I have a creative package and can not install the premiere and this ad appears to me...what should I do? 

Hallo,I am from Germany and I bought in the year 2007 the creative Suite 3.It was installed on an old Macbook Air from middle 2009 which is now unfortunately not working any longer.I bought now another older computer, a Macbook Pro from the year 2011 and I want to install the creative suite 3 premium on this computer.I have the invoice, I got all the numbers to activate the software, but there is no way to choose the CS3, only the CS1 and the CS2.Underneath there ist written, please contact the customer service from adobe. I did that.... spoke with 4 people (big joke... no support in german!) and the last one gave the introduction to login in the adobe community.I did not found anything on this side, about the creative suite CS3. Maybe somebody can help me?If Adobe will not support my Software, what I bought for 1564.99 EURO, I will go crazy! I hope there will be a possibility to do that! Tanja   

Hello,I have a problem with Adobe Genuine Service - it makes log files that take up to 130Mb of space and it makes those files after every system restart and randomly. I know this issue is resolved with update but I cannot download it. I entering adobe's site and then I'm navigating to Adobe Genuine Service updates where I see update from 2 months ago tagged as critical update but I don't see how can I download it. Can someone help me get this update? It's really annoying that this program is constantly taking up space in my laptop.

Hello! I have been looking for several hours trying to find out out to clear the cache on my MAC for my Adobe. I cannot find anyone with a mac that has had this question with the Montery update and I am about to lose it, lol! I ws wondering if anyone could please help me! Thanks in advance!!

Please can someone tell me what on earth is going on with my computer.  I have 1TB SSD memory which is CONSTANTLY full. I had a search around and found that file in Users/Admin/AppData/Roaming/Adobe named CoreSync takes 802 Gigabytes of my memory?? Please tell me what happened here and how to fix this ASAP. Cheers

I bought Creative Suite 5 Master Collection and registered the software at that time, but in the intervening years I've deleted the email account associated with the original registration.  I've had to re-install the software a couple of times on new computers, and thought I was registering the installation with new emails/Adobe accounts, but the Adobe system continues to associate my software with the deleted yahoo account I initially used to register my product with. I did another reinstall a while back on my newest computer, but never completed updating the Adobe software.  Now I can only update via logging in to my Adobe account and downloading the software there, but...  As described, I can't access that old, now deleted, email account. Adobe would have records, I suppose, of the reinstalls.  And, I would think they'd be associated with the email accounts I used during the reinstalls.  I also have the original cd's in their original packaging.&nb

Hello!I have a CS6 and I can't install it on my secound computer. After installation I type my serial number and I can not continue due to some offline problems etc.I had the same problem few yeras ago and Adobe generate new serial number. But I can not use it for my secound computer.

Yes, why does the CC app alerts me to update an CC app or CC apps though they are already updated?   I see this from time to time and today i was alerted that i needed to update my Photoshop 23.0.1 to Photoshop 23.0.1 which makes no sense. Sometimes it want to update all installed apps. Sometimes it sticks until i restart the computer and sometimes it goes awaya fter a couple of minutes.   I see this on several computers, so there is nothing wrong with the computers. I have seen it on fresh installs of Windows 10 and now in Windows 11.   Today it sticks, meaning that the CC app still urges me to update Photoshop 23.0.1 to 23.0.1.   Why? How to solve?    

Bonjour,j'essaie continuellement de mettre à jour Photoshop vers la version v 23.0.1, mais je me heurte chaque fois à un échec avec le Code d'erreur 113.Je n'ai aucun problème avec les mises à jour de Bridge, Lightroom et Camera Raw. Mais je rencontre ce problème à chaque mise à jour de Photoshop, même en désactivant les firewall et antivirus. Comment faire ?

I recently upgraded my MacMini from intel chipset to a MacMini with an M1 chip. DO i need to uninstall Creative Cloud,LRC and Photoshop and reinstall them?

I am having the same error message on only one computer.  I AM able to login to creative cloud on my laptop.  I am UNABLE to login on my desktop.  I AM able to login online.  Are we having the same issues?

