Download & Install

Hi everyone, Basically what the title says. I have a previous version of AE, PS, etc. and I can't install anything newer, getting the message: "Installation failed. Retry or Reboot" Error Code P64".  Normally I would've uninstalled everything and went from scratch, but here's why I came here first:1) I'm not sure what the "Error Code P64" refers to, because it's not in the list of Adobe's installation errors.2) I have a ton of stuff setup in AE that will be a huge pain to setup again. This wouldn't be an issue if I at least knew what the Error P64 is. Anyone?

I have three or four perpetual Acrobat including 2020(in serial number) registered to my Adobe ID, installed using the package downloaded from account.adobe.com But problem is it prompts me to sign-in and input serial number on ever launch.I checked the log, it says the product is not activated. I've done troubleshooting steps in these pages:https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-repeatedly-prompts-for-sign-in.htmlhttps://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-sign-out-sign-in.htmlI've checked the network and I have used cleaner tool and reinstalled.Please advise how I should proceed.

Is anyone experiencing the issue where you have current versions of Bridge Lightroom and Photoshop yet Creative Cloud says they need to be updated and then you end up with 2 installations of each product?   The newest and the previous versions.  My Adobe Bridge CC 2015 just finished installing when I already had Bridge CC 2018.  Same with LR and PS.  Camera RAW CC?  No clue there...   The Creative Cloud version I have states version 4.7.0.400 but I'm not sure if this is the correct version or not.  Does anyone with Adobe or users know about this problem?  Thanks.

Just installed LRC 10.3. No problem. Advised of update to 11.2. Initiated update install. Failed. All 'Retry' attempts fail. Advised that it's incompatible!! Nothing has changed on the PC except the installation of a 2Gb NVidia GPU on PCIe bus but Photoshop has no problems whatsoever.

I 'fixed' the issue a couple of weeks ago, but as PS is updated regularly, the old version I was successfully using was decomissioned and now NONE of the available versions are going to work for me. I can't just go buy a new computer and I have work that needs done NOW. Is there any way to get an older version of PS without stealing or getting some kind of malware? 

I cannot download Adobe even theough I have paid for it and have a subscrition 

I have been trying to get in to contact with adobe for days using their stupid "chatroom" which never gets answered anyway, and have tried to phone them on 0800485948,08008336687 and have had no luck whatsoever with none of the phone calls even making it to dial as they are "unavailable in my location" in NZ does anyone know how the hell to get some form of real life communication from these people??????????

I have had yet unresolved issue updating or downloading my creative cloud to my Macbook Air.This has been going on since 01/11/2022 with no end in sight.Does anyone know a way to speak with someone other than the customer service hotline?I'm at my wits end trying to get this issue resolved. I have been getting the run-around from the customer service team for over 7 weeks.

This is my last day of the Adobe Creative Cloud trial and I have yet to use the product.  This adventure began two weeks ago trying to troubleshoot a CS6 Photoshop launch glitch on my MacBook Pro, High Sierra 10.13.6, 2.66 gHz I7, 8gb ram.  My CS6 Phtoshop would launch then quit. Even with the original  CS6, I could not uninstall or reinstall Photoshop or any of the CS6 apps. I tried the Adobe cloud cleaner tool and received the same error. Hi,We are having issues with our old versions of CS. This is what I am trying to do:1. Deactivate CS3 off an old Mac Book (OSX 10.4.11) so that I can install it on an iMac (OSX 10.15.7)2. Reinstall CS5 on MAC Tower (OSX 10.6.3) - has been running quite happily on since first installed. Getting error saying that the machines are not connected to the Internet (when trying to deactivate) when they are. I've checked some older threads that seem to point to the Adobe Activation Servers for older versions of CS not being online anymore  - but the threads seems to go round and round in circles. The older versions cost a lot of $$ back then and we still want to use them as they are still fit for purpose (for us). Cheers

Hello there, I have already searched the forums, problem is simple. I need my old Lightroom 6 to work due to some specific plugins and my resistance to the cloud model which I don't need and don't want to pay. On my Mac Pro 5.1 I have Adobe Lightroom 6.14 running fine. Now specifically for my needs I bought an old but gold Macbook Pro 2010 to run Lightroom 6. Install was easy as I kept the installer because it was already complicated the last time I tried. Now that only installed version 6.0 and the last time I did it, the update to 6.14 ran through Lightroom itself. No such luck this time. In the forums I only find expired links and the hint to chat with support to get a download link. Support says: no luck, thanks for your money some years ago but we don't have any download links and also the activation server is down. Is there anything I could do? Next idea would be to transfer the Lightroom folder from my Mac Pro to my Macbook Pro over the existing installa

Four times already. I have tried to download and install Photoshop and accompanying apps through Adobe Cloud and everything I try to install quits/ stalls.  I've even gone as far as allowing a tech to access my screen and controll my computer, with no luck.  The software says my computer and OS are both compatible. I've disabled all firewalls, virus protection, defragged my HD. Still same problem.  I have not succesfully been able to install ANY of the software offered.  When you read posts from others within the Online Members community forum you can see that Several people are dealing with the same issue. I purchased Adobe Photoshop Extended CS6 Win UE in 2012 and got a new computer. I am needing the download link and cannot find it anywhere.

I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements in February 2020. It was installed on one laptop and until yesterday it worked without any problem. Today, I had to do a hard drive format. After booting the laptop, I started the installation of Windows 10 and Adobe PE2020. Unfortunately I was unable to complete this installation. The Adobe Premier Elements 2020 license is perpetual.
