Download & Install

I downloaded the above program but it wont install. Hi there My daughter has accidentally subscribed to photoshop twice (we only realised when our credit card was being charged twice a month).   I would like to cancel one subscription without a cancellation fee as it was a genuine mistake.  How do I get help with this.  Thanks

Hi  I had a computer failure and lost all my programs including Lightroom 6.. I bought this direct from Adobe in 2018 and although it shows up in my account but I can't find a way of installing it on my new computer..

I'm trying to get really old cs5 & 6 versions of adobe programs off my mac. I just set up my new M1 mac and they all transferred over with time machine. I can't seem to find a definitive answer on how to get them off since the uninstallers will not even open anymore.From threads I have read, these old programs may be causing issues I'm having with creative cloud loading my adobe fonts. I feel like dragging to the trash would be the logical solution but I've read this will leave breadcrumbs of the programs on my computer? I'm wondering if the creative cloud cleaner tool will get rid of them even though they are pre cc programs?  any help would be much appreciated!

This is not true. I have been running CS6 on the MacOS prior to Monterey. I just upgraded to Monerey and CS6 does not work. What do I do now?

Hi,for several weeks i cannot start creative cloud. It is just stuck at "creative cloud is loading" and after a few minutes the program just shuts down. In the meantime i can see a short message that "creative cloud takes longer to start than usual" and that i shall reboot the program or windows. I already did:1. restart CC2. reboot windows3. made windows updates4. reinstalled c++ redist5. uninstalled all adobe products and cc, used the cc cleaner tool to delete all remaining files and such, rebootet windows, reinstalled everything6. tried several times the "adobe cc needs to be repaired" tool...7. checked the windows hosts file (no links to adobe here!)and....i think many more that i just do not remember.The result is always the same, adobe cc cannot be started or used at all :(.

While trying to update Photoshop, Camera RAW, etc using Creative Cloud, I get error 306. The latest version of Creative cloud is installed.

Hello!I've bought a new laptop and I've installed my CS6 Masters. But I got a popup that my serial "is already in use by the maximum allowed computers...". When I tried to deactivate on a very old laptop (actually, I forgot I still had CS6 there), there's info about the Internet connection problem, though it works perfectly fine. I've tried turning off windows defender and other protective apps, but it didn't help. Could you help me with that? I still use my CS6 a lot. Best wishes,Paweł

I am from Bangladesh. And I have some friends in Canada, Austria.Now my question is, what happens if my friend buys CC using their payment method (Cards/Paypal)?But log into my CC account. Then am I able to use CC from Bangladesh? They will just buy on my behalf. They are not gonna use it.

I have both a personal and an official account associated with the same email address, but i can't switch to official account. I deleted caches and reinstall but can't switch account and unable to contact the university it office.

I am trying to install my CS5.5 software from the website files.  Once the bootstrapper runs, I am unable to run the install function.   I do have all of the files on a backup drive on my PC from when it was originally installed (a Windows update prompted a clean install) but don't know how to repath the files to make them work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

I found the download but when click on button it brings me back to page about end of life.  The instructions on lower portion of same  indicate another route.  I should be able to navigate to "settings" then "show old apps".  However, I can not find this option to try.  Is there actually a section called "settings" that I can navigate to or should I be looking for something else?

Hello, I recently installed adobe creative cloud and got a message telling me they cant reach the adobe servers. I am running windows 7 sp1. Any help would be great! Thanks

I can not see my files on the creative cloud desk top or Photoshop on a new Mac Mini running macOS Monterey. Also, when I clik on the cloud in the upper right hand corner the window is greyed out and never gets cloud storage information.  I checked the internet connection and it is good.  See screen shots below. Any ideas?

Just trying to open Creative Cloud to get ANY updates. Keep getting to 2% and says I must login as Administrator. ALREADY am (under group policies) Tried restarting - nope. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - nope. Tried everything I can think of. NOTHING works. Cannot update each program from individual programs either. It's NOT a problem in the windows services (everything that s/b on IS on and correct).  Have 2021 everything. Paying out the nose for all this stuff I can't use. VERY frustrating. ANY IDEAS/FIXES? One thing - it worked PERFECTLY before the latest update (as of today's date 10/27/21)
