I am trying to deactivate ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE MASTER COLLECTION CS 6 in an old computer. For that, I go, as I've done many times in the past, to the Deactivate option in the Help Menu of , for example, Photoshop. When I try it, I get the message: "Please connect to the Internet and retry. Unable to deactivate. Please ensure you are connected to the internet and try again. If problem persits, please contact Customer Support". I do have Internet access on that machine and have tried again several times. When I contacted Customer Support they say they cannot do anything because the product is no longer supported. This is a lifetime license and I feel amazed that Adobe does refuses to help when the problem is a fault on their side. How can I deactivate this product? Thanks, Antonio

Hi Folks,I have a monthly subscription to Abobe CC, (just Photoshop basic plan). I have it installed in my main desktop computer, which has Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I also have Adobe CC installed in my other, 'backup desktop' computer, which has Windows 7 Home 64bit as an O/S. The plan is to remove the Win 7 OS drive from the motherboard, (all my desktops are custom-built) and install a new SSD, which will then become the new Win 10 Pro O/S drive, ultimately, a fresh installation.  I'm concerned that Adobe CC may not allow me to install in the new Win 10 O/S if I don't first remove it from the Win 7 O/S, does anyone know for sure? I'm worried that because Adobe will 'see' that I've already got it installed in two computers and refuse installing a new download of the program after I install the Win 10 O/S. Should I perform some sort of removal procedure that satisfies any Adobe security systems? I'm guessing I can just go on w/o worrying about the Adobe s

Bonjour Sur mon mac j'ai un petit disque dur. Aussi je souhaite stocker toutes mes photos (5500/6000 photos) sur un disque dur externe 1to et le connecter sur mon ordi à chaque fois que je souhaite m'en servir.Ce qui me permettra d'avoir en plus d'avoir toujours mes photos avec moi.Vous en pensez quoi ?  à part d'acheter un nouvel ordi.Merci pour vos commentaires

Hi there, I just purchased the Adobe creative cloud suit  since there was a black friday offer.Now I already have the Adobe creative cloud suit installed from an account where I went to a course, but that should expire within any day.So what is recommended here to avoid conflicts with installing it new again with the newly purchased yearly account? Uninstall from windows, by the old account, or do the new installation from the new account recognize the old one and removes it?

All of a sudden I am getting this error message when trying to start up any of my Premier Pro programs....any advice? 

Yesterday, my CS6 applications - specifically Photoshop and InDesign - stopped loading.  They are installed on a MacPro running OS 10.7.5 (I know it is old) since 2012 and was using them because i have some plugins that are not compatible with newer versions, hence I keep using this as Photoshop CS6 was set up just the way I like it.  I do have the most up to date one on my MacBook Pro.  When trying to open any CS6 application it requires me to login with my AdobeID.  When trying to do so I receive the error message to connect to the internet and retry.  Adobe no longer supports it since it is older but I would like to continue using it any help to rectify or remedy this issue would be greatly appreciated.Respectfully.

There was an black friday offer for a 1 year Photoabo 20 GB by Amazon Germany, which I bought.I got the e-mail from Adobe with the coupon code, however big surprise, when I entered it in creative cloud. I had not thougt of my upgrade to photo Abo 1 TB.The system just installed a second Photo Abo with 20 GB, without any warnin or hint or question.I have no use for that, however my husband has an own Photo Abo with 20 GB. I have been having issues with fonts not downloading to CC. As a last resort I chose to do a fresh install of CC to see if that resolved the issue. However, it seems to have made things worse. CC wont reinstall at all. It downloads fine and prgresses through the install page, before saying it will now open CC. The installer closes and then nothing. Any idea how I can get it working again?Using Macbook Pro with M1 Max proceesor.

I am upgrading my MacBook Pro from Mojave to Monterey (10.14.6 to 12.0.1). I have the Adobe CC Photography Subscription, so CC and Apps are up to date, but I show at least 21 Adobe Apps that are 32 bit, which will be incompatible with Monterey. What is the best way to proceed -- without loosing data and settings in Photoshop and Lightroom Classic, but also removing all the old / leftover Adobe software? Thanks!

