Download & Install

I am subscribed to the full Creative Cloud. Just upgraded to a new Mac Studio. Some apps install: Creative Cloud and Illustator. Some such as Indesign and Photoshop still show up as "Try" How can I fix this, I paid for all of them?

Hi, after renewing my subscription, my older PS versions stopped working. I want to stick with the older versions because they work just fine and the latest version is not compatible with my CPU.When I try to open PS 18 via CC, it tells me that I need to log in. Then it says that it could not find Photoshop in my subscription plan. I have tried cleaning cache directories and reinstalling CC with no luck. Any ideas? 

HI,I'd like to start using photoshop. Unfortunately, I don't have a big budget. I would like to install Photoshop on a PC with W10 pro and   I7 latest generation  , 16 Gb Ram and 512 Gb SSD without a dedicated graphics card, could it work? Thank you

As with the title, any advice on how can I make money using these softwares? Been subscribed for almost 2 years now but I haven't earned a single cent from using any of these.Any suggetstions (as long as they are valid) are more than welcome.Regards,Marco

Hii had a subscription for an adobe xd starter plan and have been using for quite a while. my old system got fried so i had to get a new one (both had/have win 10). I logged into my CC account. Just purchased Creative Cloud all apps as an upgrade from the After Effects plan. When I go to view apps Premiere Pro is not presenting as anavailable app. It only says "Try" or "Buy". But I literally just bought it...  Any ideas? This is really frustrating

I have a licensed CD of adobe CS5.5. For what ever reason the installer freezes now for Acrobat  X Pro when I try to install it in my new PC. Adobe no longer allows me  to download a new copy despite it being Licensed. This is very unfair. I don't know what to do. Can someone please send me copy of the download? even after doing a full uninstall and restart, i keep getting an error that the network resource for vc_runtimeMinimum_x86 is unavailable how do i fix this. 

Hi GuysI have a long list of updates on my Update Apps List. Before doing so and after contacting Adobe, I uninstalled Id (v17.4.1) and Ai (v26.5.2) using the Adobe Uninstall Tool.But when I looked at my Update List, updates for these now uninstalled apps still appear. I ran 'check for updates hoping it would see there are no installed apps, but they continue to appear in the update apps list.how can I get rid of these two now unnecessary updates?

I just got a new laptop and went to install my Adobe CS4 Suite (Student Edition) on it. When I went to look for the serial number, all of my emails regarding it no longer exist and I don't know why. I then logged into Adobe.com to see if I could get it there, but my product is no longer there. There is literally nothing listed anywhere about my CS4 I've had since '08/'09 back when I was a student. It's just gone. How am I supposed to find my serial number now? The only thing I could find is the product code for myidentit-e, but when I went to the website, the url is no longer the same (it's just identit-e now) and they no longer have my email address or account in the system. My ability to continuously and perpetually use CS4 is the only reason I still use Photoshop, so if this can't be remedied, Adobe has lost my business, since I am not okay with subscription plans continuously hemorrhaging money from me, regardless of how often or little I use it. Hola, mi problema es que no puedo instalar Audition en mi iMac porque el sistema es High Sierra. Llevo subscrito desde finales de 2019 y pagando mi cuota y ahora necesito instalarlo en otro ordenador similar, no puedo hacer un upgrade de mis ordenadores de estudio y no recibo respuesta inmediata desde el soporte online de Adobe. ¿Alguien puede decirme cómo hacerlo?

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i932 GB 2667 MHz DDR4Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MBRunning BigSur 11.2.2 Every time I use Photoshop, InDesign, or any of the other creative apps I'm crashed out to a black screen of death. It might happen after two minutes, it might happen after 30 minutes - but it always happens! I've run every variable of Clean My Mac. I've deleted every cache and temp file I can find. It's ruining my life! I've got the MAC sitting on a huge fan to make sure it's not a temperature thing, and running Macs Fan Control. All seems ok. My battery is in good health ... Anyone else ever seen this issue? It doesn't look like hardware.

Hello, I'm having trouble updating my creative cloud app and I can't find the error code on any forum either. It says error code 202 and it can't extract anything. It's claiming that I may not have enough storage but I do. Does anyone have any idea what could be the case or problem? Thank you in advance!

I have CS5.5 on an old failing pc sot need to install it on another Windows 7 (or 10) pc for an autist6ic child who is obsessed with Photoshop and can't learn a new user interface (it would take years) and is not allowed to be online at any time. There's a download available in my account but is it better to use my install discs? Or no difference?People are saying they can't activate CS4, 5, and 6 because Adobe won't give a "response code" or something similar to complete the activation.I need SIMPLE instructions and help please, I'm not too technical. OR, is it possible to use a software utility like "easeUS" to move this Adobe application/program to another computer?  Or to make a clone and install it?Thanks a million for any easy to follow help.
