Download & Install

I use Animate from time to time.Wanted to play with it again for one month, so paid for a month subscription.There was no option in my manage plan account to cancel subscription after this month. Literally not there, and this was an issue in the forums BACK IN 2014So I have to go and chat to a consultant to cancel my account and plead my case to cancel.It was utterly horrible and soured this great program. Consultant did their job OK, but for Adobe to make me jump the hoopsI'm still really angry...took me 40 minutes of time to just cancel and not get billed again....I'm shaking what the hell. Why has this not been fixed after all these years.I want an answer. Why make me speak to a consultant. I don't need to speak to one to purchase, but they sure make it hard as hell to cancel.Dom

Hi, I can't open any of my cloud docs, even ones that I didn't share with anyone. I can download the file and open it, but can't access them trough XD.  I've reinstalled the app, same result. thank you in advance!

I have bought and payed for a one year plan and have installed several apps on my mac osx. Everything works perfectly. But I would love to use InDesign on my windows computer too, so I have downloaded the cc-client, have logged into my account and wanted to install the app, but it doesn't work. The "app" section does not appear in my client and when I try to download the InDesign app from the website, it asks me what application ot open the link with. Hi my Master Collection is CS5.5

I have CS5, which I bought several years ago (on CD). It has been running on Windows 7 just fine, but I recently purchased a Dell Latitude laptop with Windows 10 that doesn't have a CD port. I found links to install CS5 and Adobe Pro on the Adobe site, but my attempts failed. I even had a customer service chat person try to walk me through it and it still didn't work. I was told that Adobe doesn't support CS5 any longer and to consult the Community. Does anybody have any suggestions, or is there a previous post on this that I'm not seeing?  Thank youTim

Ich arbeite an einem MBPro mit Apple M1 Pro (mit OSVentura) und habe soeben das Update für einige Apps (leider habe ich mir nicht gemerkt, welche heute aktualisiert wurden) mittels Creative Cloud heruntergeladen und installiert. Kuruz darauf bekam ich den Hinweis über das Kontzrollzentrum, dass unter »Anmeldeobjekte« etwas installiert wurde, dass sich »open« nennt und im Hintergrund läuft. Ich habe »open« in den Systemeinstellungen unter Anmeldeobjekte auch gefunden. Was ist das und wofür ist es? Screenshots hänge ich an. Danke für eure Hilfe.

I've tried EVERYTHING. clean uninstall, using the uninstall tool. Restarted PC, downloaded the C++ visual. going as far as to reset my pc and creative cloud still won't launch. All I get is 2 seconds of the loading circle on my mouse and then nothing happens. I was using photoshop yesterday & it crashed on me today and then this happened. Uninstalled all Adobe programs reinstalled and still nothing.  some other things I've tried windows update, graphics card update. All the armory crate updates. I'm running out of options here.Im on windows 11.

CAN'T OPEN PHOTSHOP FOR IT SAYS "DISK ERROR"  what can be the trouble ?

In 2011 I bought Adobe CS 5.5 and Lightroom. Now I ned to install this on a new computer. On my Adobe ID only Lightroom is registered. They are paid on the same invoice, and I do have this invoice. The serial nubers came on an email, but I can't find this email anymore.Anybody know how I can get my serial number - or get in touch with Adobe?

I am unable to activate my CS6 Design suite...When i goes to offline activation to get a response ... it stated that my serial are invalid. very frustrated as all my adobe serial number are genuine & working.. furthermore each time i try to login for generate response...the site stated that my password is wrong... but when i try login to adobe side it is ok..

I just bought the entire creative cloud plan. I can install it, about 50% through installation 2 error messages pop up. They also popup after installation is complete and when I try to run the program. I have uninstalled this app so many times and reinstalled it. I have tried to repair it. I have updated everything on my laptop and TO NO AVAIL.  Here is the error messages "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Restinstalling the program may fix this problem""The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I am so frustrated because I dont understand any of what that is saying and I have looked at the error codes in the help page and noone of those have helped my case. It doesnt help that customer service isnt available on weekeds so I am SOL on updating my portfolio until I can use these apps. SIGH

I am new to Adobe CC.  If I try to install Photoshop CC, the installation of Creative Cloud starts. Is there a way to install Photoshop CC alone?

Hi,    I have a problem with files that are unsupportive to Adobe. I download the image from the website <instagram tool link removed-kglad> which is designed in adobe tools but now it's unsupportive to it. Hi,I requested a redemtion code for substance painter a bit earlier this day and I now got the confirmation that the Redemtion Code was accepted and that I'm able to download Substance Painter within the Creative Cloud. However in my Creative Cloud App next to the Substance Painter App stands "Start Trial" instead of "Install" . I also already tried to log out of my Creative Cloud App, restart my PC and log back in but this also doesn't work.Pls help 😕😕

Hi, I'm having trouble closing my account. A new payment invoice has appeared which I don't want to pay because I haven't used anything from adobe and until I pay it it won't let me close the account which I can't use and so every month it wants to charge me fees which I don't want to be charged.
