It's good to see Photoshop and Lightroom are now upgraded to native Apple Silicon. When I check in Activity Monitor, I still see AdobePCBroker and com.adove.acc.installer.v2 are still under the Intel instructions (supposedly translated via Rosetta 2). May I know what are these 2 components and whether they will be upgraded to native Apple Silicon instructions?  *Not sure which section exactly to post this to. Pls feel free to move this thread if needed.

HelloA client sent me a powerpoint presentation that needs to be developed into a YouTube video.I cannot locate Powerpoint. If I click to open the file I am asked what to open pp with. I tried to open pp in inDesign and Premiere Pro. Whats to do? Thanks!!

Since all the Substance products are now part of the CC lineup, the description of the "All Apps Subscription Plan" is no longer accurate as it doesn't include all the apps. I'd like to swap to that plan once the Substance suite is actually included rather than doing everything piecemeal as I do now. I assume they're planning on updating eventually since their description of it as being an "all apps plan" hasn't changed. Has there been any messaging on this?

Seit Tagen versuche ich einige Programme der Creativ Cloud zu aktualisieren.Ein paar haben funktionert, aber z.b. Photoshop, Lightromm und noch ein paar andere, brechen den Download zwischen 10 und 25 % ab. Fehler 113.Ich habe schon alle aufgeführten Problemlösunen durchgeführt. Mehrere Male mit dem Support gechattet, wobei man dort einfach eine Liste abarbeitet, die nicht zur Problemlösung führt, dafür aber Stunden dauern kann.Firewallport ist frei und funktioniert ja auch bei einigen Applikationen problemlos. Browser wurde massiv entschäft, was ja eigentlich auch nicht nötig sein sollte (Firefox) usw.Bevor ich mich nochmals an den Support wende, der auch nur im Trüben fischt, frage an alle hier, habt ihr noch Ideen und Vorschläge, warum es plötzlich nicht mehr klappen könnte?  Danke schon im Vorraus.

Ich möchte einen weiteren Einzelanwender-Account für eine zweite Person hinzufügen.Kann ich das selbst über meinen bereits bestehenden Account hinbekommen oder muss ich das über Adobe machen?Vorab vielen Dank für die Unterstützung!Viele GrüßeGerd

hello everyoneas the title says it only can be installed on a fresh user I don't know what made my current user not work and gave me this weird error!I don't wanna change my user is there any setting in my user files or files that could be leftover from my previous adobe audition insttlation?thanks

Hallo zusammen,ich habe einen neuen MBP mit M1 geholt und die Daten vom alten Intel MBP übertragen. Jetzt will ich Programme, die nicht mehr laufen, entfernen. Dazu zählt auch Flash Builder 4.7.Nun kann man den Uninstaller auf M1 nicht mehr starten - im Internet findet sich aber die Behauptung. man soll es nicht einfach löschen, sondern per Uninstaller entfernen lassen. Wie kann ich es jetzt manuell löschen? Doch einfach in den Papierkorb schieben? Hat jemand damit Erfahrungen? Weiß jemand vielleicht, wie man Adobe dazu kontaktieren kann? Auf https://helpx.adobe.com/de/contact.html finde ich dazu keine Möglichkeit, man kann nur nach Informationen suchen aber keinen Kontakt mit Adobe aufnehmen.Das Thema meiner Frage ist wohl nicht ganz passend, zur "Flash Builder", "Deinstallation" etc. habe ich aber keine vordefinierten Foren/Themen gefunden.Viele GrüßeTomasz

Hello all.Just finished an online chat with support, re my problem and he advised I try here.I have a long standiing sub for CC, and it runs on 2 Macs. One -runnig High Sierra,is fully upto date , and CC is running fine. It runs one of the latest versions of Photoshop.My other is a laptop running El Capitan v 10.11.6. CC is opening fine on the older machine, but upon opening Photoshop and Lightroom apps on the older machine I was met with the dreaded "trial". I have no idea why. The "trial has now expired. I cannot use the laptop versions, the " buy" option is not usable as I already have a subscription.The machine IOS cannot be updated to a later IOS.. I need to be able to run my CC subscription on there, as per last week. Why has ths occurred over the last week?The( v 19.1.9) which was running fine on the older machine, shows up on the CC desktop with a big BUY NOW button...but I cannot buy.I cannot register it as there appears to be no subscription.I have tried all the advised

I have read countless and countless of complaints about why Photoshop will not work with older systems anymore, and the answers are clear: they do not meet the requirements for a CPU that supports SSE 4.2 or later. Be that as it may, but I want a straight answer from Adobe telling why most of the other CC apps work, such as Premiere Pro which is by far a more resource-hungry and heavier program than Photoshop. What makes Photoshop so picky about some "SSE"? Photoshop is one of the key applications in the Creative Cloud family, so it feels, IMHO, that Adobe is deliberately trying to piss people off with this. Moreover, the older Photoshop versions that are still available, seemingly compatible, don't work anymore, either. Paying (yes, that's right, it's our money) customers should be able to go back as far as possible to find a version that still works, or our money back.
