the installation stops at 6% and will not move on any further. i have tried resetting my computer and even then it does not work.i tried using the adobe creative cloud too, and it gets stuck on 42% insteadany help?

Bonjour, J'ai acheté (TRES CHER!) ce pack (comprenant Photoshop CS, Illustrator CS et Indesign CS) il y a une quinzaine d'années. Je l'avais installé à l'époque sur mon ordinateur sans problème, avec une clé d'activation à fournir après mon numéro de licence (que j'avais obtenue par téléphone parce que je n'avais pas de connexion internet à l'époque). Aujourd'hui, ayant dû changer d'ordi, je souhaitais le réinstaller, mais c'est impossible car une boite de dialogue s'ouvre et me demande une clé d'activation mais les liens ou num de téléphone proposés pour l'obtenir sont obsolètes... J'ai donc crée un compte Adobe et enregistré mon produit. J'ai eu une assistance au téléphone qui m'a renvoyée sur un autre service qui ne voyait pas quoi me proposer...une aide par chat me conseillait d'installer Creative cloud et Photoshop Express auxquels j'avais droit MAIS ce n'est pas du tout l'équivalent des versions que j'utilise!!!!! Sauriez-vous ce que je dois faire pour pouvoir tout simplement réi

Dell put a new Motorboard and SSD in my laptop without deactivating the Lightroom on the old SSD. Now I have reinstalled Lightroom it keeps saying the licence is already in use. How do I get the licence changed to the new SSD as I dont have access the the Dell took away?

I need some help with the activation of my adobe product. I bought a key for the creative cloud suite and activated it. But when i login to the creative cloud app it tells me that i dont have any active license activated. So the only thing i can do is run a trail for lets say seven days. I can not make use of the license i payed for.   Is there anyone who can help me solve this problem?   Here  is a link with an image of my license   <image showing serial number removed>

where can i download premiere elements 8 to reinstal

I have tried to delete/uninstall Creative Cloud with the Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud tool, but the app refuses to uninstall because there are "still elements that need Adobe Creative Cloud" on my computer apparently. I deleted all apps long tile ago and would really like to know how to trace those programs or files that need Adobe Creative Cloud so I can delete them and move on. I have been trying to delete Creative Cloud for nearly I year now and I am absolutely infuriated by the fact that Adobe does everything in their power to avoid actually chatting with their clients and solve their issues.

OLá eu estava instalando o Potoshop e teve uma queda de energia e quando fui retonar a instalação, ele não instala, ja baixei nosvos arquivos mas não instala, tento desinstala o adobe creative cloud da maquina e tbm não vai... podem ajudar por favor? Obrigado

I have been receing all of my Adobe security text from one number for at least the last 5 months. I just got a new computer and loaded Creative Cloud to it and signed in 2 days ago. I was sent a security code from the normal text #.Then today I got an text from that normal # with a secutiy code - but I had not signed out and did not need a secutiy code to sign back in. I logged in using a web browser and changed my password just in case and logged out of Creative Cloud from my desktops.I went to log into creative cloud on my new desktop and I was sent a secutiy code from a new #. I did not log in.I used my old desktop and signed into Creative Cloud and recieved a security code from the old # I always have been receiving from. Through this process I have updated my password and changed security settings. I continue to recieve confirmation via text with the old text #.It seems strange that I was sent a security code froma new number when trying to log in on my new desktop.Also, before th

As each Adobe Cretive Cloud comes with 2 devices I was going to install it on my personal device to play with. Is it possible to do so without requiring to authenticate as my login is tied into our corporate IAM solution, which blocks authentication from personal devices. Thank you

Hi,I'm subscribed to CC for a year. And just recently, Adove Creative Cloud Desktop in OS X started to display an advert banner for Adobe Stock, under the Apps tab, within the Creative Cloud Desktop app in the Menu Bar.Moreover, when I open the app for the first time after each startup, I'm directed to the Stock tab, which I don't want to use. I just want to open or update my applications that's it.The thing is I'm not subscribed to Stock, and I don't plan to get a plan for it anytime soon. So I don't have any use for this advert right in my Menu Bar.For now I think I will not allow the app to load at launch, and I'm just going to stick to OS X Launchpad to start my applications.Nonetheless, that would be realy appreciated if I could find a way to disable this function, as I like to have my system clean from adverts right in my Menu Bar.Thank you

I have a valid CS6 Master Collection licence and can see this when I sign-in to Adobe.  One of the programs/apps stopped working the other week so I reinstalled using the original DVDs.  Now I am unable to register the product.  The Product registration page tells me that the serial number is not valid.

 I am currently having trouble with is Adobe Creative cloud.  I downloaded the online installer and when attempt to run it it gets up to 1% and then says "The server is not responding currently. Please try after some time(error code: 207)" I have turned off the windows defender firewall,  turned off windows defender antivirus, uninstalled antivirus software, Tried wifi and wired internet connection. I have tried installing on another pc on the same network and it installs fine.  I don't have any ideas left.  please help.

Hello,I am looking to upgrade from lightroom 5 to lightroom 6 and do not want to be stuck with a yearly subscription.  I am looking for the link to upgrade for 79 dollars.  Can someone please advise me what my options are as I can clearly see adobe is pushing everyone to purchase CC and a subscription model.  Apologies this is my first time on these forums - so sorry if the answer should be obvious.Thanks,Matt
