Download & Install

I have a Macbook Pro with the new Catalina OS, and the recent 10.15 update.  Since updating to this new OS, I purchase a Creative Cloud subscription and tried installing for the FIRST TIME.  However, the installer keeps getting stuck at 21.5 %.  I have spoken with Adobe on the phone, and they seem to think Apple needs to come out with an update.  And people on the Apple forums think that Adobe needs to come out with an update to their installer.  I have tried installing in Safe Mode, I have tried using the alternative download links provided by Adobe, I've also gone to both Libraries (User and System) to rename Adobe application support folders as "-old" in order to allow the Adobe installer to create new support folders, but nothing works.  Is there a solution to this yet?

Hallo zusammen. Ich habe eine ältere Lizenz für Master Collection CS6 gekauft und diese hat auch funktioniert auf meinem Rechner. Jetzt musste er zur Reparatur und hat ein neues Mainboard bekommen. Seitdem ist meine CS6-Version auf Testversion zurück gestuft und meine Seriennummer funktioniert nicht. Es kommt eine Meldung, dass diese gesperrt wurde. Kann ich das irgendwie wieder einrichten, dass es funktioniert?Ratlose Grüße Stefanie

Hello!I pay for an Adobe plan for more than 2 years, I use it on my iMac.Few days ago I bought a MacBook and I wanted to download Creative Cloud so I can use all the apps in my subscription on new laptop also.But (I suppose) because I live in russia — the website won't let me download Creative Cloud or ANY programs from my plan. It just won't open the download page, even with VPN (before it worked with VPN)…Is there any chance u can help me?Or should I travel to another country just to download Creative Cloud? 😉P. S.I tried to airdrop Creative Cloud or other app-files from iMac to MacBook, but it won't open on MacBook (smart move Adobe haha)Thanks a lot!

Hi! Last year I got the redeem code for Substance 3D. I need to renew my code but I can not get the code because on the website, it says "UniqueID already exists". How can I get the new code?  I cannot find any solution for this. Does anyone have the same problem? Help please. 

So I have been trying to download animate and it just wont download and it says---------------------------The installer you downloaded won't work on your computer. Choose 'OK' to download the installer that matches your Windows. Error Code: 717---------------------------so I download the file on the website and it still does not download can someone help? My student subscription recently ended. Every time I open any application a pop-up appears that says, "We can't verify your subscription status." My options are to "quit photoshop" or "try again." If I select "try again," the same pop-up appears repeatedly. I thought I would just uninstall the applications, but when I open the Creative Cloud app I recieve a pop-up that says, "You've been signed out." I select "Sign in" and it loads for a couple seconds then prompts me to the same pop-up. This is super frustrating because I have to sign in in order to uninstall the apps but I can't sign in. My student discount is gone so now I am paying the near $60 a month for applications I cannot even use. 

I have a 2013 Intel based Mac (I'm poor and can't afford to upgrade) and had to reinstall Mavericks after upgrading from Sierra to Catalina due to Norton not supporting anything earlier anymore. Unfortunately, this led to the incompatibility of CS4. After struggling to get this done I finally succeeded yesterday morning. I started to install my physical copy of CS4 yesterday afternoon and it is STILL downloading! I remember it taking some time to do when I installed it before, but not 15 hours to be only halfway. I noticed the flashdrive I connected yesterday is flashing as though the Mac is reading from it but there shouldn't be any reason for the Mac to do that, and there's nothing on there anyway. Any thoughts? I might have this installed before I get a response but I doubt it.

I wanted to use Premiere Pro on Windows 10 so I tried to install the creative cloud which did not work. I also tried installing Premiere Pro on it's own which also did not work. Just for fun, I tried installing the media encoder. None of the installers opened. When launched I see "Adobe Installer (32 bit)" breifly in the task manager before closing (I run a 64 bit device which is odd). I tried launching as an admin, restarting the PC, updating the PC, and running two different cleaning/repair tools from Adobe themselves. My computer used to have the software installed but I fully reset my pc a while ago, but my D drive was never reset, so I tried turning it off and running the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool again because I thought something in it might be confusing it but it still did not work. I deactivated all devices from https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices but still no luck. I checked the logs from the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and it seemed to be tryin

So, I have creative cloud on both my laptop and my desktop. When I open it on my desktop, It works as usual. However, when I try to load it on my laptop, it opens. But it stays on the loading screen. I tried to uninstall it, but it wouldn't uninstall because I still have Illustrator installed on my laptop, and I can't get rid of it. Even as I am typing this, I have it loaded in the background and it has yet to finally load. So, please. Please Help!

I purchased Adobe Premier Elements, open my email to follow the links to download. Every single link says site can't be reached! Are your servers down? Just paid for this and want to use it. When can I download it?

I wish to access creative cloud without updating it, as my drive has literally no storage space left to update.  Is there a way to remove the update screen so I can use Creative Cloud without updating it?

i dont even know how to call it, but i got really problem with that creative cloud!!! And i overtired to fight with support, which is only "very sorry" and "understand my frustration".Well, i had a single app subscription. Then i would like to change it to full subscription, but i did not find how to do that, there was no any way in my account to upgrade the subscription. So, i asked support how to do? They answered, that i should just buy new plan and they will remove my previous.Ok, i did that.It took about 1.5 month for them to remove my single app plan from my account, all along i ask them every 3 days why they cant do that and always got "our related team will connect with you within 2 days". During 1,5 month.Finally they removed it. And what do i have now? Now i have that my AE (that one single app which i bought with first subscription) is about to expire. Because my plan removed. As i understand i need to download and install it under my new (current) subscription, because ther

I'm using a personal account, so I don't have an IT administrator that would have placed restrictions on my account, or my computer.  The solution for the missing apps tab doesn't work for me either, as I don't have the config file within the OOBE folder.  Totally at a loss here, tried using a new Adobe account and downloading a free trial but that didn't work either.  Have also tried completely uninstalling Creative Cloud and redownloading, but I still don't have access.

I downsized my business some time ago. I've been using CS2 for a number of years as it meets my needs. I know it's no longer supported and while I still have an Adobe account I can't get phone support. Upgrading is not a viable option as I wouldn't use it enough. I clicked on my shortcut as usual and got the following message "The installer seems to have written the wrong AUM Application ID"
