Download & Install

Hi, ich habe Premiere Elements heruntergeladen, installiert und wollte mit dem Aktivierungscode die Software aktivieren. Das gelang nicht, angeblich ist der einegegebene Aktivierungscode ungültig. Ich habe die Hinweise für diesen Fall abgearbeitet, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Wie kann ich nun meine Software aktivieren? Vielen Dank!

Since a couple of weeks, I keep getting an error from Creative CloudI tried repairing of course, message appeared after a few minutes.I removed all applications and reinstalled everything, again the message appeared after a few minutes.There is no other useful information, the above screen shot is the only thing that is given to me.Does anyone know what's going on?Creative Cloud: 5.10.0.573Windows: Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621

I am logged in and want to cancel but it is impossible to get out of the completely unhelpful circular links.So, on the offchance that anyone from Adobe is monitoring this - I want every form of subscription cancelled that was activated by your company to be cancelled effectively. I expect an email showing everything I am paying for, and it all cancelled, so I have proof it was done.Regards,A Shirling

Bonjour,  Je suis abonnée à Illustrator depuis juillet 2022. Je veux résilier, Adobe me propose 60 jours gratuits pour ne pas résilier mon contrat. Si j'accepte, est-ce que la date du début de mon abonnement basculera à aujourd'hui, c'est-à-dire mars 2023, ou est-ce que ca restera à juillet 2022 ?  Merci !

Can I install a licenced app in two seperate PCs?

Hey, I install and run Creative Cloud on Windows 10, but it fails on my new Windows 11 box with 'loading creative cloud', then it times out. I've tried removing all Adobe from W11, rebooting, then re-downloading CC with the same result. I've attached a picture of where it ends up. I've also tried the Repair option but it goes into a loop and eventually ends back up there. I'm running W11 home fully patched from what I can tell. Any help would be appreciated as the entire Adobe suite is unusable on W11. 

I recently noticed I have two copies of Illustrator on my computer.  I am unable to delete the older one.  Below is a screen shot from my control panel.  I"m running WIndows 10 64bit.  1. When I try to delete from the control panel, I am broughtr to the Creative Cloud Desktop.  There is only one option to delete Illustrator, and the newer version is deleted instead of the older one (see second screen shot).2.  When I reinstall via creative cloud desktop, the new version is installed but I am still left with the older version..3. I've also tried uing the Creative Cloud Desktop Clean Up utility.  Illustrator is not listed as on the computer, but even after refreshing and restarting, it is still listed in the Control Panel. 

On Windows 10, I use CS6 Design and Web Premium. I was able to successfully license the software after installing it once more after the disk crashed. After every Windows restart, the issue occurs. I was asked to renew the software license by Adobe. It works after logging in and licensing. And so on (with administrator rights always).

hello,i have this issue where no matter how many times i uninstall and reinstall the creative cloud on my pc, at first it will work fine but when i turn off my pc and then back on, creative cloud will go back in compatibility mode and it will even uninstall on its own some apps downloaded before. my OS is the latest version of windows 10could anyone please help? i feel like im wasting my money

Im trying to uninstall Photoshop because it say that during installation some files got lost and are missing.According to Adobe I can only uninstall Photoshop if I uninstall all other CC apps as well.  Do I really need to do that or is there a workaround?

I just purchased a Thinkpad and was heartbroken to realize I now simply have a paperweight/tablet now.   Any Idea when this will be released or what other alternative programs I can use?

Hi, some help please. I recently purchased Elements 2023 but every time I try to install it, it stops (usually either at the 4% or 12% point) and says sorry, installation failed. Unknown error has occurred. The installer then crashes and I have to shut it down in the Task Manager, where it says it's 32-bit. I don't know if this is the problem but I cannot see any way to get a 64-bit installer. Ideas would be welcome.

I've looked around the forums and it seems no one has a solution for this.It is more than an annoyance but a real problem delaying my editing work:My account keeps being "thrown out" and I need to log in time and again.Please help!

I purchased a new phone. Lighthouse logged me into an old account. I have the paid version but it would not restore the purchase . Need help logging into my paid account. Thank you ,Karen

I tried unsuccessfully to find it in Adobe Creative Cloud app.The oldest version available is 17.4 and the path to obtain older ones is inefficient.Thanks

Hi I have a serial number for an unactivated version of photoshop CS5 and I want to activate it / download it onto my windows 10 pc. I have tried to activate it at https://account.adobe.com/products but that did not work as it replied with the prompt "serial number invalid" I have also tried to just download it and activate it later but I have not been able to find an offical download. Please reply with any suggestions, thank you.

Moin auch,der Download bleibt bei 1,5% hängen!  Ich habe schon X mal das selbe (gleiche) erlebt. Immer wieder bleibt der Download bleibt bei 1,5% hängen! Das geht schon wochenlang so ! ! ! Aufgrund eines Problems mit Creative Cloud kann derzeit nicht alles in Ihrer Sprache angezeigt werden.Versuchen Sie es später erneut. Dieses Problem ( mit der Sprache) dauert jetzt schon das  G  A N Z E  J A H R  2 0 2 3 ! ! !   Genau solange ,(nämlich das GANZE JAHR 2023)  habe ich das Problem, daß der Download immer wieder bei 1,5% hängen bleibt ! ! !   Ein freundliches Moin

Getting the dreaded error for CC and it won't fix itself. Reading all the rest of the items it say to uninstall and reinstall from a new download.Tried doing that and it says I have items installed that require CC and have to uninstall them first. Tried that an guess what? It tries to open CC to unistall the programs. It does open and can't uninstall the programs. WTF Adobe. I am paying heaps for this suite of programs and it isn't working and can't even uninstall them.
