Download & Install

I've got a desktop and a laptop with CC. I'm thinking of purchasing an ultra compact laptop (GPD Win Max 2) for ultralight travel but can't because I can't add a third computer to my CC account.  Would anyone else like Adobe to increase the number of installed CC licences to 3?

Hello, I just subscribed to the CC bundle of apps. I will be able to download all on my new Mac Studio (in OS 13). Already downloaded PS and LR. But I also want to download some of the apps on my 2015 Mac Pro laptop which I want to keep in OS 10.11 which is not compatible with current versions of the apps. I saw Adobe's instructions for downloading earlier versions of an app when you already have the current version on your computer. But I can't find any info about downloading an earlier version if the app is not on the computer already. Thank you for any advice. 

I just started to download creative cloud desktop and it's going so slow.. Any ideas as to how long it'll take to download? Overnight? Or a few hours? Thanks.

I was using Adobe Creative Cloud using their free at-home access until it expired, so I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud for Students to continue my course under lockdown.  I bought Creative Cloud and received a confirmation email on July 23 (subject: "Thanks for your purchase") which contained a link to confirm my account and create a password. I did both and received another email on July 24 (subject: "Welcome to your Creative Cloud membership"). I had already installed Illustrator, Acrobat DC, Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic during the period of free at-home access, and after I purchased Creative Cloud for Students on July 23, I had access to those apps until about a week later (I don't know the exact date), when access suddenly stopped. When I attempted to access the apps, I instead received a prompt to buy the app or start a 7 day free trial. I checked my bank statement, and it records a payment of $21.99 to Adobe Systems Pty Ltd Sydney AU AUS on&

Lightroom6 install on Mac Ventura 1.0 does not work.What can I do as it is a permanent licence?Thank you.

I have design and web premium cs6 and shows on my Adobe account as Windows platform, it can be loaded and used on two computers. Is it possible to use the same Windows license to load on a MAC laptop? therefore one loaded on a Windows PC and second used on a MAC laptop? Also if possible, the DVD disks are Windows format, is there a link for MAC format?Thanks in advance

I have already purchased photoshop elements 9 and can see it in my account when I log on to Adobe.  There is a link to download it onto my new Windows 11 desktop PC, but when I open the .exe file I receive an error message saying ---------------------------Adobe---------------------------The file archive part of Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. Please download all parts.---------------------------I'm not sure to which file(s) this error message refers or why the download does not work?  Please help.

Hi Community, I know this has been asked before but I have CS6 installed on my laptop and it is close to dying. I have the original software and the serial number, but when I try to activate it tells me it is registered to another email address. I bought the software new and have only ever had this email address. Is there anything I can do to see what email address my serial number is registered to?!Thank you!!!

A post on this site says I can open old Pagemaker files by downloading CS6.  But I can't find anyway to do that.I've had Pagemaker and then InDesign and then Creative Suite for some 30 years (since my first version of PM on floppy disks to my current Creative Cloud subscripton!)  So I think I'm entitled to do this.  But how?It seems it's no longer possible to talk to anyone from Adobe directly, as their "Contact Us" button doesn't work.Can anyone help, please?!

I am logged in, can see my serial number and grab it, but it says I have too many computer activated. But here's the rub, Adobe doesn't see any computers activated. How can I deactivate (a computer I no longer have - it was recycled) if Adobe lists "no devices" on my activation list. HELP!

Hi everyone,  I bought Photoshop elements in 2019. I changed laptop and I would now like to reinstall it on my new computer.I proceed with the download from my account area but I am not able open to launch the software because it is corrupted, that is what it said. I have repeated the download and installation a couple of times already but the message is always the same. Elements on the old pc is not running. Any idea?  ThanksMarta  

i want to unsubscribe from adobe cloud and account but can't find the usubscribe page. For some reason it is not available you get linked to all kind of options but not one that says unsubscribe account.

Hi there, I hope I'm not being stupid but quite stumped by the issues I'm having. I can't access adobe.com whenever I try I get refused connection. (no I don't know why I didn't get the same error on this page)When installing creative cloud I kept having connection issues and had to use an alternate installer, when I did it was installed correctly, however, the app cannot connect after launching. it's nothing to do with the internet provider blocking it, it appears to be local to my laptop. I have no 3rd party anti-virus, I have tried again disabling threat protection, firewall, etc, which hasn't helped. Nothing seems to be blocking it. (no custom rules either)I have tried deleting caches (suggested before for some reason)I have tried running as admin and even creating an alternate user.For some reason I cannot connect to anything adobe, Does anyone have any ideas? I am going mad.Feel free to ask for more information, or just to call me an idiot. 

Hi, I have the full Creative Cloud membership and I love all the apps. However I NEVER EVER sync ANYTHING from any computer to any online thing. I don't need any syncing, or connections to the internet, or anything. When I work on Premiere Pro, I disconnect everything from the internet. Also, the WORST thing about Creative Cloud is that it's always running and slowing down the computer. Even if I "quit" Creative Cloud desktop app, it still slows everything down.Here is what I want:I want to keep my full Adobe Creative Cloud suite membership. I do not want to change my plan. I have ALL Adobe apps, and want to keep them. My membership is totally fine with me.I want to install ONLY Adobe Premiere Pro CC on my computer, and DO NOT want to install Creative Cloud, which is stupid and extra crap.How do I keep the Premiere Pro desktop app, but remove the Creative Cloud desktop app?I need all the memory and speed I have on my computer and Adobe CC is making it so slow I can't even use Premiere
