Did anyone check the compatibility of current versions of Photoshop and Lightroom classic with the last update Mac OS Big Sur 11.5 ?Thanks

CC used to offer a variety of previous versions of the software, so I never felt like I had to have "auto-update" on. I guess now I should do that, except the newest versions are all incompatible with my system. I can't upgrade my system right now, so I am stuck with some faulty software unless I go through a long chat with someone. I would like to make a request that Creative Cloud offers the latest version that is compatbile with a user's system, rather than their current version and a version they can't access because their system is a year old. Thanks

Hi, i had to change the computer and i need to reinstall the premium version CS4. The new pc has no cd player, is it possible to download the CS4 version somewhere? I have the serial in my Adobe profile, but I need to download the files otherwise I wouldn't know how to install the software.

Hi, Adobe people!I have been complaining for the past however long that I keep getting the message"Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem, but it missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy from "https://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp" with the options to either quit or repair.I have repaired the file about 10 times, uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times(once by uninstalling everything(I mean, EVERYTHING- Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop- EVERYTHING)). I have also ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner. But all to no avail.When I contact one of your customer care people, all they do is ask me to repeat this entire thing over and over. I have left a review to that as well in the mail, but it's clear that you people don't care.Instead of helping me solve the problem, they only care about my graphics card. Good morning, Here'a an odd question. I have Adobe CC installed on my PC for work (I work remotely). It has Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat. All the stuff I use for work as my graphic design. We'll call this Account W (work). But at night, I don't just want to be a print designer, I want to be a 3D artist and animator. So I have an personal Adobe account that I subscribed to Adobe's Substance $40 plan with. We'll call it Account C (cool). I installed this also on my PC. Is there any way I can use all of these programs on my computer without logging out and logging back in again to Adobe CC, switching between Account W and Account C, each time I switch gears? Thanks!

I'm a user of Elements 2020 and a former user of 2019. Today, I bought Elements 2021 and tried to load it on Windows.  After SLOWLY crawling up to 10%, I closed Firefox and suddenly the install stopped.  I didn't think I needed to keep Firefox open, but maybe it needed me to be logged in?  Or maybe it was a coincidence?  Anyway, I logged back into Adobe in Firefox (even though it seems unrelated) and restarted the .exe file.Now every time it gets to 2% installed, it konks out with "Connection Lost: We are unable to reach Adobe servers.  Please check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, then try again. (Error Code 113)."Clearly, from the fact that I can post this, I have internet connectivity. And there's certainly nothing that I changed about my firewall or virus protection (Kaspersky) from the time I got it to 10% (like an hour ago) til now.  I've tried rebooting and that didn't help.  I've tried downloading the exe a number of

Can I have my account on 2 desktops? 

My partner has a Windows 10 laptop and I really don't like it, I have a Windows 8 Asus laptop that I really love. I have absolutely NO interest in windows 10. Is there another way to still use photoshop on Windows 8? 

How can I download an older/previous version of photoshop onto my desktop? My MacBook air doesnt supprot the newest versions, but I still need the app in some capacity. The internet says it should be easy, but there is not an option to download older versions from what I can tell. Please let me know!

I am trying to update my adobe apps using Creative Cloud (on Macbook Pro 2019 running Big Sur 11.3.1) and I keep getting a message saying: "Save your work and close the following programs before continuing:-Adobe CRDaemon-LogTransport2" I have tried fresh installing Creative Cloud but keep getting the same error.  I have also gone into my Activity Monitor and force quit all Adobe CRDaemon apps but still get the error. 

after affects install stuck at 90% .. i tried to close creative cloud .. restart my pc [ am using mac ] and re download it again still stuck at 90% .. tried to dowload from the site same problem 

Hello,  I looking for the same issue on the forum but I don't find anything, I hope I didn't miss it...When I am launching Photoshop, it loads, loads, loads... I got the work desk in background, the news screen above and the rainbow cursor... no other way out, Photoshop is stuck. I upgraded my OS (Big Sur 11.4)Photoshop is well updated tooalready try to uninstall/reinstallalready try to find "Préférences/Adobe Photoshop <version année> Paramètres/" but no folder in my librarymy laptop specifications seems to be ok (Intel core i7 duo / 3,3 GHz / 16Go ram / Intel Iris Graphics 1536 Mo)InDesign & Illustrator work perfectly... I am really blocked and I would be so glad to have your help... Thank you very much,

Can some one help please? I have CC app, 1 licence running on 2 Macs as allowed. 1 machine is at my place of work. It is directly connected to the network and I never have any problems with the app or computer. All runs fine. My Mac at home is coneected to my home network via Wifi. The CC app will not run properly and slows down my whole machine considerably and when it requests an update it has all sorts of issues. Sometimes it clears its self (this has been going on for months) and then seems to run fine again for a while but if I turn off or reboot my computer I've lost it all again and I'm back to square one. I can't keep my machine on all the time! Last night had the same issue. I cleared some memory and anything I thought would slow it down and also installed the new Big Sur thinking new updated software might help but after hours of installing and uninstalling it's still acceptionally slow and CC app not working properly. It's so frustrating I've spent hours trying to sort this.

 I have been subscribed to CC for a couple months now, a few weeks ago I was hit with this error message that appears each and every time I launch the Adobe Creative Cloud app. I have tried virtually every solution I've found on this forum (though most threads are from a few years ago), including using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and completely wiping my PC to factory settings. Each time I reinstall the app I'm met with this same error message making the programme entirely unusable. I'm currently subscribed on the student plan which locks me in over a course of 12 (?) months, but at this point I have been continuing to pay while the programme has been useless for at least one of these months. I was hoping to find a solution, or given the option to cancel my subscription if there isn't a way to receive the service that I'm paying for. Thanks,Jake.

I just signed up for the Adobe 7 day free trial and was given order # and payment dues.When I try to download onto my iPad, it directs me to the Apple store, who then again asks for payment info!  Why is this required twice?  I don't want to be paying Apple again for this trial!!  Can someone let me know if I should proceed?  This is totally confusing!!

On my macOS (Mojave), I have an folder, 'Adobe GCdata' which keeps appearing everytime my computer turns on, with one file within it. It always has zero bytes. I haven't opened Adobe DC Reader recently; no other Adobe products are on my computer, not even Adobe Flash Player.  Is this Malware or a folder created from Adobe?  My antivirus company, F-Secure, thinks it may be a hacker trying to enter my computer. Can anyone in the Adobe Community share a solution? Thanks.

I have an annual photography plan and pay every month for photoshop.The photoshop that is installed on my desktop doensn't work as it is mentionned that the free trial expired.I do not need that free trial as I pay every month for the program.I tried to reinstall, but that didn't change anything. It is still stuck.Who can help me to fix this ?

I'm trying to install Photoshop on my new MacBook Air and I keep getting "Error Code 403."  I followed the steps to fix this error and checked for updates.  According tom that, I am up to date and there's nothing for me to download.  When I retry to install PS, I get the same error code ... again ... and again ... and again ...
