Download & Install

Afternoon, all.   I tried to start up Illustrator yesterday, and was greeted by a "we can't verify your subscription status" error. Annoying, as I have things to do (and yes, my subscription is still active and okay according to the website). Additionally, if I start up Adobe CC, I get a generic "unable to reach Adobe servers" error. During troubleshooting I pinged the Adobe servers listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html and found that they resolved to Akamai servers. I assumed that this issue was related to yesterday's Akamai outage and gave it up.   However, I'm still experiencing the same issues today long after Akamai say that the problem should be resolved. I can't access CC or the software I'm paying for. Hi, I can't get my CS6 activated. It's installed on OSX 10.11.6 that runs in a virtual machine of VMWare Fusion 12 on an iMac 2020. Adobe Support confirmed to me that I have one of my two activations ready to be used. But they can't help (they say) with technical issues during the activation, as they themself can only deactivate an older installation but not activate a new one. And as CS6 isn't officially supported anymore that's all they can do and I shall ask the community here to find answers and solutions. That's what I do now. Description: CS6 is installed and updated. Java is installed too. When I open i.e. Photoshop, I am asked to either continue the 30 days test version or license the product. I choose "license" and another window appears, saying that I need to register. I click on "register now", type in my account details and click "register". But all that happens is that I am redirected back to the previous window. No further message. It just doesn't get beyound th

hi! I've read that both Photoshop and Premiere are already available for Silicon without Rosetta, though when I double click the folder to install both apps, I get a message that I need to install Rosetta first... how do I install them without Rosetta?thanks

I have two devices activated in my Photography Plan account but one of them now appears under two slightly different names and it actually looks like I have three devices activated which can't be right. I think this might have happened following the last Creative Cloud or Lightroom updates"Medion on WINDOWS" and "Medion on WINDOWS_64" are the same same device.I currently have both Lightroom Classic CC and the old standalone Lightroom 6 installed on this device and it appears that Lightroom Classic CC is associated with "Medion on WINDOWS_64" while Lightoom 6 is linked to "Medion on WINDOWS". This makes for a very confusing set up particularly when it comes to activation or deactivation of the device either online or by signing in/out using the Creative Cloud app or individual programs. It was a lot easier before when the device just had one name.Does anybody know if this is normal and, if not, how it might be fixed. I have been trying to get help with a problem.  I cannot get Photoshop 12 to work on my Windows 7 computer.  I have spent many hours going around in circles and keep winding up in places like this, which I tried yesterday with no luck.  I believe that there must be a simple solution, but I cannot get to anyone who can help me.  There are no telephone numbers or email addresses that I can find in the Contact Us section.  This should not be so difficult.

I've been talking to tech support since Monday.   Adobe apps , PS/inD/Ai were constantly stopping. I was advised to un then reinstall the apps. When I went to reinstall, I was told I couldn't because my computer has an ARM rather than a AMD processor. Now I'm being told no one in tech support can help! I'm a graphic designer under deadline and can't finish my work!!! 

Hello!  Does anyone know where I can find a download for Adoble CS5.5 Master Suite in a x64 bit version?  I had my original copy stolen years ago.  It wasn't a problem because I still use the same computer.  However, I'm having to purchase a new computer and I will need that Suite installed on my new computer.  Can anyone help?  I would really appreciate it!

I have two Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 editions, and I use iMac 2011 Destops offline.  When I try to install Elements 14 on a refurbished 2011 iMac Desktop I get the message that I must DEACTIVATE the software on other computers.  I do not have it on other computers.Is there any remedy now that APS has stopped supporting the software?

