Download & Install

Hi just bought the lastest Mac book pro and went through the transfer process no problem from my old Mac. Including Lighjtroom 6 that I purchased a few years back. Initially it opened it fine but now it trys to open it but goes to a pop up saying Adobe appication manager required and a link to an adobe page that no longer exists. (Screen Shot attached). I then went onto my Adobe accout and confirmed my purchase is there but that wont let me download it as it says "This installer is no longer available" (Screen Shot attached) I bought this as I dont use it that much and dont want to pay a monthly fee. Dear friends, good morning.I am sorry, but I am very, very upset! ... I spend few years ago A LOT of money for the Creative Suite 6, Master Collection ...Now I see that is almost impossible to make my CS6 work on HighSierra! ... PLS ... is there any way to fix this problem and install CS6 on HighSierra?I didn't use the CaseSensitive installation (or, better saying, I did first time, and I had to reinstall HighSierra with a CaseInsensitive file system). Now it is more than enough, I need my suite, bought with many hundreds of bucks to work! PLS ... Any help to fix this problem?Thank You.Pietro

I was referred to this Forum by a Adobe hotline staff hoping to find a solution here. The problem I have is re-registering my Adobe products after changing a hard drive in my laptop.  CS2 and CS3 were purchased from a vendor at a computer trade show in Taiwan. At the time, they offered CS3 bundled with CS2(I still have the documents and the product in its original boxes/CD to proved my purchase). As I am an occasional user of CS, I don't keep track of news from the Adobe media. Naively, thinking that it is a retail license, and should be able to use it indefinitely. So, I am shock to learn Adobe have stop all licensing of the product and support. I was told this forum is official and will help me out of the mud. So, any help will be appreciated.   Thank You.

Hi, I'am Paolo Cristiano, From ItalyI Buyed a copy (dvd) of Adobe Creative Suite (Education Edition) many years ago; on dvd there is written ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE 5.5. I installed it as mentioned above many years ago and I created my adobe account in order to recive serial number. I did it but for many years I didn't use your software. I lost every things: adobe accounts, email address used for registration, and even pc used to perform installation. Today I only have the dvd installation with product code. So.... There is a way to reinstall evvery thing and obtain serial number.... I can provide photo and documentation about DVD and Myself.... Thanks and Sorry for my English.

Hello, Sorry for my english but i´m from Germany i got a big problem. So I bought the Adobe Cs6 Web & design Premiun version years ago, and i switched from my old computer to a new netbook. There´s just a problem. The serial number seems invalid and the Livechat support couldnt help me. I just need my photoshop back to get the work done. what do i do? did i paid for nothing?

if i click on photoshop of indesign they open fine. however, if I click on prem pro, after effects or pre rush I get nothing. the "open" button highlights but if wont launch the program??  anyone understand whats going on? i have tried installing the apps, installing previous versions but just get the same error. please help 😄

I need to install an older version of Photoshop from the CC desktop app because my mac is older. It is not presenting me with any other versions when I click the three dots next to the app or when I click on Photoshop and go to 'Versions'. I have never installed Photoshop before, but I don't think this should make a difference. How can I download?? I'm in dire need here.

Before you ask. YES I AM NOT INSTALLING ON A NETWORK DRIVE. So I am basically going clinically insane trying to install any CC app.I've tried reinstalling everything. I've tried resbooting my Computer. I've tried everything multiple times. Yet still it gets stuck at 10% then fails and gives me Error Code 176.I've also tried literally EVERY POSSIBLE DRIVE HOOKED UP TO MY PC. (Which are 4 to be precise) I don't know what I am doing wrong but I have Work to do and can't do anything.I hate my life.  Is there any way to install Photoshop without using CC and just using CC to verify after install?

As much as I would prefer to just use PS 64-bit, I have one plug-in that is key to art that I create that only works in PS 32-bit. I have the install files but the install won't run. I get an error about Windows and browser not being up-to-date. Windows 10 and IE are up-to-date. IE is not in compatibility mode. I set it as the default brower, to be sure. I've even run the install file in administrative mode.I'm stuck, unless Adobe has a way to run 32-bit plugins in the 64-bit version of PS, or can help me get PS 32-bit installed.Thank you for reading.

