Hi all, Somehow, "Flash Player 11 ActiveX" (version 11.3.300.268) has gotten installed on my brand new Samsung Galaxy Book Pro.  No idea how it got here -- I did install Adobe Acrobat DC and both are showing the same install date so... maybe?  Regardless, I'm trying to unsintall Flash but am receiving a Windows error: "This app has been blocked for your protection" and references an unintaller msi -- 9b72721.msi The modal/dialog is coming from "User Account Control" and, yes, I do have admin rights. How can I get rid of this -- I do not want Flash on this PC. Thanks!!

Hi, I have a licensed version of CS5. I'm thinking of trying Creative Cloud but want to retain the CS5 that I have installed on my PC. How can I prevent Creative Cloud from overiding CS5 during installation, i.e. not affect CS5? Is there a step that I need to take during the installation of Creative Cloud? Basically, I want to have access to both CS5 and Creative at the same time, and in the event that I cancel Creative Cloud, be able to still use CS5. Thanks in advance for any advice!

For MONTHS now my apps will not update on Windows 11. This is getting rediculous. To update my apps, I have to run the Adobe Cleaner, remove everything, and reinstall again. After a week or so, the updates fail AGAIN! What is the solution? Windows 11 has been out long enough for this not to be an issue. I also have a Mac, and the updates happen without fail. I'm paying good money every month for the full Adobe Suite, plus Stock Photos, and I am getting very frustrated with this issue.

HiIt seems I now need to download CC2015 in order to access images taken originally on that platform - but how do I now access CC2015? The direct helpline has not helped me solve this, so if anybody or a Product Specialist can advise I'd be grateful. Brian

It's time to upgrade my Windows laptop. Last one I bought a laptop, I bollixed myself up by not understanding GPU needs, so I'm stopping by here in search of advice. Because I regularly take work home (including light editing in Premiere & AE), my employer is making a contribution in the form of memory upgrade - so I'm shopping for a machine shipping w minimal RAM & SSD, and will reinstall both after the first of the year. I prefer a 2-in-1 that I can normally use docked on my desk w/ KVM. Could consider a docked laptop. I'm looking at Win Surface Pro 8 but can't find documentation of its video processing.

I am running the Creative Cloud photography package (Photoshop, Lightroom) on macOS, and am at my wit's end trying to get the CC desktop application to update properly each time a new version of the software is released.  I have been running CC in macOS Mojave, and had the same problems repeatedly, and have gone through many chat sessions with the Adobe tech support team (non-English speakers, working from a script, rather than really interacting with me).  Those chat sessions always went through the same drill:Turn off antivirus software (done.  I have Kaspersky Internet Security)Make sure the SOCKS proxy is unchecked (done)Completely remove all adobe applications.  (done.  This is a tedious process which involves killing a bunch of processes and deleting a lot of library files, as well as anything in the Applications folder that has "Adobe" in it.Download and run an installer, which puts CC and my Adobe apps back onto my computerMaddeningly, after doing that

I am using Photoshop 23.1 version. Recently many times it crashed / froze and I realised this is happening after using Selection tool options such as Object Selection Tool or Quick Selection Tool. I uninstalled and reloaded the software but the problem persists.Any solution for this?

Hallo liebe Community, hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Heute habe ich auf meinem I Mac 27" 2011 High Sierra, die Adobe Cloud Installiert und siehe da ich habe keine möglichkeit gefunden Lr oder PS auf meinem Imac zu Installieren.Ich habe auch einen Mac Book air M1, da funktioniert alles tadellos, da finde ich auch unter meinen Installierten apps die Älteren Versionen. Leider finde ich auf dem Imac keine Älteren Versionen, da ich auch kein Photoshop und Lr auf dem Imac Installiert habe. Somit lässt mich die Adobe Cloud keine Älteren versionen suchen bzw finden.Hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Vielen Dank und noch schöne Feiertag

Ich habe per Internet (Amazon) die Software bestellt. Nach dem Herunterladen ist der Kaus "einzulösen". Dies ahbe ich gemacht. Zum Starten des Programms wird wiederholt nach dem Code gefragt. Nach Eingabe des Code erscheint die Meldung "Dieser Code wurde bereits mit einer anderen Adobe-ID eingelöst". Das kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Was habe ich falsch gemacht? Wie geht es weiter? Soll ich es bereuen, die Software nicht per DVD bestellt zu haben? Wer kann helfen M.f.G. Jürgen Wolf

Several times a day, my laptop fans start going into overdrive, and when I look at Task Manager in Windows I see that the culprit is "Adobe GC Client Application (32 bit)", with a warning that this application power usage is "Very High". Until I figured this out, I was about to return my laptop to HP as defective. (I have an i7 machine with 16GB RAM).  So my fans keep spinning higher and higher, it's noisy, chews up power decreasing battery life. Without even running any Adobe apps, just the obligatory copy protection scheme. ADOBE, DO YOU HAVE ANY SETTINGS FOR COPY PROTECTION THAT DON'T CHEW UP THE MACHINES THEY RUN ON?  This has been a long running issue. Perhaps Adobe softward isn't designed to be run on laptops, and should only be run on well-ventilated desktop machines. J'ai téléchargé Creative Cloud mais celui-ci me met ce message d'erreur :  J'ai cliqué sur "en savoir plus" puis téléchargé l'outil Repair qui a réparé deux fichiers Host mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. J'ai suivi toutes les indications de cette page mais rien n'y fait. I purchased Lightroom6 upgrade a week ago and it was running, though when opening a message came on: Adobe Application Manager, required to verify your license, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager. I clicked on the message box and Lightroom 6 opened. Now, it won't open, and I downloaded application manager.  However, I can't install it. It's just a zip file called setup, with a folder called Payloads, and a single file, none of which work. Okay I guess there has been a lot of talk in regards to Adobe Encore CS6 being dropped out of the CC family, and not being supported,but we still want to use it. The issue I have just discovered after wanting to create my recent holiday DVD is that I cannot open Encore even after it asked me to enter my serial number. I looked at my account details which only had the CS3 serial number not the CS6 that was an upgrade many years ago. It now comes up with 'Invalid Serial Number' . I tried talking to Adobe customer service but without and luck . Has anyone found a way around this issue as this seem to be a very common problem being experience by a lot of frustrated user.
