Добрый день,4 года назад создавал видео через примьер про , хочу его сейчас достать , в файлах в креатив клад пишут что наработок нет , скажите , если я продлю подписку и зайду в приложение смогу ли я найти там свое видео ?

Hi,  I am trying to install in my new laptop, MacBook Pro OS Monterey operating system, my CS5 Master Collection, but from some years ago mac is not running with app's with 32-bits, https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT208436, so I can't install it. Can I run my Adobe CS6 applications in macOS (12) Monterey?

I looked through all the forums and everyone just says to fix the settings in the Adobe Cloud AppApps Install Location: D DriveFiles Install Location: D Drive. My D drive is just a split internal hard drive on my laptop.  When I install it goes right to my C drive for apps and files. How do i force it to install on my D drive?

I have installed Creative Cloud and it will not open or let me uninstall it. I had installed it previously along with a trial version of PS but had to do a system restore. After that I went and deleted the folder that was there and did the reinstall and it will not let me do anything with it! Please help!!

My studies will have such packages, but it's only in a week. The question is what trial version should I install for such a plan?

I find it kind a hard to get a good and detailed answer on this question. In Adobes Legal Terms: Legal Terms of Use | Adobe - They write: "3.7 Selling Your Content. We may allow you to license your content to other users through our Services. If available, you may choose to license your content through us under a separate agreement or directly to other users under an agreement between you and the buyer."This does not say much - "We may.." - But i understand the sentence as a Yes. I am tring to install my copy of CS6 Design and Web Premium on a new Windows 11 laptop I installed it fine on my Windows 10 laptop in the past but on 11 I am getting an error of for your security access to your account was temporarily denied. I have an educational licence. I can sign into the website just fine only the program is throwing the error.

Hi all, I have a macOS Mojave running with an activated and working CS3. Is there a szenario to move it into Parallels Virtual Machine with Mojave keeping the current working activation? Would it help to install the vm Mojave from a time machine backup? RegardsThomas

Hi,I've recently been trying to install Dreamweaver to my Macbook Pro (Intel chip running the latest Monterey 12.4) but i've gotten every single time the error code 198. I've tried uninstalling creative cloud completely and reinstalling it but it changed nothing. When browsing adobe support, nothing shows up for this error code and I don't have any idea on how to fix it. (By the way, all the others apps install just fine.)I have linked the file for the error logs (converted it to .txt since adobe support wouldn't let me upload .htm files).I thank in advance anybody that could bring me some help !

Ich möchte die Creative Cloud aus dem Büro auch im Homeoffice nutzen.Im Büro steht ein Windows 10 Rechner mit allen Apps zur Verfügung.Im Homeoffice habe ich nur einen Imac mit High Sierra.In meinem Abo steht bei fast allen Programmen inkompatibel und ich kann auch keine Vorgängerversionen auswählen. Gibt es trotzdem eine Möglichkeit PS, ID und AI auf meinem Homeofficerechner zu installieren?

Hi. When I go on the website I have the option to download apps on  my account but when I go on the app it says "You do not have access to manage apps" and "Permission from your IT administrator may be required to enable apps managment"  I bought a student plan on a personal email. I have contacted the university and they do not class as an IT administrator. I logged in on someone elses computer and I had access to my apps on that computer.  I have tried looking for the file to delete which the support centre suggests but that has not worked.  Does anyone know how to help? I feel it might be a problem with my laptop (Macbook) more than Adobe, but I'm not sure.Thank you. 

Hola!I want to install old versions from Adobe products via the desktop app of Creative Cloud. I watched this tutorial (https://helpx.adobe.com/es/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html), is in spanish (I'm a graphic arts student from Spain) but I don't see "see old versions" (ver versiones anteriores) link. Someone can help me please with the trouble please? Maybe with the present version isn't possible.Regards.
