Hello everyone! I'm a professional photographer and have been using Lightroom Classic since 2017. My wife has gotten into pro photography as well within the past year. We were recently gifted a consumer grade HP PC that runs Windows in S Mode. I don't usually use consumer grade computers and I've also been on the Mac OS since roughly 2017. As a result, I'm unfamiliar with this new S Mode concept on Windows. Am I able to install Lightroom Classic in S Mode or do I have to take the OS out of S Mode in order to accompplish this? Thank you for your help! -Justin

Hello,I would like to ask regarding the supported platforms for AEM Forms 6.5 on JEE. Our client would like to deploy the AEM Forms on Windows Server 2022 and use Windows Office 2021 for the PDF generator, but these versions are not stated on the page of the Supported platforms for AEM Forms 6.5.  Are you aware of any  incompatibility issues of the AEM Forms 6.5 with these newer versions or was it not simply tested yet with these newer versions?

I uninstalled the old copy of Photoelements 2 and tried to reinstall the program using the CD. The CD runs but no download occurs. Anybody with a solution?

Is Creative Suite 4 compatible with Windows 10?

I have Photoshop 2019 and 2020. When I upgraded to PS 2020, the barrel rotation feature on the stylus stopped working. (yes, the Wacom driver is up to date.) After hours with Adobe support, they advised I stick with PS2019. I've been using PS2019 for the past few years and it's been fine. I just upgraded my mac OS to Monterey 12.6.1 and now PS2019 is acting a little jumpy. I realize I should probably upgrade to Photoshop 2022, but I am concerned the install will delete PS2019. I have read that Adobe no longer allows previous versions of PS to coexist, and new installs will overwrite previous versions. Is this true? Is there any way to keep an older version of PS with the new PS?  I can't risk losing the barrel rotation feature and I don't know if it has been restored in PS 2020. Thank you.

No idea what happened but I am pretty sure I know what happened to cause it. What I did: Moved OS to new hardware (mobo and CPU). I know it fubarred the licencing so the update manager decided to install creative cloud software manager which I don't think will work with perpetual licence. I uninstalled it and now the old licence manager keeps popping up saying to activate or continue trial which will expire in approximately 89 years.Is there any way to make it go away? I tried to reinstall to no avail. Does Adobe have any sort of uninstaller that removes all remnants of the suite and licencing? I have CS6 installed on my laptop as well but nothing shows in my account a for active devices. I'm kinda stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I get error code 50, "installation failed" when trying to install.  I have deleted past versions of Elements and creative cloud from my desktop. It is not resolved after restarting the computer.  Saw no app data.  What are my next trouble shooting steps? 

Hi. I've been using Adobe on my Mac laptop for nearly a year now with no issues but about three or four weeks ago all the tools on all my apps suddenly stopped working and all just showed the hand tool. I tried restarting my device, updates each app, uninstalling and reinstalling each of them and restoring all the settings to default but none of it worked.I then tried to get help here but the person who was meant to help me kept insisting for my premising to remotely access my computer. When I tried to ask why or for an alternative (no tech support person has ever asked me for that before, so I felt weary) he kept not making sense and refusing to explain, which made me feel even more uneasy with the situation and I quit the chat. But I'm still having this problem and have no idea how to fix it. Can anyone please help?! I literally can't use any of them anymore!

Aodbe support sent me here as they "don't support that product anymore". I downloaded the install file from my account and installed on a new laptop after deactivating the old install. When I try to sign in it gives me this error:Try again laterFor security reasons your access was temporarily disabled.For more details contact Adobe Customer Support Product shows in my account but no devices activated. (There are/were two, desktop and laptop. I assume there are now just one since I deactivated the older laptop. Any help is appreciated.

I have had other account before and when i logged out i couldn't log in again. When i click on the log in button the same page appare again. So i don't know how to fix it, I tried to uninstall the programe but i can't because "you still use creative cloud - applications installed on the mac which you need creative cloud to use". I can't unistall the other apps because i can't log in on the creative cloud desktop. 

Does anyone know if it's possible to accept card payments on an Adobe Portfolio website? Maybe I could do this with a third party feature embedded somewhere on the site? 