When attempting to install apps, Creative Cloud states that my operating system in incompatible. An error pops up stating that I need Windows 10 (Version 1903 or later). I have Windows 21H1, so I believe this is incorrect. I have uninstalled Creative Cloud using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, and reinstalled it, but this problem remains. I have also ensured Windows is fully up to date.  Any help would be much appreciated,Thanks

Hi Anyone who could help - have just downloaded file for PS Elements on my Mac. On opening the download it pops-up a screen with a User Name (assigned) and requests a password (my PS password doesn't work, neother does my Mac paswsord). Anyone know what goes into this password filed? Thanks PJX 

Hi all, Since Adobe CS6 does not work well on MacOS 10.11 El Capitan, si decided to revert back to MacOSX 10.6.8 on my 2009 MacBook Pro. My attempt to reinstall Adobe CS6 via the installer DVD was interrupted as the installer was unable to recognize any connection to the internet in order to verify the serial number. With the exception of Google, it is not possible to log on to Adobe with any browsers compatible with MacOS 10.6.8 as they are not secure. Is here a workaround?Thx,Warren Westbo 

Hi Community,i am facing trouble when activating CS4 on a new win-PC.I have deactivated the licence on the previous win-PC and tried to activate on the new PC. The licence number seems not working.Finally the support told me that the licence Server for CS4 is shut down. It seems that there is actually no way to acitivate CS4 on a new device. Hi, I'm a school student using my school domain to gain access to the adobe creative cloud. I have no trouble installing the apps on my school computer however, if i try to install them on my home computer i instatntly get a Instaltion failed Any solutions? Thanks, Jake 

Hello. I had to move my hard SSD drive to another identical laptop and now all of my creative suite app say my subscription is expired, but it is not. I can still use all of the apps on another work station.

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows how to tell if you still have a membership from you school. I had a membership in 2019-2020 from school for being in photography they said i would still have it even after I graduated but I don't know how to tell if I do. Adobe keeps trying to have me update payment / buy it again.

Hello, I have a licensed copy of Audition 3.01 that i've used for years. I just changd the hard drive in my Windows 10 PC to an SSD, and now it tells me I need to reactivate. But now I find the activation servers are no longer available. Got not where with a long support chat, although they acknowledge that my serial number is good.   I found other posts talking about some kind of free download that includes a non-activation serial number, but I'm guessing that is also gone now as well? Does anyone know a way to get this going again? I'd upgrade, but I don't use it often enough to warrant the new subscription only versions.   Thanks

Greetings.I just bought a new HP dv6t-7200 PC computer.  It has Windows 8 on it.  I purchased the student version of Adobe CS Design Premium a few years ago and was trying to upload it into my new computer.  When I put in the discs they sound like they're starting but then they wind down and stop spinning.  I checked my "start" screen to view my "c" drive and it doesn't even show that the disk is in the drive.  Can anyone tell me why I can't upload these discus into my new computer?  I get no error messages or any kind of message box stating that I can't upload the discs, so I don''t know what's wrong.  The discus uploaded fine a few years ago on my last HP PC and it's a valid student version set.Please help!nunod

Hi, my PC crashed last week. I have to re-install all my software including my Adboe  Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium from CD.  I entered my serial number that came with the package but the Installer stated that my serial number was revoked.  How can I make it work and install it successfully?  Please kindly advise.   Thanks, Deborah

I currently have a chromebook and haven't purchased Adobe... but in the future I want to become a graphic designer. So please let me know what device you would recommend for using Adobe creative cloud (student discount). 

Yes, people still make DVD's (not my idea). And i know encore is not supported anymore. When you ask someone on the adobe support/chat about the software, you simply get the answer that the software is not supported anymore. if you ask for just the download link, you get the same answer that the software is not supported anymore. if you ask for more information, you get the same answer that the software is not supported anymore. if you ask for advice what software you can use to achieve the same goals, you get the same answer that the software is not supported anymore.  "i've read something about being able to download it with a  "perpetual license", where can i buy that?", guess the answer...When you tell them that this is not "support", you get the answer that the software is not supported anymore.It's insulting. Even if it's not "supported" anymore, there are things you can do to make your customers satisfied.
