Good Day, I have two separate subscriptions with adobe. One subscription is "Creative Cloud Photography Plan" and the "Creative Cloud Single-App membership for Adobe premiere Pro".I signed up for adobe premiere in 2015 through my paypal account while it appears the creative cloud photography plan was signed up for in 2016 ( I did not sign up for this plan to begin with ).Initially I thought the amount that was being withdrawn from my account every month was for the adobe premiere pro service, so I went in to cancel my account and found that in order to cancel the account I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL amount. After further investigation, I realized that not only have I been double charged for the creative cloud services for the past few months, I had been double charged SINCE 2016. I could not believe it. I live in an area without high speed Internet. I have been using cs5 for years and would like to upgrade. I was recently told that if  I downloaded photoshop it could be used without internet. So I purchased CC. I just cancelled it because it would not work without internet. Why is this not doable?

Hello, I had a copy of creative suite that I'd bought from Amazon.  I got a popup yesterday telling me it wasn't genuine, so I filled out the reccomended forms and paid for an "everything" subscription.   All seemed to be back to normal for a few hours.   I went to lunch and Creative Cloud Desktop updated all the apps while I was gone (yes, I initiated the update).   Now none of the Adobe products that I paid for (twice now) will not run.  I click "Open" for photoshop in the Creative Cloud Desktop and the photoshop launcher window shows up for about 2 seconds then it just goes away with no error or anything.   What is the deal with this software?  Was the illegetimate warning just BS as well and I paid a second time for no reason?

Upon watching the systems hit 0% utilization, we decided to test a theory by uninstalling Adobe CC. Attemp[ting to install PSE 2021 on windows 11.  Installer hangs at installing 0%. Installer is being run as admin. The only way to clear the installer window is to alt tab and kill the process.

I'm receiving this error message when trying to install the latest version of TCS downloaded from Adobe's website: "Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system." Windows 10 and all browsers have been updated. I followed the instructions for editing the registry (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html#fix-error) and rebooted, but nothing happened.

I have been using the PSE11 software for a few years now.  I had to do a factory reboot of my laptop and I cannot get the PSE 11 CD software to work and a friend who is an IT person couldn't get it to work, either.  Can I get online to get it downloaded to my computer using my Key Code? What is the solution?   ~  Tam

I have CC set to sync to a folder other than the default destination. The path is MBP/volume/users/me/applications. Here is where my creative cloud files folder is, and some of the applications.  I have double checked CC preferences, and my sync folder is setup to MBP/volume/users/me/applications. However, all of the apps with purple icons (video and audio editing) no longer like this folder. There are older versions of them in this location, but the updates are going to the following path MBP/HD/Applications. When I open the CC app these same applications are under "Availabe in your plan". Which leads me to beleve that CC isn't even recognizing them as having been downloaded. So I deleted Premiere Pro and Media Encoder to see if I might reinstall them. They continue to download to MBP/HD/Applications. If my sync folder is MBP/volume/users/me/applications, why are some apps downloading to MBP/HD/Applications?  

I have downloaded today but after setting it as my default PDF viewer. When i select a PDF, select edit, then try to change text, it just loses the PDf and reverts to a previous screen i was working on.Why might this be?

I've changed the install location to install photoshop from my local disk (C) to my external hard drive (D) there is 879 GB free on the hard drive. Yet i still get the error code 120. Can anyone help?

Good day.  I have been using Audition 3.0 for several years and finally bought a new computer running windows 8.1 64 bit.  Since Adobe does not activate 3.0 any more, what options do I have to either install 3.0 on my new computer or an equivalent CS product?

Has anyone else had this problem. I am keen for try illustrator. I registered last night. I clicked on the link to download which kept sending me back to the link to request an email for the link. This happened 5 times. I contacted Adobe customer help which was useless. I have still been unable to access the software. Can anyone recommend an alternative? 

July 13th I started the 7 day free trial. On July 16th I cancel the order and get a comfirmation email saying that I've cancelled. On July 21st I get an email from my bank telling me I've been charged 14.99 US$... Have had a chat with someone on instagram, how ever the money has not been yet returned.They say I have to talk to my bank and make them return the money. The money that Adobe has already deduced from my bank account. Adobe... The problem is on your end, fix it.

I bought Audition 3.0 a few years ago.I just bought a new computer.The 30 days has elapsed and now I can't register it.Audition is no longer supported, so they gave me a link to download the program.I've downloaded it, but don't know what to do from here.  Please help.

I shared my collections of bird photographs to albums from Lightroom Classic CC to Lightroom CC. I then organized them into a folder called The Aviary. To display them on the website, I shared them to Adobe Portfolio. I had to share the individual albums but did not want all those pages on Portfolio. I did something and ended up with all the shared albums on one page again called the Aviary. I did the same thing with combining albums of bugs. The problem is I have added several new species of birds to albums in the folder on Lightroom CC. However, sharing those now to Portfolio gives me new pages. I forgot how I added all the original albums onto one page. Can anyone remind me how I did that? Please help.

I can't log off in the creative cloud! I bought the complete package with another email and now I can't use the app!

I have to connect to the internet via cellphone hotspot. The cheapest data packages are daily packages at 1GB or 2GB. This means that if an Adobe download comes anywhere close to these size limits I have to top up my data package. The problem is that when I buy a new package I have to refresh my hotspot. When I do this, Creative Cloud loses connection and my update download is reset to zero. If I'm not careful I can end up downloading half an update multiple times, which uses three or four times the data required for a single download. In SE Asia I suspect most Adobe users connect in the same way and have the same issue. Why doesn't Creative Cloud save the download? Why can't it resume half a download like other applications? Surely the download can be done in packets, to be assembled once the download is complete?

Hi, our Microsoft Advanced protection system detects that there is an active exploit in node.exe in photoshop 2021.It is a particularly out of date version of  8.11.1 and has active exploits.Do we know when this will be patched out? Thanks

So I have a bit of a specific problem here.  At work, I just moved to a new computer and for whatever reason it doesn't let me update my apps in creative cloud to the newest versions.  It says all apps are up to date and no matter if I try and scan for updates in the CC client or download the latest version of premiere (what I need most) off the website manually it caps me at 12.1.2.  It seems to think that that is the highest version.I have googled the problem pretty extensively and none of the solutions helped.  I tried going back to a previous version and updating again, I tried removing and then reinstalling CC completely, I have tried updating through Premiere while it's open and going to the page on adobe's website and downloading the latest version manually as previously mentioned - and it just opened up premiere without updating anything.Now here's where it gets weird.  I told this to co-worker and started working at some of the other workstations inste

I accidentally deleted the Adobe Application Manager through my Antivirus and iMac cleaner software. It is no longer in my trashcan as I didn't realize Lightroom would need it. Lightroom was purchased in 2017, so this was when the software was a one-time purchase type of thing (not a monthly subscription). I tried redownloading the entire software through my account, but the link says that it can no longer be downloaded as the software doesn't exist in the library. I was hoping someone could tell me if there is a different way to just get the Adobe Application Manager?  Thank you in advance!
