Hey, i have the following issue right now: i used creative cloud, ae, ps and me without any issues but today i was not able to get into the creative cloud client at all, despite not having any issues logging into it on the website.Here is what i already tried to do: -reinstall cc-use the creative cloud cleaner tool and reinstall it-try logging into it on a different computer-used my phone as a hotspot to have a different network connection-used a vpn-disabled all vpns, firewalls, antivirus-reinstall windows -tried a different account with a demo licence  not sure what i could do anymore, any help would be appreciated  

Hello  I have a strange situation that I want ask if it is allwowed with an "all Apps" license.  I have my main Computer that is windows and I have my windows laptop that both have Photoshop and bridge on it.  I had Indesign and acrobat  on the machines too but it has been removed.  Many of my forms we use for the business, were done by a consultant that used a Mac and the consultant is no longer availalbe. Trying to update the forms,  I have found some discrepencies with fonts and spacing on the forms when I bring them up with windows. Question:I went out and purchased a Mac mini and I want to JUST install Indesign and Acrobat on that machine to update the forms.  All of the mchines are JUST used by me.  Is the rule "two computers"  or "one user"  Am I allowd to intall the MAC version of Indesign on new Mac while keeping Photoshop and Bridge on the windows machine

What can I do to get the pc version of light, I accidentally downloaded the mobile version and paid for it.

Hey all, Long shot, here goes! I'm setting up Shared iPad using Jamf and am trying to find a way to streamline the signin process for Adobe Apps.  The apps deploy as expected and run fine, the issue I'm having is that when someone signs into a Shared iPad, they are are asked to sign in - every time. I've had hit and miss outcomes when launching apps from the Adobe Creative Cloud app (once signed into that). Some apps - such as Lightroom - will offer a 'Continue with Adobe' button, instead of 'Sign in with Adobe, which auto signs in. Where as others apps - like Adobe Illustrator - require a full sign in. I know there are some App Configuration options for the Adobe Reader app, which seem mainly aimed targeting which applications can read/write files, but has anyone come across any info or tips regarding signing in? I have Adobe CC on both my laptop and my main studio computer. However, every time I open an Adobe CC program, this dialogue opens up and says I have to deactivate a device before continuing. "This device" is the same computer called "STUDIO". Why does this happen every time I try to use a CC program? Scott 

Hello, The application prompts me for proxy credentials and indicates that they are not correct. I understand that you acquire them from the system configuration. And these are correct since it navigates without problems. What could be the problem? Thanks a lot.

When I go on Youtube for Photoshops tuturials the layouts there are totally different!My layout are so simple and different and it is hard for me to learn Photoshop. The tool bars dont match at all- and it takes me extremely long time to figure out what is what..... Why is it like this? And what can I do? It drives me crrraaazzzy soooon PLEASE help!!!

I am looking for an official answer from Adobe.  Can Creative Cloud be installed in a terminal server environment?I found this thread, but there is nothing official from Adobe, just hearsay.  Creative Cloud for Teams on Windows Server 2008 R2 w/Terminal Services

Simple question here.If I subscribe to the 25$/month Photoshop plan, do I get Photoshop CS6 Extended or the normal version?It is my understanding that I need Extended in order to work with 3D objects.Do I have my facts wrong?

My Apple computer stopped working several years ago, and now my Windows computer also stopped working. I've already paid for the software twice. I don't want to buy it again. i've been trying to install after effects for hours. i have plenty of space. it keeps going into my background apps on task manager. i got a helper and they tried they're best but they couldn't fix it. and said i needed more ram. i'm confused because i'm pretty sure i have enough, most of my games can be on the highest settings. not getting any install failed notifications or anything. someone please help nothing is even popping up.

I would like to deactivate my Adobe CS 6 Master Collection License (windows).  I can not find the software license listed on my account.  I no longer own the computer it was installed on, and now only own Mac products.  I have contacted a chat person that refers me to websites that are of no help.  I have given the software to another person and they can't open it because it says it is registered to another person (me), yet it does not list it as registered to me anywhere that I can find.  Is there any way to deactivate the license so this other person can use it?Thanks.

InDesign 2017 & 2018 stopped working, with a pop-up window that says "The applications seems to be damaged. Please uninstall and reinstall the application." After uninstalling the apps, and trying to reinstall them, I now get a window that says "The applications seems to be damaged. Please reinstall the application." I have done multiple restarts and also made sure that all unnecessary apps were shut down in the Activity Monitor. Our company does not have a dedicated IT person for Adobe/Mac so this has been dumped in my lap. Any ideas?

Hello, I have a small technical question and I tought someone might help (Im not sure if this is the right place but lets give it a shot). My wife is currently working in Russia and Im working in Switzerland for now. We would like to take the creative cloud subscription (all apps) and its obviously way cheaper in Russia rather than Switzerland.Is it possible for us to buy the subscription in Russia and then share it ? Thanks in advance for your help and we wish you a wonderful day!Jo

As you're all now acutely aware there has been a great push to move everyone onto a subscription based cloud service, but what happens to all those millions of existing customers who purchased legitimate copies of Adobe's creative software. Like many professional creatives I've been using Adobe's mainstay applications since before QuarkXpress but am having great difficulty even validating my legitimately purchased software. When attempting a non-internet validation using the Response Code it now tells me Adobe has 'revoked' my software's serial number. How is that possible? Can I reclaim the £3,000 it's cost me in adobe software purchases, and why doesn't the cloud option give existing customers a discount to it's fraudulent subscriptions 'service'.

I just purchased (well, on trial run) Adobe InDesign. I install it, but whenever I open it I get the message "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application". I've looked through old instances of this error, and tried deleting the Application Manager and letting it reinstall. But the same thing happens. I've unistalled and reinstalled multiple times, but nothing works. I'm using a Mac running Big Sur 11.4. Thanks in advance for any help.

I am unable to uninstall the creative cloud or any of the other apps. I keep getting error 81 that says that another adobe installer is currently in progress. I have tried the creative cloud uninstaller and still get the same message. I have also checked the task Manager and there is nothing running.
