Sorry if this is not the right community for this questions, but I am having a hard time finding the best place to ask Adobe Portfolio questions. I have recently set up an Adobe Portfolio website and purchased a domain through Namecheap. However, after a number of attempts to have Google index my site I keep failing the validation due to a redirect error. I feel like my site is fairly simple and have run out of ideas for how to address the issue. I have Windows 11 all up to date and a good pc any reason why it says this sometimes when I log out reset of log back in it works but next time i have to do the process again help please 

I recently purchase the Adobe Creative Cloud and I was using it just fine. Today it appear like I haven't pay the montlhly fee. So I can't open any program I went to my account and the bill doesn't appear but I have the bill in my email so what's going on? What should I do?  

Since the last update everytime I use the Creative Cloud Desktop app after I close the app I get an error message: Creative Cloud Desktop stopped working. It is a very annoying meesage. I uninstalled and re-installed the app and I used the Cleaning Tool but nothing helped. What should I do?

I have migrated my old MacBookPro apps with the Migration Assistant to my new 16" MacBookPro M1 Pro.With help of Rosetta, most apps run in Intel mode. Now I want to run these Adobe apps in native M1 mode. I used the recommended procedure with the Adobe CC Cleaner to remove the necessary parts.https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html Afer this I restarted my system and installed CC desktop and try to install the apps in native M1 mode.After installation the apps are in still the Intel mode. How to solve this puzzle?  

So im installing adobe premiere pro for the first time on my computer and it wont install ive tried to remove stuff from the hardrive and add it their and also made aq new folder to put it in. I have the room for it but it still wont install. ps i have windows 10 if that helps.

Adobe CC now updates itself each time I power my pc up, but I want to choose when my pc is updated and I want to know what the updates are first. It's my pc and I should be able to choose.This is very heavy handed behaviour by Adobe and I want it stopped. How do I do this, please? Thanks in advance.

i'm trying to use an older version, but for some reason i cant find a version in the middle - i've had a wipe my macbook - ive had a week of tech drama....but need a version newewr than 9.4 is there any middle ground for an update a bit newer? i'm at my wits end and have a wedding edit i need to process.obvs the older LR wont allow me to install presents.

I downloaded creative cloud a couple months ago and I made an id but i didn't complete the installation and verification and then I went away and when I opened creative cloud I'm stuck on this page. I realized I entered the wrong email and I can't figure out how to change it and I can't uninstall it. Please if someone can help me that'll be great

Hey! Yesterday I have tried to download a few apps, and after I have paid for the applications, the apps just can't be installed at all. They are all the time telling me that the installation has failed and that I should try again, but I end up with the same results all the time. What should I do?

Hello! I need a bit of guidance here.  My Mac has become increasingly laggy since installing CC (years ago) and today I noticed there are multiple versions of each software installed on my computer. I did a lot of searching, but couldn't figure out which versions I should keep - some posts say I needed to keep at least two versions because one may be buggy (this sounds insane), and others say I should uninstall everything and start fresh (which also sounds insane.)  I literally have: 2 versions of Photoshop (23.4.2 and 22.5.8)2 InDesign ( 17.3 and 16.4.2)4 Premier Pro (13.1.5, 14.9, 15.4.5 and 22.5)3 After Affects (17.7, 18.4.6, and 17.7)2 Bridge (11.1.3 and 12.0.2)3 Audition (13.0.13, 14.4.3 and 22.5)4 Media Encoder (13.1.5, 14.9, 15.4.5, and 22.5)2 InCopy (16.4.2 and 17.3)3 Prelude 9.0.3, 10.1 and 22.1.1) At this point, I'm willing to do anything.  It takes me an hour to get one process complete anymore, and my machine is in tip-top shape. Any

When I click to open the Premiere Pro, Auditoion and After Effects apps on my PC, it comes up with a system error that says - 'The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR110.dll was not found. Reinstalling may fix the problem'. I've reinstalled the apps numerous times and it doesn't work, also made sure my Adobe cloud app is up to date. Also followed advice online of downloading the Visual C++ supports to reinstall files. I'm at a loss of what to do! Thanks in advance for any help.

The push to use the cloud is frustrating. Companies like Apple are selling smaller drives so you'll use the cloud and companies such as Adobe are forcing us to use either the internet hard disk or the cloud to install their apps. Well, with the smaller drive and smaller RAM footprint on the M1 Mac Mini I had to buy due to lack fo funds, I am stuck with 8 gigs of RAM and a whopping 256 MB of disk space--neither of which I can upgrade.   I use an external for my data, but as of late I've been running out of space on the internal drive probably because of the apps I need. I'd like to put those apps on the external but no, Adobe doesn't allow this. They only allow me to add the apps on the internal or the cloud (on apple's cloud I know works and probably Adobe's as well.) Why did they push us to the cloud? I don't know. Hi All,I have purchased LR5 from Adobe back in 2014 and am trying to download it again. I've been using it reguarly ever since and have no real need to upgrade as my 5DMkiii is from 2012 and I don't need any RAW processing updates. Last month my main HDD failed and I lost my copy of LR5. I have access to my Adobe account and Serial Number however when trying to download LR5 from Adobe it returns a message "Lightroom 5 -- This installer is no longer available" and if I hit the Download button and I am taken to a "How to Download your older app" which leads me back to where I came from.Any ideas how I can download LR5 again? I was able to late 2021. Hope they haven't really switched off access 😞

Hi i just installed Creative Cloud and Photoshop. I went to change the install location in Preferences because the SSD in my Mac is just 128gb, I have another drive plugged in via Thunderbolt 3 and when I clicked on it to change I got an error message saying, "Unable to install at this location." Does anyone know what to do?

To begin with, I'm trying to reinstall all my CC apps because I accidentally removed the SSD on which they were all installed (I put it in another computer and wiped it, oops!). The first error I was getting was code 146: Unable to move the file. I figured the Creative Cloud app was trying to move the applications from my old drive, but was unable to find them. I was also unable to uninstall the applications using Add/Remove Programs since the install location could not be found, and couldn't uninstall the Creative Cloud app because it thought the CC apps were still installed.  I tried to start over by removing (well, renaming) the Adobe folders in both program files folders on my C: drive. I then reinstalled the Creative Cloud app and attempted again to reinstall CC apps. I'm now getting a different error message: Error 189 - insufficient disk space. There is plenty of space on my C: drive, I've got two 1TB M.2 SSDs installed, both with more than 500GB of free space. I'

I have downloaded both files, the .exe and the .7z.I have made sure they are in the same directory, I tried it on my second drive, I tried adding.exe to the .exe file, I tried running as admin, I tried downloading on various browsers, I made sure the files do not have a (1) or (2) in their names... In short, I have been on this forum for hours and tried all the fixes people said worked, but I am still getting the error message. What else can i do?

Hello, sometimes it is necessary to install different language version of different Apps. But everytime i change the language in the cloud for example to german. All my english version are disapearing from the cloud menu. And because sometimes i need to switch language, it would be great to install many languages as option and let us choose at start-up what language we want to start. So please make it possible to choose the language at least for every App, better let us install multiple versions and make than make a start-up menu appear, which let us choose the language.This should be easy to realize.

I have an old copy of creative suite 5.5 student edition, for windows. Previously validated when I was a student. It is no longer installed anywhere, I now use a Mac. Can I pass on this software? Do adobe still support student validation for the new owner? many thanks
