Hi, I'm looking for the link to download Lightroom 5 (bought a few yers ago). I was looking into the forum, and someone seems to have the same problem as me in 2019 (https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/link-to-lightroom-5-download-is-missing/m-p/10521752), but the link doesn't work anymore.I tried to deal with the official support but, as Lightroom 5 is no longer support by Adobe, they don't have any solution (exept of course paying a new licence ...)  Thanks for your help !Best, 

Ich würde gern mein bestehendes Abo in ein Creative Cloud Studierenden-Abo ändern, welches aber beim Ändern des Abs nicht zur Verfügung steht. Leider gibt es keinerlei Kontaktmöglichkeiten zu Adobe, um das Problem anzusprechen und Hilfe bei der Änderung zu bekommen.Wie kann ich Adobe kontaktieren und wie kann ich mein Abo in ein Studenten-Abo ändern?

I have a retail version of Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Pro for Windows and activation of the installation from the CD is no longer possible.  The links to download a special version that purportedly will work are no longer valid because it has been so many years ago.  How can I find a download of this program so that I may use my current serial number to get a working version on my ancient computer?

Bonjour,J'ai un soucis avec AE et PP, j'ai essayé de télécharger ces deux logiciels sur mon Mac mini M1 depuis Creative cloud mais à chaque fois cela me met un code d'erreur 183. J'ai ce problème seulement avec ces deux logiciel par contre une fois que je me rends dans le finder et dans application je peux démarrer et utiliser sans aucun soucis les deux logiciels en question. J'aimerais quand même pouvoir rêgler se problème notemment pour pouvoir garder à jour ces logiciels. Voilà j'espère que je me suis bien exprimé, j'attends donc de vos nouvelles si vous pouvez m'aider. Bonne soirée

In the CC app, I made sure to change my download location to a drive with a more than sufficient amount of storage. However, whenever I try to download any app it doesnt go through due to Error 133. But nothing I've tried everything so I was wondering if anyone can help?

Hi everyone, I'm running a macmini late 2012 on mac os high sierra 10.13.6, and by researching here on the foruns the latest version I can run is the 13.1.5 . I've tried de version 14, the oldest suported by adobe, but my lumetri scopes don't work. I could find a link to version 13 and it's running fine, but I would like to install 13.1.5 to avoid any bugs. Does anyone has a link where I can find it?

I upgraded Creative Cloud, Adobe Camera Raw, and also Bridge. I'm now getting 205 error messages. I can open bridge if I log into CC and then open the app from there. Sometimes ACR needs the same process. Should I un-install the apps, and start over?

I know this wont sound like an adobe problem, but not sure what to do at this pointI bought Dell XPS because it was extremely recommended but it keeps crashing (blue screens), I have talked to dell a lot of times and was given no solutions. they told me it's an operating system problem, but Microsoft has no solution also, now they are saying maybe adobe knows about a problem.does anyone encountered problems with using adobe apps on a PC? and / or specifically Dell?

As the title says CC just signed me out for no apparent reason while working.This now tops all the other bugs littering the suite.

I downloaded Creative Cloud and started a subscription yesterday. I am on an iMac running Catalina OS. Photoshop "open" button is greyed out within CC. I click into it and it shows a green tick that "photoshop works on this device", yet the "open photoshop (13.0)" button is still greyed out and unable to select / open it.Any ideas please? 

Hi. I am switching accounts. Same status, but different email associated. What will happen when I switch? Will I need to manually uninstall apps from older user mail and re install again from new user ?  Thank you

10 years ago someone of the company installed CS6 Mastercollection. Now that computer crashed, so I need to install CS6 on a different computer, but I have no idea which emailadress is linked to the key. Since the installation 10 years ago so many people stopped and started working here, so now nobody knows who did this. Can someone please help me! I'm stuck and I really need to be able to use some of the programs. Thank you!!! 

So a couple of days ago I downloaded creative cloud and everything worked fine but then later that day I had to reset my computer to a few days prior and after trying to redownload creative cloud it goes from 1.1% to 4.2% to 100% and then crashes without downloading. I've already reset many times, swapped accounts, temporarily turned off antivirus, and downloaded it many alternative times. I've tried to uninstall it but it's not even downloaded anymore.

I started this plan on my account last school year for my desk job on campus. I needed a particular tool to edit a flyer I had to create for said job but in order to do this I needed to sign up for a free trial that I did not realize would charge me without letting me know first. I don't use photoshop besides once in a while for school or work, I used it once last year and for that mistake I have been charged 15 dollars monthly for five months, I did not even realize this was a monthly paid plan for a year! I am a college student with literally 30 dollars in my bank account and accumulating debt, I literally do not have money to keep paying for this account let alone to pay the cancelation fee. I need my plan to be canceled and it's only fare to get a refund for these past five months saying I have not used the plan once.

Hi - when I install INdesign from Creative Cloud desktop, I keep getting only V2019.Any ideas why? on a recent build Windows 10 laptop. I have an issue where Indesign is crashing on launching on new model Dell Latitude 5430's. hoping if I was able to install 2022 it might fix it. It will only install 2019.
