Download & Install

Trying to install Photoshop on my Mac with MacOS Big Sur 11.6.4 I keep getting this error even after rebooting:  

Cloud und Indesign kann nicht installiert werden. Trotz neu laden kommt Datei beschädigt beim Installieren.

Hello there, I have already searched the forums, problem is simple. I need my old Lightroom 6 to work due to some specific plugins and my resistance to the cloud model which I don't need and don't want to pay. On my Mac Pro 5.1 I have Adobe Lightroom 6.14 running fine. Now specifically for my needs I bought an old but gold Macbook Pro 2010 to run Lightroom 6. Install was easy as I kept the installer because it was already complicated the last time I tried. Now that only installed version 6.0 and the last time I did it, the update to 6.14 ran through Lightroom itself. No such luck this time. In the forums I only find expired links and the hint to chat with support to get a download link. Support says: no luck, thanks for your money some years ago but we don't have any download links and also the activation server is down. Is there anything I could do? Next idea would be to transfer the Lightroom folder from my Mac Pro to my Macbook Pro over the existing installa

I found steps here (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html) to uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app but there is no uninstaller for Windows 11. Any idea on where to find it?

Four times already. I have tried to download and install Photoshop and accompanying apps through Adobe Cloud and everything I try to install quits/ stalls.  I've even gone as far as allowing a tech to access my screen and controll my computer, with no luck.  The software says my computer and OS are both compatible. I've disabled all firewalls, virus protection, defragged my HD. Still same problem.  I have not succesfully been able to install ANY of the software offered.  When you read posts from others within the Online Members community forum you can see that Several people are dealing with the same issue. The "solutions" offered in the help section are essentially a series of hoola hoops that, We. the paying customers have to jump through. I find it pathetic that a company that has been making software for decades is struggling with such a simple and common function in 2020.  Is it that Adobe favors Macs and OS X? I purchased Adobe Photoshop Extended CS6 Win UE in 2012 and got a new computer. I am needing the download link and cannot find it anywhere.

I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements in February 2020. It was installed on one laptop and until yesterday it worked without any problem. Today, I had to do a hard drive format. After booting the laptop, I started the installation of Windows 10 and Adobe PE2020. Unfortunately I was unable to complete this installation. The Adobe Premier Elements 2020 license is perpetual. I would like to ask you for help in this matter (email address removed). I want to continue using this program. Its purchase cost a lot of money.

My photoshop suddenly switched to English.I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it, but it gives me an error code 306. So I re downloaded creative cloud, it says synchronization error and cannot download photoshop !!

I recently had to rebuild my old computer which runs Windows 10 and has an AMD processor. I was able to restore all my apps except for Photoshop Elements. The installer said that the latest version of Photoshop Elements requires Windows 11 and a better processor. I would like to install the same version of Photoshop Elements that I was using before my computer crashed. I have tried searching on the community discussions but couldn't find an answer. Can someone help me please?

Was working on business project when I needed a PDF. Downloaded Adobe pdf edit. Tried to create a pdf and it wanted me to pay 9.99 so I did. Then went back to create, and it still wanted 9.99 being in a hurry with potential investors waiting I paid again. Went to create again and guess what? It wants 9.99. So now my 4.5 million dollar investors are gone and I still don't have a way to write on pdf. And Google took my $20. 

 Can anyone tell me why I keep getting this?  

I've just purchased Premiere pro again.  Everytime I open the app or creative cloud (or any other adobe app) I get the sign in window but it's completely blank, it'll then dissapear then reaapear continuously until I force quite. Any help would be appreacited, I have a deadline today lol and I'm starting to lose it. Many thanks

My computer crash and need to install Lightroom 5 in new computer, does anyone have the download link for Lightroom 5 for Windows 10? Customer service does not have the link anymore they said.

I just purchased a Creative Cloud application for OS High Sierra. I was told it would work. The files are too big to download. I need a disc. I can't even download an earlier version from the link support sent because of my dial up speed: OOKLA: 21 ping; 2.72 download speed; .52 upload speed. I can't even use the link sent by Adobe support because it's too big All support is oversees, not in the United States...so the phone connection to support is barely audible...crackling or too soft.  So I ordered a iMac 27-inch, due to arrive tomorrow, but I have to return it because I can't carry it down to Main Street in Bishop, California where I might be able to use another business's broadboand.  This is why Adobe always provided discs in the past...for 3/4 of the USA which still does not have high speed DSL.  If Adobe is looking to expand their market, they might consider producing a disc for customers who are internet challenged.    &nb

Hola, mi problema es que cambien de formula y tenia otra activa asi que activé la nueva y espere que la otra se acabé pero ya se acabo ayer y miro mi formula y sigue como siendo la anterior en esa tengo 100gb y en la nueva 1Tb pero todo sigues saliendo igual, recibi el mensaje como que mi formula anterior se habia acabado y todo, he cerrado la conexión y vuelto a brir y no pasa nada.

Please help.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud and the main dashboard opens fine but when I click OPEN on an app (Audition/Premiere Pro) nothing will load.  Just click the button and nothing happens. Again, I've restarted computer, uninstalled/installed program.  What else can I do?

I cannot find any link to download the previous versions before 25.4.1. I checked all the links Adobe published, but it's just taking me in circles. Anyone know? 

Does this include one license being use offline? IE I have a paid license that I use which is connected to the internet and I would like to use the other license offline (not connected to the internet and I can never be)