I've been tring to install CC on my new 2021 Macbook Pro, however I'm facing problems during installation which makes the machine unusable. During the installation step, were the CC installer opens Safari to verify your account, my device looses it's internet connection. macOS shows that I'm connected to Wifi, but cannot open anything. Same Wifi network works withouth problems on other devices. The frustrating part of this all is, when I close the Safari page, the CC installer does not respond anymore. Unable to close the installer and when openeing Activity Monitor, that even does not respond anymore, so not able to ' Force Quit'. Only way to get out of this all, is to hold the power button of my Macbook until it reboots. I've already tried the CC Uninstaller method, but did not work (as nothing was installed). Hope that someone has experienced the same and has a solution for this problem.  

I have windows 11 and a LR3 CD. I have seen other threads like this with links, but the links don't work.  

I recently switched my Premiere CC subscription from pre-paid to monthly, and after trying to start Premiere, it brought up Application Manager. It's been stuck on a loading screen that says "Please wait for a moment" for five minutes now. What is it even trying to do? What will happen if I close it? Is something wrong?

Every time I try to do an update I encounter very slow downloads. I am on a Fiber network AND I've done speed tests on my end. Everything is fine on MY end. Why are your servers so GD slow!!!!????

Hello,Im trying to install the free Xd starter pack and I get hit with the error message not meeting system requiremnts. but these are my specs...Please help. 

My Win 10 Pro desktop PC's C: drive is very full. I want to install Ps 2022/Lr 2022, any other Adobe CC 2022 app of interest to my F: drive. Vital factors I must consider when doing this:1- I want to keep Ps 2020 & 2021 operational on my PC w/out uninstalling them or making any changes to them (whatsoever....). They are both installed to my C: drive.2- I want any Prefs, menus settings, brushes, actions, 3rd party plugins, skies (for sky replacement), etc. that I currently have installed & working perfectly in Ps 2021 ported into my new 2022 apps. Questions:1- If I go to the my desktop CC > Prefs > Apps > Install Location and select the F: drive will that install any/all Adobe 2022 apps I update to my F: drive - or must I set up that install loc on an app x app basis? 2- If I set my custom install location to F: for the Adobe CC 2022 (and future) updates will they be able to find, sync and bring forward all the items I noted in my 2nd paragraph above

Hi,I just purchased Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2022 - tried to download both apps. The download is VERY slow on fast wifi (>500 Mbps) and fast wired ethernet connection, and hangs at 7-8% then disconnects. I do not have other files using bandwidth and other files download just as expected.Is there an issue with the server that the files are downloading from?Any advice is appreciated - thanks!Brian

I have a non CC copy of CS6 Design STD that I've been using without issue until a couple of months ago. Occasionally when I opened it, it had reverted to a trial and required me to re-enter my serial number. It was inconvenient, but after putting the S/N in again it would work for another week or so.That is until last week. My PC has has some major hardware issues and I've been unable to use my Adobe products. When my software opens I have two options continue the trial or licence the software. If I click licence this software I'm taken to the sign-in window and and endless loop. When I try to sign in a window briefly appears that says "Please wait a moment" and then I'm taken back to the sign in page again. It doesn't matter if I'm logged into my adobe account online or not.I am running Windows 10 64BitThanks in advance

My daughter needs to download Photoshop for school, and has created an Adobe account. However, when trying to download, her MacBook does not have the resources do download the latest version (the processor is a version too old). Is there an option to download older versions which is compatible? Thanks. 

I want to install my Regular Adobe CC 2021 app (purchased yesterday) on my home computer, but I have an Education Adobe CC 2021 app already installed. How can I install my regular version, not an education version, rather than the education app already there?  If I retire and I no longer work at a university, I would have to buy a Regular versinon anyway.  I just want to install the Regular rather than the Education Adobe CC 2021 already installed.  I'm afraid to delete the Educational version because I have a very slow internet connection and if Regular version has a problem and I have to go back to my Education version, it will take forever to reinstall those programs.  I would like to install the Regular version without deleting the Education version.  Anybody have any thoughts or input? Thanks, Peggi
