Photoshop was having this issue where it wouldn't open so  I started to uninstall it so I could reinstall it (windows 11) and now I can't even find the app on Creative Cloud to install and if I click on it in the store it wants me to pay for it again before I can install it. 

I bought After Effects about a month ago. Then I tried to download it to my computer. Clicking the download button will open the Creative Cloud page asking you to log in. After selecting the account to log in, another page will appear. However, there is buffering and the installation cannot proceed further.If you refresh in this state, a message asking you to wait and run appears, but it does not run even if you wait. You'll see a link asking you to log in, but when you log in from there it says that it's an unregistered email address. At the top, it says your computer is offline. Internet connection is always good, but I don't know why.What should I do?

Hello, i am new to graphic design, i was wondering if Adobe Illustrator was downloadable on a chromebook laptop? I tried many times and i just keep getting sent to the same link. Please get back to me ASAP;

dont know why i choose 2 separate plans i was thinking i cancell the Ps plan but today i realize i dont, so im paying 2x 24,5, instead of choosing adobre creative plan for 36euro, can i change it somehow,? 

Are there Adobe suit products for mac 10.13 or should I just stop my subscription? Please Help.

HELP!I have CS Suite 2 Premium that I purchased on disk around 2008-2009??  I have not used it in years and tried to install on my Windows 10 Home desktop today.  The installation looked like it went smooth.  When I went to open the 3 programs I installed (Acrobat, InDesign and Photoshop) I was getting error messages.For Photoshop it says "Your Adobe Photoshop user name, organization or serial number is missing or invalid.  The application cannot continue and must now exit."  The only option is OK.For InDesign when I open it I get a dialog box asking for my name and serial number.  When I put in the serial number I get the error message "The serial number you provided is not valid.  Pleas check your serial number and re-enter it."  Yes, I have checked and re-entered.For Acrobat I get a pop up saying "No valid Acrobat serial number found.  Acrobat will not quit."I did a chat with Adobe and it seems that I have no idea what email address I ent

 

Through the local academy I was able to purchase a full membership for the Adobe products. Now i'm wondering where I can see when this subscription ends? I tried looking at my account but haven't found this information yet. I'd like to know this so I can determine when I need to renew my subscription.

I am pretty poor at anything IT based but thought I would be ok downloading and using Photoshop elements 12. However, everytime I try to download and run Elements 12 I get a message telling me 'file archive part is missing' - what do I need to do to fix this?

I have a problem. In 2011 I bought the adobe package (Indesign-illustrator-photoshop) then with CD ROM. I have them installed in my mac and everything is ok. this year the hard drive of the mac broke so I had to replace it. I reinstalled the 3 programs whith the CD ROM but when I go to open them it asks me to activate but I can't. What good soul can help me?

Hello Guys,and thanks for looking into thisAt our company we're still in doubt wether or not to update our software to CC or just update to CS6. Currently we all have different versions (going from CS3 to CS5), and that's really time-consuming.The most important question would be if it is possible in the CC to work in the same file at the same time.Working on magazines, catalogues or books this would be a major time-saving option!For example I could work on chapter 1 and 6, whilst my collegues are working on the other chapters.The other users could then see how far I am on my chapters, change things (make notes) etc.Is this possible in CC or not?Thanks for your answers and time.Best regards,SamPS: If there are major setbacks working on the cloud (between multiple users/computers) please let us know.

So much is wrong with Adobe. The subscription fee for one is outrageous. I can't even use the most recent version of Premiere because despite having 64 gig ram, 2080 Ti, etc... the 2022 version has a memory leak. But the membership only allowes for two computers and I have three so I contstantly have to log into and out of another. (feature request, MAKE IT SO I DON'T HAVE TO SIGN IN EVERYTIME I CHANGE COMPUTERS, MAKE IT SO WE CAN TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP WHEN WE NO LONGER NEED UPDATES AND HAVE ALREADY PAID ENOUGH FOR THE SOFTWARE). If I don't have internet this creates problems. Furthermore, it doesn't remember my computer when I am signed in so I have to sign in again and then log out of one of my other computers. This makes completely no sense since it requires being online it should know I'm not logged into the other computer(s). So, I'm paying for updates I can't use and having to buy the software over and over every year for the worse customer support on the planet, the software is c

I have downloaded the installers for Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Classic Lightroom and Bridge.  I have even downloaded the alternative installer for Creative Cloud.  No matter which one I launch I am prompted to run as Admin and then before I am able to log in and verify my credentials I receive an error 206, no network access.  I have tried every troubleshooting method I can find and still am unable to install the products.  This is on a very new installation of Windows 10, so there is minimal old file interaction I can think of that would be causing this.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Alex.

I have a photo suubscription to Photoshop and Lightroom. Thedrive on which Photoshop is installed has failed so I cannot access it. I cannot therefore uninstsll the program and then re-install to another drive. Any help would be appreciated

HiAfter offline activation (no online activation possible) PS CS6 cannot be updated. Consultants say Adobe has discontinued support for CS6, so no 13.0 updates are available anymore.Has anyone recently managed to update PS CS6 to a version higher than 13.0? RegardsRobert