Hello.I have 2 questions regarding the student's plan.Currently, I am residing in Romania and I follow a master's degree at National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA) which I will end it in the follow summer of 2022.I do have an institutionalised mail which is connected to Google.So, I wanted to know, is my country/university eligible for this plan?And, if so, the plan can continue after I finished the degree? I do have to say that, which I can only assume, is that my institutionalised mail will end when I also finish the degree. Can this affect the plan? If I didn't myself express clearly, please do say so.Thank you!

Old topic.  I see community posts from 2019 saying  Photoshop CS2 is dead and all that crap.  It's well known that CS2 is not supported any more.  Is it legal for Adobe to not allow a legal license holder to not use software that they have purchased?  I read over the license agreement and I don't see anything about the license expiring because the software is no longer supported. It seems to be a manipulation by Adobe to get people who don't want to be on their subscription Photoshop to get on their subscription, because Adobe has left them no other options. CS2 still works fine on  my new Windows 10 laptop.  At least it did until the 30 day activation period ended, when Adobe locked me out. I've been an Adobe customer for nearly 20 years and spent several thousand dollars on Adobe software over the years, but apparently that doesn't count for anything. Because Adobe has more money to spend on lawyers than I do, Adobe will "win" th

i don't understand why I can't use the full access after I have paid for it. I can on my phone but when I log into it on my computer it won't work and asks me to sign up and pay again. And start the free trial but I have already done that. I'm not paying twice for the product. And I need this for my work. Why isn't it working and why can't I talk to a support person and not just comment to the community so irritating!!!

I've just moved to an M1 Macbook. All is fine with the exception that I can't load any Adobe CC. This has halted my work entirely. The Manage fonts tab in the Creative Cloud desktop app fails to load and just spins endlessly. The creative cloud storage tab won't load either. All fonts are activiated if I view it from a browser, however they are not accessible in any software pacckages (indesign etc.). I'm completetly stiuck without access to our Brand fonts.  I've uninstalled all software from the only computer and don't have any other accouts / devices active.  I've now idea how to move forward. Can you please help me?

Hi. I've been trying to install and activate Acrobat Pro on a computer which does not have internet connection. I manage to install the app on the computer, however after the installation, I need an internet connection to activate the product.How can I do an activation without internet connection?Can I do activation via phone?

Hello, I purchased a version of lightroom years ago and have been using it ever since. Recently my computer has experienced some issues and I tried to download the software from the adobe site with logging into my account. I used the link that points to the software I have registered with Adobe, however when I click on the link for the Lightroom software, i get the error about the software not being available anymore.  I was on chat with support for over an hour, the only answer i got from them was to purchase a subscription, which i will not do, or post to the community board, where i see this has already been answered, with no solutions that i can see.  Maybe someone out there will have a better solution. But it's hard for me to believe that when i purchased this software and registered it with Adobe, it was under the pretense that the product i paid for would remain available. Now Adobe will not provide me with the software and will not assist with a discount on

Photoshop Elements 2022 not recognizing my serial number from email.  Had downloaded a trial copy but them decided to buy.  Purchased, received confirming emails with serial number, copied the serial number to redemption page, received the message that the serial number was invalid.

i have bought photoshop and elements 2022 for Apple MAC OSX, when i out he code in i cannot install the programmes i get a notification saying cannot open these files because they are for windows only......HELP !!!

I'm trying to install InDesign on my second iMac (Late 2012, running Catalina 10.5.7). I have it running on my main (much newer) iMac already, along with Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, etc. I can easily enough install Creative Cloud, along with all the other apps I need, but InDesign simply doesn't appear in the list of available apps on Creative Cloud. If I go to the main InDesign webpage and click "download" there, the installer downloads, which takes me to Creative Cloud, and then.... nothing happens. I have tried logging out and restarting, I have tried reinstalling everything, I have tried whatever the "Limited Access Repair Tool" is (I get an orange warning pop up about Limited Access), but nothing seems to work. I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but I can't work out what is wrong!
