Hi,  Can anyone give me guidance on why there's persistant problems with updates in programmes such as After Effects? I work across 3 windows machines which are newish computers and all encounter the same flakiness and inconsistency when installing updates. The main issue is the installer getting stuck, mostly at 99%, which slows down my days when an update is required. I get a dialogue box saying, "Progress is slower than usual. Working on resolving issues" but it takes forver to resolve. I don't think this is due to internet connection, as the workplace internet connection is good and I have no problems with upload and download speeds in other applications and browers.Some guidance on what takes updates so long to install would be great (as well as why it gets stuck on 99%).Thanks! 

I purchased the "photography plan" but am only able to access Lightroom CC.  Creative Cloud shows I have paid for it but unable to use Classic or Photoshop.  Any tips? 

Hello, I had a student creative cloud account with my high school last year but recently graduated. My student email was deactivated and the student subscription ended. I created a new subscription with a new account and email, and can login in through chrome. Any time I try to open the creative cloud app through the desktop, the screen reads "you have been signed out". When I click the "sign in" button, the screen says "loading creative cloud" and then the orginal screen pops up that says "you have been signed out" and it keeps doing this. I have uninstalled the creative cloud and reinstalled them, and the same issue is occurring. I am not sure how to fix this. 

Hello, I attempted to reinstall Photoshop due to a separate problem, and it's now repeatedly failing to install. I've tried every solution I can see online from making a local administrator account, to finding direct download links, to Adobe support's incredibly unhelpful "just click retry" solution when I indicate my error message on the support site. Hey everyone! Someone can tell me if Adobe Creative Cloud 2021 work well on a Surface Pro 4?

I am currently attending a university design program and purchased a one year student license from the bookstore last September. Today I went to use photoshop and it wouldn't let me open any software because I am "missing payment details". Apparently it is one month until the license ends and I can't use my software until I add my credit card details for my next payment. However, my plan was to purchase from the school bookstore again and not directly in CC. So my question is:A) If I enter my credit card info to use my software this month, will it charge my card even if I buy the school license next month or will I be able to enter a new code and not get charged through CC? OrB) If I just purchase the license from the school store now instead of entering my card info, do I lose a month from my subscription or does the new license set to begin once my current one ends?Thanks!

Hi all,  I have had to have a new hard drive in my imac now icloud apps won't open or install.

Adobe tricks customers into signing year long contracts that they must then pay a large fee to get out of.They offer you one month for free but neglect to tell you that you will then be charged 30 dollars a month for the next year. It is hard to understand why a company with such great products resorts to such cheap measures to rob consumers rather than let there products speak for themselves.

Does anyone know of a source for Adobe AIR 29 or earlier to use with Vudu ToGo?  I had it but it was automatically updated and cannot find it anywhere.  Thanks! 

I bought the cd with adobe photoshop CS5 in the past when I had a computer. But now I got a netbook without a disk drive. How can I install this program without purchasing an external disk drive? Somebody told me that I can download this version of the program from the website and then enter the key written on the disk in the application itself. But I can't find this opportunity on the site.

I purchased the Adobe Suite CS4 many moons ago as a student in college. It came with a PRODUCT CODE for you to then plug that in and verify the student info THEN it would generate a serial number for you.I did that way back when. So then today I updated my Mac Book Pro to BigSur, and now my Suite isnt working at all. None of them. I cant even uninstall them!Trying to add my products within adobe with the SERIAL NUMBER i cannot obtain anymore. PLEASE HELPi dont wanna have to buy this suite again. CS4 works fine for what i do

Hi,Adobe CC apps are suddenly no longer compatible with my maschine. I got notice about updating the system but my system is regularly updated, currently on the latest version 19043 of Windows 10 PRO.Computer hardware installation:Asrock Z87 extreme3;i7 4770K 3.5Ghz 4cores;16G of RAM;G-force GTX 760 2G;primary 500G SSD disc,secondary 2x 1T HDD. I don't know why this suddenly happened, but I can tell I have problems for some time now with loading Adobe CC desktop interface that freezes complete system and force me to reset the maschine. I had also reset windows 10 pro a month ago in hope to resolve freezing system but no success. After that even Lybrary sync doesn't work anymore - it reports error Libraries sync error / Sorry, Your Libraries didn't sync. My computer works just fine while Adobe CC is not in use.  I don't know what could be wrong so please help me find the solution. Best regards,Robert