Mine has been downloading for 20 minutes. I think something is wrong.

I just purchased the Black Friday deal for access to all Adobe programs for $40 per mo. and will be learnig at least 4 (if not more) programs. What is/are the minimum features, size storage/hard drive/memory, etc. I absolutely NEED to have on a new Mac to download multiple programs (at least InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere, maybe more) without problems? Adobe provides system requirements for one individual program, but nothing for multiple programs.I will be purchasing a new Mac this holiday season and know I have to spend enough in order to use these 4-5 programs - otherwise the whole point is defeated - but I have a pretty limited budget and need some advice from someone that isn't trying to sell me things I don't need. I was looking at a new 2021 Macbook Pro but then a friend suggested that a Macbook Air might be powerful enough so I haven't even narrowed down which product to purchase. Can anyone please offer some advice? I'd really appreciate it!!!!Thanks again

I got a new laptop with pre-installed Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 (part of Microsoft Productivity package), but erroneously downloaded the free version of Adobe Acrobat. How do I recover the original paid version?  How can I find the serial number of the original Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 that was pre-installed in my Lenovo laptop?  Thank you!

Adobe customer support says they can no longer provide Lightroom 9 or CC2020 direct download links, and directed me to the community forum to ask here.The computer I have with enough storage to handle the volume of photos and videos can only be updated to ios High Sierra 10.13.High Sierra is only compatable with Lightroom 9 or older. I tried Lightroom 8 (CC 2019) and it will not work with RAW files.So I either need to figure out how to get Lightroom 9 or buy a new computer. Thanks for any help - 

I'm trying to install Lightroom to my second laptop. I'm at Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and just chose the 'Install' button. The app tells me to sign in. I choose Gmail since that's what I use to sign in to Creative Cloud. The app directs me to my browser (Chrome), but at this point the sign in process freezes and I can't even start the download. I'll attach two photos for demonstration, one from Creative Cloud and the second from my browser where the process gets stuck.I've tried the Adobe Creative Cloud uninstaller's Repair function but that didn't help. What to do next? Are there some limitations or requirements regarding the laptop (storage, power etc.) on to where Adobe products can be installed? Just wondering, because I had no problme installing Lightroom to my better laptop...

Hi. I have Adobe CC with Ps and Lr. My question is... if I buy a new computer and install Adobe CC will my preferences, operations and preserts from Ps and Lr open the same or will I have to create again?

Hallo,sicherlich kann ich einiges nicht installieren, da ich jetzt nicht so ein hochwertigen PC habe. Allerdings wird bei vielen angzeigt, dass ich windows10 brauche und ein update machen soll, aber ich hab schon windows11 und gerade auch erst einen update gemacht. Ich bin etwas ratlos, da ich wirklich keine Ahnung habe, ob mein Rechner diese ganzen Vorgaben erfüllt, die bei den Programmen aufgeführt sind. PS, ID, Premiere  habe ich letztes runtergeladen, aber die Aktualusierung funktionieren nicht mehr. Die Bridge bekomme ich allerdings auch nicht heruntergeladen.Ist schon ein bisschen frustrierend. Vielleicht besser einen ITler schauen lassen?LGChristina

I've left it like this overnight to no progress. What I've done already: - completely clean the Adobe products off my computer - ReinstallXed and redownloaded the Creative Cloud app (at least twice) - "Repaired" the Creative Cloud through the uninstaller 

Hi   I'm changing laptop and i wanted to reinstal my ADOBE DESIGN STANDARD CS6, but I can not instal it. I cant find an intaller on internet, my serial number is invalid due to notifiction I get during attempt to instal CS6 master collection (the only instaler I manage to find over internet). On my Adobe account (which was coneccted to my old instalation) notificatin says that srial number is already in use when I try to register the product with serial number. No idea what I can do more? I bought it legally and was using my ADOBE DESIGN STANDARD CS6 with my serial number for over 4 years with success on my old laptop. And hopeless and angry, after over 6 hours trying to find a solution on the internet and on your support forum didn;t find nothing helpfull (apart from insinuation that my key might be illegal or broken).  Please help
