I was looking in windows credential manager for other reasons and find the attached. Whats all that about, and might it explain why CC app keeps getting confused about me being logged into another PC when I am not?

First I noticed that there were updates available for Photoshop, LR Classic, and Camera Raw. I opened the CC app on my Mac and tried to update those apps.  The "update all" link was grayed out and when I clicked on the individual update buttons nothing happened.  I restarted my Mac and tried again, but the same thing happened. The I came to this page, and as I was typing something into the subject line I get a popup window about CC wants to make changes, asking for a password (see screenshot below). I enter my password and the same window just pops up again. I again enter my password and then the CC app opens and it shows my apps are now uploading. Then I get another popup asking me if I want to update the CC app itself. What is going on with this Adobe?  If this is how it's supposed to work then the engineer who designed that workflow needs some psychiatric help.

Hey, I've just changed to a new Adobe account. I had no problems with logging out the old account and logging in the new account. The programs i had installed with the old account are running perfectly. BUT I can't launch or update these programs since the cloud says reinstall. Is there any way to let the cloud know that these programs are already installed. I am a little afraid of losing all my presets due to reinstallation. Thanks in advanceN.

Dreamweaver worked perfecty until I upgraded my OS to Big Sur (Mac).  Do you have a fix to make it work?

I have a project called Carte Blanche that I did that I need to add to my portfolio, however whenever I type "Carte Blanche" into the page header, it changes to either Blance Card or Flames. Why is this happening? 

Hi There!So I've been using an activated version of adobe illustrator just for personal purpose, and although I was just learning and testing out the software without earning money from it, I felt it's kind of illegal, so my question is, is ok to use this activated version (not cracked) just for personal purpose? and if not can I keep the projects that I built using it?or if I can keep using it till I get a job I'll pay for that period of using it for free?I hope you'll answer all of my questions?Have a good day.

When I try and install photoshop CS6 it comes up with the following error messageInstaller failed to initalize This could be due to a missing file please download adobe support adviser to detect the problem

I have a folder called Adobe CS6 within which is one folder Photoshop within which are two pdf files and one more folder called Adobe CS6 within which are four folders: Deployment, packages, payloads, resources and one file Set-up.exeWhat is this folder? Why is it on my desktop instead of in the more usual programs folder on the C drive? How can I move it to the less conspicuous Adobe folder on my C drive without altering CS6's function.What is the Se-up.exe file and what does it set up? Bridge, perhaps?thank youMelody

Hello everyone, I post here because I'm frustrated. I've spent a month and a half communicating with Adobe support team and they haven't been able to fix the issue, even though they have been remotely on my computer 4 times, made me reinstall CC and Premiere several times, etc. The thing is that I bought a new laptop and now I can't use the Adobe software without internet connection and, even when connected to internet, every single time I start any Adobe software, it asks to login. Furthermore, around half of the times, it says that they can't verify my account (even though I have the full Adobe package and I'm obviously connected to internet). I honestly feel cheated, because this is making me waste plenty of time and energy, and I can't even work when sometimes I urgently need to. But nobody from Adobe helps me. Thus, I would truly appreciate if anyone could help me solve my problem. Thanks! Miguel

Using fresh installation of win 10 (about one week ago) get "update required" message when installing PS Elements 2019

Hi, I'm having a problem installing adobe photoshop through the creative cloud. I'm using mac mini m1 and I've tried few suggestions such as cleaning the tmp file, rebooting the device, etc. I'm new to mac so don't know much of it. Hello,Today I redeemed multiple adobe cloud keys each for 3 months. But while managing my plans it states "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly". So i can't check my expiration date to see if everything worked properly. One thing of note is that i had another plan which i canceled yesterday. I redeemed the code under that plan and it created the new one stating i'll be able ot manage it shortly. TLDR; where can i check the expiration date when the plan states "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" 

Hi. It seems that the server from Adobe has changed address. Online and offline activation for CS6 with a stand alone licence, valuable key, is no more possible.What to do?Thanks for support.Kind regards Thomas. 

Is it possible to install CC PS and Lightroom on MacBook Pro 2013.  On Adobe it states for desktop and ipad.  Just wanted to check before I subscribe.

Is there away to find out what the security code is if it is downloaded on another computer? It ia a Lightroom 6 disc. Of couse I misplaced the code>

I paid for this month of creative could and cancelled the same day, I was promised that I would have the month for CC that I paid for but on recieved email and on desktop app I am no longer a subscriber and only have trial version of apps

When Adobe CC Sync is working, I didn't get connection to the internet. Wifi connection is established and working but with no internet connection.When pausing Sync, internet connection is working. Do you have similiar interferences? I am working on macOS Big Sur with German T-Mobile (Speedport). I have the same issue in another T-Mobile Wifi and with another Macbook. On every Mac is running Adobe CC.

I can't seem to get my after effects cc install past 90%. after I have waited for some time, i then press cancel and rather than going back to an 'install' button, it goes to a 'update' button. i click that and get error - U43M1D204

I'm helping a friend with indesign install. He bought his laptop to my office and we logged into his account and purchased InDesign only for $33/month or whatever the price is. Credit card went through and that InDesign has been installed. But when we click on InDesign it just spins and spins and never opens. We rebooted imac several times and logged out and back into in Adobe account and it shows that InDesign has been install but clicking an ID file just gets a spinning icon. I don't have the computer in front of me. I'm having him uninstall ID again, reboot, then install again. He's on a mac. I don't know what OS he's in but ID was working yesterday before he had to update credit card info. Any advice appreciated.