Hi, I only want to buy the photoshop app. I don't need the full creative suite. Can I download the photoshop app on both PC and MAC, or is this only permitted to people who buy the full creative suite package? Can the monthly subscription/ yearly subscription be cancelled at any time? Thank you 

I subscribed to the basic level of service yesterday and tried to go through the installation process which was interrupted by "unable to reach Adobe servers."  I am at a loss as to what to do to correct this problem.

My registered version of CS5.5 Acrobat Pro is no longer on my system.  I had to download the reader to do a work around but it's not the same.  I logged in and went to reinstall but it's not highlighted for a download.  Can you help me?Tom 

creative cloud apps won't open, I've downloaded everything but still nothing will launch. i'm using a mac computer and nothing is showing up in my application folder either.. please help!

When I click on the create cloud app in the tray or launch it from the menu the app loads, then a small empty dialog box appears with a small creative cloud logo in the middle. Then nothing happens. I can't close the window and nothing responds. I have to force the application closed.The system is running a fresh copy of windows 8.1 and a fresh installation of adobe creative cloud.The only thing i did was change my adobe account password after requested to.The applications I have installed still work but I can't add anything or update any of the apps.This is what it looks like.

Hi. Recently replaced my monitor with another (Samsung) and installed the drivers. Now my Reader doesn't launch. In the Task Manager the Adobe.exe does show but Reader is not available. I presume it may have been an update from Win10. Not sure if the screen install can cause such a problem.   Any help will be appreciated. I am trying to download Creative Suite and Desgn standard on my computer, and an error comes up "Please Close these applications to continue." IT directs me to a Adobe website that tells how to do this, by quitting the application, and then by going into the Mac OS, to Applications/Utilties/Activty Monitor. There you are supposed to be able to quit any applicadtion, but the ones listed in my download "SafariBookmarkS" and "SafariLaunchAgen" do not appear. I quit various other Safari apps (some did not apper to quit), but the message remains.  Can you help me with this? Thank you. David Pendery

If I'm using a businees plan, On how many computers can I install my Adobe app?   According to my knowledge, We can install Adobe applications on more than one computer, activate them (sign in) on two, but use them on only one computer at a time. To activate apps on a third machine, we’ll need to deactivate (sign out) on one of the two current computers first. I just want to know is this applicable for both individual and business plans?   I'm running a small business and I have 3 designers work with me. For, adobe XD, do I need to buy 3 business licenses? or can I do it with only 1 business license?   Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the correct forum... Hi, I've been waiting for the latest updates for more apps running natively on Apple Silicon. I have two computers running Creative Cloud with my subscription: one is an Intel-based Macbook Pro, the other one is a Mac mini with M1. The new updates showed up on the Intel MBP three days ago, however, no updates on the M1 mini till now (Jul 23).   I clicked "Check for updates" several times a day, tried different networks, re-logged-in, etc. Still, no updates on M1 mini. I wonder if it is because Adobe has been pushing updates in different batches based on the device id? Otherwise, I don't know why one device gets it but the other one doesn't.   Please share if you know why or you have any suggestions to try. Meanwhile, I'll continue to wait.   Thank you! Tao

Hi all,ok so I had to reinstall windows on my computer because I had issues with windows update. But my adobe apps worked perfectly. Now my Windows is up to date but I can't seem to install any app from the desktop creative cloud app, even installing the CC app turned out to be really complicated. Indeed I had the MSCV140.dll problem, which I managed to fix by reintalling the missing files.Anyways, when I open the CC app I see a spinning wheel in the top right corner over the little cloud icon, and it just won't dissapear. In the beginning (that is before I followed all the relevant instructions I could find in the threads here) it was because the CC app started updating and could never finish it, so when I wanted to install any other app it was in line behind it and never started. After this I came here searching for solutions so I did execute the app in admin mode, I did delete the OOBE files, uninstall and reinstall the CC app (which again did not work for a couple of times before i
