  Ref. images is the original placements compared to the drift. It seems to get worse the further it is from point zero in the map.  

I'm still having the same problem, Adobe Dimension starts but with a blank interface. Now it's giving me error "Does not meet minimum Open GL version. I have Mac Pro 5,1 Mojave 10.14.6 96 GB DDR3 Ram Intel Xeon x5690 x 2 (12 Core). Even the pre-release version giving the same error. Hi. I am having a problem with adding a custom circular design sticker onto a bottle lid. The issues are that the graphic wraps around the bottle lid instead of laid flatly down. I do not want it to distort around the lid. The original design was made in Illustrator. I have tried to experiment around with changing the file from Illustrator to Photoshop to JPEG but all come with the same issue. I also tried with the different placement options with decal and fill.  Please could you advise on how to solve the issue of the graphic not wrapping around the lid? Any help would be much appreciated! (Screenshot of the issue is attached)