I have Lightroom 6 on my 2010 Macbook Pro (High Sierra). I just got a 2021 Macbook Pro with the Max chip. I used Migration Assistant to transfer my programs over. I opened Lightroom 6. When I did so, it had a pop up message about how I needed to download some other software to make things compatible or something - I unfortunately don't really remember what it said exactly and can't replicate it. I clicked yes. Then I started getting these "ReceiverHelp will damage your computer" and similar error messages. I think it had to do with Cisco, but not sure. I deleted the files. Then when I tried to open Lightroom 6, it displays the splash screen for less then a second, then closes. I really really want to be able to use this software on the new laptop. Any help? (Note I also posted this elsewhere.) I'm in the process of upgrading from MacOS Mojave to Maverek, but before doing so I wanted to create a virtual machine (running Mojave) to have continued access to the Lightroom catalog I have (just over 100,000 images).  I created the virtual machine, installed CS6 (Photoshop) and went to install Lightroom 6.  I was advised mine was an upgrade and it could not find a previous version.  I installed Lightroom 5 - everything went fine, and then proceeded to install Lightroom 6.  With Lightroom 6, I get stuck at:  Serial Number Validation Please connect to the internet to validate your serial number.When I start Lightroom I get:  Sign In Required:  this works fine.Next:  Access License Agreement:  OKNext: Serial Number Validation: never able to validate?? I checked access to the activatin servers and everything checks out, but I cannot get passed the Serial Number Validation screen. Careeese said: in terms of activation number you're

Hello,  My hard drive got wiped and I'm unable to reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud onto my computer. Lightroom is working fine but whenever I try to reinstall Photoshop or Lightroom Classic the installer won't open and no action happens. 

I've tried every solution including:1) Running Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (and removing everything)2) Repairing Creative Cloud with uninstaller3) Restart PC4) Using an outdated standalone installer (Got stuck aswell)5) Installing Creative Cloud on a different user (administrator)6) Removing everything Adobe related:C:/Program Files, C:/Program Files (x86), AppData/Local, AppData/Roaming, C:/Program Files (x86)/Common FilesThis issue also happens with every Creative Cloud app, and Creative Cloud gets stuck on updating (and "Getting storage information")

Dear All, I have acquired in May 2021 an old "Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium Ret" version with CD and box (on eBay) - of course quite expensive. The serial number was registered to my Adobe account by an Adobe Employee in May via the Adobe Support. I have installed it on my two computers and use it only on one, as per license, although not very often. Now when I am starting the software (Nov 2021) I suddently become a message that that software is not genuine and that I have 10 days interval to take action and accept some of the Adobe offers. Chatting to Adobe they mention that mine is a volume license which is not supposed to be used and it was deactivated due to fraud. Question: can someone safely mentione that this is a volume license instead of a retail license? It seems strange that Adobe has not mentioned it when they initially registered the product and that there is a discrepancy only now. The CD and small box seem genuine and not forged. I have the same problem. I didn't migrate anything but did a fresh install. I'm on a M1 Max with Monterey (12.0.1) - sync doesn't work- managed to install Photoshop & Indesign, but can't install Illustrator- the official uninstaller doesn't run, neither the one included in the CC utils folder, nor the one I downloaded- the log tool & CC Cleaner tools crash on launch What now Adobe? 

I am trying to update the creative cloud from 5.6.0617 to 5.6.0.788. Automatic update to the latest version does not happen. I have tried going to help>check for updates but it says "you're up to date." I then download the Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe, run as admin, and check the version but it still says 5.6.0617. Curious what would cause the creative cloud to not be updated. I have logged out of the creative cloud and have done a restart. But the version does not change. Sur un vieux ordinateur que je souhaite donner à ma fille, j'aimerais désinstaller les applications de Creative Cloud (Illustrator,...) car elles sont déjà installées sur mon nouveau ordinateur. Mon problème est que si je désinsalle sur l'ancien, j'ai peur de les désinstaller sur le nouveau car quand je demande à le faire, on me renvoit sur ma page de compte Creative Cloud. Je ne veux pas supprimer de façon permanente ces applications car j'en ai besoin sur mon nouveau ordinateur. Comment faire alors? Merci pour votre réponse.

I just started a 7 day trial of Adobe XD and it won't install. It gives this message. The application “XD Installer” can’t be opened. I am on a new MacBook Pro with M1 Max and Monterrey. Can anyone help? Mike
