I tried importing a bank note and found security seemed good. However I accidentally hit the wrong modifier keys and found a way to import any size or amount bank note dollar amount into photoshop. A 2009 $100 dollar bill. Should I report this, I'm assuming you are aware of it. I know older bills that are small don't have any problems. This note couldn't get past security until I hit the wrong keys and it imported. Recreated and know what's going on

Hallo, ich habe heute einen Jahres-Lizenz-Code für das Foto-Abo gekauft. Wie installiere ich das Ganze nun? Gebe ich erst den Code ein und kann dann alles installieren oder hole ich mir erst eine Testversion von Photoshop und Lightroom und gebe dann den Code ein? Danke

I've been unable to install Photoshop as I constantly get this error whenever I try, despite my changing the installation directory to a drive with 133GB of free space. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I had a CC yearly subscription since 2017. End of 2019 I closed my company, servers came down and everything else associtated with closing a company. Had a lot on my mind and totally forgot my CC subscription service which I was paying $4656 (HKD) per year.Digital Rivers continued to charge my credit card despite no log-ins to the account since that time.This year as my buget was very tight, I noticed a charge for the above amount and saw it was Adobe. I went back through all my statements and sure enough I got charged 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. I managed to get full refund for 2022 and they told me I would be refunded for the previous years as well.Many emails and phone calls later with the call center, and I keep getting told its been approved, wait 7-15 days. then end of each 15th day I call and I'm told its approved, and now escalted .... then I got told I will only recieve only 20% of the original charge as a refund!! but yet no moneyI am seriously wondering if I should lodge a f

I have an iMac mid 2011 running High Sierra 10.13.6. I can't upgrade any further. I've got 20 gig of ram but none of the apps I need, like Photoshop, Illustrator etc aren't compatible. Does any one know a work around this?

Bought the full version of Photoshop and along with the Photography Pack. BUT, I can't use it because it tells me that I will have to buy the full version. I already texted the costumer support 3 times, nothing happened. I don't think the problem is on our end. Already tried to uninstall, and everything. Still nothing happened. I've been paying for it for 3 months now, and I need it for my work. Can somebody please help me?

Since last month, adobe has been logging me out several times. As for now, I can't even stay in my creative cloud for more than a few seconds, same for any adobe app like PS, Ai ... PLEASE HELP, I NEED TO WORK ON MY PROJECTS 😭  * FYI, Im using win 11 (not sure it's related or not, but it works well for the past few months tho...  

Have Photoshop 5.1 running in Windows 7.  Will PS 5.1 work with Windows 10?

Hi, I'm running Win 10 latest update, have had trial LR CC classic and CC software on the computer most of the year. Have just purchased photography plan, which unlocked this version of LR. However I can't update LR within the CC software, and PS won't install either. It kept telling me my network wasn't connecting, which I know isnt the case. The same thing happened with LR CC install (though I don't really need it on my comp, just the classic version). I have a legitimate CS3 Creative suite.  I know Adobe discontinued their servers so I can't authorize it online. However, I know they offered an Offline installer at some stage. Is that still downloadable somewhere? (And if so, will my current serial # work with the Offline installer)

Please help, My Mac is version 10.11.6.  I was happy using it until all my adobe apps stopped working when apparently it auto updated my apps and the update will no longer work on my machine. Tells me to update my operating system which is impossible. How do I get my old adobe apps back?

I once had a private subscription to Adobe, which has expired, and now I have access through my work.  But even though I log in through my work, I get sent to a page that asks me to pay for the expired apps.  All of them are offered free to me through my university account.  Can anyone tell me how to contact Adobe and straighten this out?  thank you!

CC allows me to update to V23.4.1, but also V22.5.8.  Which is the latest?  Do I need both?  What's the difference?

Seit rund 12 Jahren läuft darauf zuverlässig CS4 von Adobe, rechtmäßig erworben, ich benutze meistens ID und PS. Ich habe jetzt über die Firma Schxxxxx in DE-2xxxx Wxxxx eine Master Collection CS6 erworben, siehe auch xxxx. Ich bekam einen 24-stelligen Product-Key und lud die rund 8 GB große Datei erfolgreich auf den Mac herunter. Ich bekam ebenfalls eine Rechnung und eine „Vernichtungserklärung Software-Lizenzen“ der Firma xxxx aus Wxxx. Was noch kam: eine Endanwenderkennung xxxxx179. Das ist offensichtlich der Ersterwerber, der 120 solcher Pakete "Master Collection CS6" besaß. Bei der Installation nach korrekter Eingabe des Product-Keys (kein Eingabetippfehler) taucht jetzt immer wieder der selbe Fehler auf: Ich habe mit dem Mac angeblich keine Internetverbindung. HalloVor einiger Zeit habe ich in Photoshop CC eine Aktion für meinen regulären Workflow aufgezeichnet, und mit einer Funktionstaste (F12) belegt. Das hat auch ziemlich lange völlig problemlos funktioniert - aber seit gestern nicht mehr. Völlig unerwartet, von einem Foto zum nächsten, startete die Aktion ohne mein Zutun, und ließ sich auch durch nichts stoppen. I only use Indesign, Photoshop and Acrobat from my CC, Can I get rid of all the other apps and pay less?

For some reason the automatic update wont progress and is stuck at 0%. Because of this, i am unable to install any applications due to the update needing to be finished first. It's really frustrating, i have already unistalled it and installed it twice and it still is on the same thing. does anyone have a solution for this?????

I purchased a plan, I got a confirmation email, I clicked on the link and download the Creative Cloud, but when I download the suites, justs takes me to free trial. On my account it states i have no plan. The plan has been charged to my account so I know I purchased it. Anyone have a solution? I tried logging out and back in and tried it on different monitors and updating.  When i try to contact support, it says for me to contact my system administrator which i cannot find who that is to be able to contact them. Where do I find who that is?
