Ich habe per Internet (Amazon) die Software bestellt. Nach dem Herunterladen ist der Kaus "einzulösen". Dies ahbe ich gemacht. Zum Starten des Programms wird wiederholt nach dem Code gefragt. Nach Eingabe des Code erscheint die Meldung "Dieser Code wurde bereits mit einer anderen Adobe-ID eingelöst". Das kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Was habe ich falsch gemacht? Wie geht es weiter? Soll ich es bereuen, die Software nicht per DVD bestellt zu haben? Wer kann helfen M.f.G. Jürgen Wolf

When I launch the adobe photoshop installer, I get a pop up window that says: "We've encountered the following issues -- Installer failed to initialize.  This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. Adobe support advisor seems not to be there. So what can I do to solve this problem. Thanks in Advance.

Several times a day, my laptop fans start going into overdrive, and when I look at Task Manager in Windows I see that the culprit is "Adobe GC Client Application (32 bit)", with a warning that this application power usage is "Very High". Until I figured this out, I was about to return my laptop to HP as defective. (I have an i7 machine with 16GB RAM).  So my fans keep spinning higher and higher, it's noisy, chews up power decreasing battery life. Without even running any Adobe apps, just the obligatory copy protection scheme. ADOBE, DO YOU HAVE ANY SETTINGS FOR COPY PROTECTION THAT DON'T CHEW UP THE MACHINES THEY RUN ON?  This has been a long running issue. Perhaps Adobe softward isn't designed to be run on laptops, and should only be run on well-ventilated desktop machines. If that's the case, please let us know with a message such as: "SYSTEM NOTE: ADOBE CC SOFTWARE IS NOT DESIGNED TO RUN ON LAPTOPS AND REQUIRES WELL VENTILATED DESKTOP MACHINES ONLY." (H

J'ai téléchargé Creative Cloud mais celui-ci me met ce message d'erreur :  J'ai cliqué sur "en savoir plus" puis téléchargé l'outil Repair qui a réparé deux fichiers Host mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. J'ai donc décidé de les réparer manuellement, j'ai suivi la page d'aide Adobe https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html (Solution 2, sous Mac OS) mais ceux-ci sont verrouillés et je n'y ai pas accès. J'ai suivi toutes les indications de cette page mais rien n'y fait. I purchased Lightroom6 upgrade a week ago and it was running, though when opening a message came on: Adobe Application Manager, required to verify your license, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager. I clicked on the message box and Lightroom 6 opened. Now, it won't open, and I downloaded application manager.  However, I can't install it. It's just a zip file called setup, with a folder called Payloads, and a single file, none of which work. Okay I guess there has been a lot of talk in regards to Adobe Encore CS6 being dropped out of the CC family, and not being supported,but we still want to use it. The issue I have just discovered after wanting to create my recent holiday DVD is that I cannot open Encore even after it asked me to enter my serial number. I looked at my account details which only had the CS3 serial number not the CS6 that was an upgrade many years ago. It now comes up with 'Invalid Serial Number' . I tried talking to Adobe customer service but without and luck . Has anyone found a way around this issue as this seem to be a very common problem being experience by a lot of frustrated user. 

On a machine I sometimes have to use I am running an older OS that was previously loaded with Photoshop 2017. The computer was restored to a older restore point on which Creative Cloud was not present. After installing CC, the three dots to choose other versions of Photoshop are now gone. It merely tells me that this machine is incompatible and I have no other options. My account is part of a team and this is not a trial version. Additional info: This is a work computer that's primarily used for other tasks, but the need for an older version of Photoshop persists. Being a work computer, I cannot change the OS, as some of the other applications require it. The inability to restore Photoshop 2017, or at least '18 or '19, will be problematic. Without the ability to select older versions of Ps in my current version of CC, can I install an older version of CC? Is there any way to do a direct download of Ps 2017, 2018, or 2019 from Adobe (not 3rd party)?

Hi all,The other day I tried to open one of my Photoshop files and it popped up with this:I opened the link and followed the steps to resolve the possible issues. As far as I can tell, both my Windows system and my Internet Explorer (the default browser for Windows) are completely up to date (Windows 10 & Internet Explorer 11, respectively).Bear in mind that:(a) I am a student on a school laptop, and as such, do not have administrative privileges which in turn means that(b) I can't see what version of Internet Explorer I have, only that I have Windows 10.Google informs me that having Windows 10 automatically means I have Internet Explorer 11 so that's what I went with. I have no idea how to fix this problem and I'd really love to have Photoshop up and running sometime soon (my assignments are counting on it!) Thanks 😄-Hannah

Hi, my computer was recently upgraded to Windows 11. The Lightroom 6 that previsouly installed on this computer requires me to activate it, but when I input the same series number, it says it cannot be activated because I have used it on more than two computers. It requires me to deactivate the other device(s) in order to activate in this computer. However, I could not find any way to deactivate the old device (the same computer that was previously running Windows 10 before the upgrade to Windows 11). Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I have both CS 5.5 and CS 6 installed on a new Windows 10 20H2. CS 5.5 was installed first followed by CS6. Version CS6 opens by default I have several CS5.5 files, both InDesign and Illustrator that I like to edit and save as v5.5 since the mac the files are sometimes shared with has only v5.5. The problem is the when you right click and 'Open with' and choose more apps, find CS5.5 and select that, it still opens CS6. When I was on my Windows 7 PC, I had to set this in the registry but when I double clicked, CS5.5 opened and I could also right click and chose 'open with' both CS5.5 and CS6 would be listed and I could open in CS6 when needed. This does not work in Windows 10. Changing the registry key from HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InDesign.Document\Shell\Open\Command\"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS6\InDesign.exe" "%1" toHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InDesign.Document\Shell\Open\Command\"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS5.5\InDesign.exe" "%1" opens CS5.5 now but right clicking

Having trouble installing Elemente 15 on my Mac.  I have the latest operating system. I was given the link from Adobe Chat Support.  I downloaded if to my Mac.  I click on the DMG file and I get the following.  Note that the Install icon has a circle with a line through it.  

I have to repair Creative Cloud daily (well, it works on the days when I don't have a project due or a serious need for any of its programs). Sometimes it appears completely blank (as in the attachment); sometimes the notice about needing repair appears. Sometimes it takes as many as twenty tries to get Indesign to load (Photoshop is slightly better). I have deleted the preferences, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the program. As with all of Creative Cloud, it seems to "know" when I don't have serious need for it and then will start up beautifully. But if there's a deadline, forget it. I repair Creative Cloud when Indesign isn't starting, but that doesn't always help either.  I am now using a MAC with the Monterey system, but this problem has been occurring since I installed Creative Cloud some time ago. I don't know what "improvements" to the program have caused these repeating and maddening problems.

I have product key for CS 5.5 but it was bought for polish version. Downloads available from Adobe pages does not contain polish language pack and with any other version I see invalid serial key error message.Please help!Hanna

HI! I'm unable to upgrade to the newest versions of lightroom classic. creative cloud will not load, support has tried six times to fix it and failed six times. they have ignored me twice. now i want to complain but i cannot find anyway to do this and support will not help. so how can i make a complaint to adobe bypassing support. this has been ongoing since november.

I get this error  when trying to install. It's not on the error code list. Please help. I need these programs working today.
