I keep getting Limited Access warning every day - presumably from Creative Cloud. Just paid for annual suscription and cannot understand why this should keep happening. Result of running Limited Access Repair Tool shows 0 host files entries fixed.Any ideas?

For months now my MacBook Pro M1 intermittently (every day) wont connect to the Adobe Server. The knock on effect of this seemes to be that After Effects wont let me save or import without the connection which is now driving me insane each day.I have tried soooo many things to remedy this but any help would be so apreciated.  - The CC App doesn't boot up, just sits there with a swirling circle saying "Loading Creative Cloud..."- I've found that Safari wont connect to it either, BUT Chrome will.- Whether coincidence or not Hot Spotting my WiFi connection sometimes seems to get it moving again, is it an internet setting or locality issue?- Likewise switching from 5G to 3G seems to work after a few minutes, but would it have fixed itself anyway if left as it was, I don't know.- I even thought I could temporaily get some work done by digging out my old 7 year old MacBook Pro, but no, that has the same issues which did not exist last time I used it.- All Apps are up to day, all sy

I cannot get creative cloud to start, and therefore cannot install Photoshop or lightroom. Keep getting an error that says "creative cloud is taking longer than usual to load". Had to uninstall CS5 for room to install larger SSD C drive in Windows 10. Now when installing CS2 the install stops at a menu stating CS5 is still on the computer. No options in this menu will let the install proceed. Neither myself or the install menu search option can locate any CS5 files. How can I get around this? 

I've been having trouble aligning my logo left for the mobile version. I have the theme MARTA and I've seen others with left logos using the same theme. How do I go about this?  Thanks!

I had previously subscribed to just a LR app (I think). But I found the 'Photography Plan' monthly paid was much better, so cancelled the LR one and joined it. Tonight I went to edit pix and when LR opened it just comes up on right hand side of screen "cant edit images till subscription verified. I opened my Adobe Account and under 'Apps' tab, it still has the 'Install' button under the PS, LR, LrC. Does this mean I havent even downloaded these apps under my new plan, and have still been using my previous LR app??? I'm so confused !!!!!! LOL

HiGetting really freakin' bored of this now. A while back my main mac pro stopped connecting to the Adobe servers. I found a workaround using VPN. Now my macbook has started doing the same thing but nothing gets me to the servers... have tried multiple different wifi and mobile data connections with and without VPN. Simply sits there spinning and nothing happens.Needed to download and install Illustrator on my laptop today to finish a job at my partners house. Now I can't work. Thanks Abode. Just to make matters worse the support chat bot doesn't understand and the customer support phone number they give doesn't work. Any ideas that haven't already been discussed on these forums, or better still a proper fix from Adobe, would be greatly appreciated. James

Hi! The Premiere Pro keeps telling me to verify my identity when i try to login and tells me that they sent å kode to an email without refernce which email, and i cant see nothing in the mail.

Totally not fair. I want to cancel my plan. I will not pay another year. I wanted to change my plan but you make it so hard. I do not want to give you any more money. I have paid for 2 years and now I want you to let me go.

I can no longer access my CS3 apps, because Adobe has turned off the activation server. I still don't know what I'm supposed to do with the new serial number, and I don't understand why this new install is still looking for activation - according to the web page, it should no longer do that.I waited four and half hours in the support chat queue to be told that they couldn't help me - even though it's their fault for turning off the activation server and having incorrect information on what they called the 'self

Sorry if this is not the right community for this questions, but I am having a hard time finding the best place to ask Adobe Portfolio questions. I have recently set up an Adobe Portfolio website and purchased a domain through Namecheap. However, after a number of attempts to have Google index my site I keep failing the validation due to a redirect error. I feel like my site is fairly simple and have run out of ideas for how to address the issue. I have Windows 11 all up to date and a good pc any reason why it says this sometimes when I log out reset of log back in it works but next time i have to do the process again help please 

I recently purchase the Adobe Creative Cloud and I was using it just fine. Today it appear like I haven't pay the montlhly fee. So I can't open any program I went to my account and the bill doesn't appear but I have the bill in my email so what's going on? What should I do?  

Since the last update everytime I use the Creative Cloud Desktop app after I close the app I get an error message: Creative Cloud Desktop stopped working. It is a very annoying meesage. I uninstalled and re-installed the app and I used the Cleaning Tool but nothing helped. What should I do?

I have migrated my old MacBookPro apps with the Migration Assistant to my new 16" MacBookPro M1 Pro.With help of Rosetta, most apps run in Intel mode. Now I want to run these Adobe apps in native M1 mode. I used the recommended procedure with the Adobe CC Cleaner to remove the necessary parts.https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html Afer this I restarted my system and installed CC desktop and try to install the apps in native M1 mode.After installation the apps are in still the Intel mode. How to solve this puzzle?  

So im installing adobe premiere pro for the first time on my computer and it wont install ive tried to remove stuff from the hardrive and add it their and also made aq new folder to put it in. I have the room for it but it still wont install. ps i have windows 10 if that helps.

Adobe CC now updates itself each time I power my pc up, but I want to choose when my pc is updated and I want to know what the updates are first. It's my pc and I should be able to choose.This is very heavy handed behaviour by Adobe and I want it stopped. How do I do this, please? Thanks in advance.

i'm trying to use an older version, but for some reason i cant find a version in the middle - i've had a wipe my macbook - ive had a week of tech drama....but need a version newewr than 9.4 is there any middle ground for an update a bit newer? i'm at my wits end and have a wedding edit i need to process.obvs the older LR wont allow me to install presents.

I downloaded creative cloud a couple months ago and I made an id but i didn't complete the installation and verification and then I went away and when I opened creative cloud I'm stuck on this page. I realized I entered the wrong email and I can't figure out how to change it and I can't uninstall it. Please if someone can help me that'll be great

Hey! Yesterday I have tried to download a few apps, and after I have paid for the applications, the apps just can't be installed at all. They are all the time telling me that the installation has failed and that I should try again, but I end up with the same results all the time. What should I do?
