Guten Tag, ich habe Photoshop per Monatliches Abo und NICHT gekündigt, dennoch logt sich mein PC nicht mehr im Photoshop ein, ich soll es testen ?

My programs were uninstalled this morning, even though I made no changes or updates. I am attempting to re-download Creative Cloud but the download is extremely slow and is now frozen. I have tried repairing the installer, but that has not worked. What caused this to happen, and why am I not allowed to re-download the programs?

I just got the most recent Macbook Pro for Christmas and I'm downloading software on to it and I need to download Dimensions for some graphic design work and it says it's not available for devices using apple silicon. I'm not sure what this means but when will Dimensions be available to download on my laptop/ is there a way to get it on to my laptop? Thank you!

Hi.  It possible to find and decrypt the CS6 master collection SN on the nonbooting HD at this point?  Lost my stored SN info & didn't realize it till now.  Or is the SN part of my Adobe account and recoverable?  Bought it back in 2016, so I am certain the vendor no longer has the info if I can even contact them now. Any responses appreciated.  Noticed Jeff Wright responding to a not-too-dissimilar post on this forum, so wondering if Adobe actually has such records. Thanks,Bruce Duncan

A question about Adobe Portfolio. Currently my portfolio is on Square Space. I have my custom domain through Rebel.ca. I have a CC subscription. Question..If I build a portfolio/website with Adobe Portfolio, do I have to find someone like Go Daddy (as mentioned by Adobe) to host it or am I all set to go, just repoint the DNS. If I discontinue with Square Space ($12/mth), will I incur other charges from anyone else in order to have my website up and running with Adobe Portfolio? thank you.ask question 

I deleted my account about a month ago and i got charged for $22.30 from adobe id creative, why is it doing it still, i checked all of the old files for adobe, and deleted all of it, why is it causing this to pour out my cash out for ? 

How are Creative Cloud app personal settings, preferences, libraries, etc., transferred to a new computer?  I see a sync settings feature mentioned but can't find it.  I don't want to sync all my project files and drafts to the cloud.  I can't find a concise, complete, up-to-date answer for how to do this.   I went to my account and hit Resume Syncing and a few new pictures from the other day were uploaded.  I do not want to do this.  All I want is my personal working environment installed on the new system.   Thanks.

Hallo Zusammen, ich musste den PC wechseln, da der alte nicht mehr funktionierte. Nun wird mir bei der Eingabe der Seriennummer immer gesagt sie sei ungültig. Was kann man hier machen?

I had to terminate the process because it wouldnt stop spawning! I have creative cloud on both my computers, desktop and laptop...I recently updated windows on my laptop (on which Im having the spawning issue). I have never experienced this kind of issue but am often annoyed by the adobe background processes and though I have them disabled them at startup, they constantly startup and take up resources when not in use! this time I updated (windows 10) and I was stuck on a black screen for 10 mins having to ctrl+alt+del several times to get response from windows, I look at the task manager and ACGInvokerUtility.exe is spawning non-stop! I, Alt+E on as many as I can and they keep spawning! I use my desktop to find a solution and open my cmd to terminate it!WTF adobe! I pay you monthly! you're more expensive than an MMO and you take over my computer worse than an MMO. Please, have some respect for your clients.

Error Msg : Could not complete your request because Photoshop was unable to communicate with Creative Cloud Desktop.Daily some errors are rising either in photoshop or illustrator. Kindly clear all the issues. Thank you.

The CC window opens fine and all my downloaded apps (photoshop, InDesign, etc) are there but when I click on OPEN nothing happens. I have to open them from applications. They used to open straight from the CC window. I did the whole repair route but nothing. I really don't want to reinstall if I don't have to.

Hallo zusammen, seit vorhin lädt CC endlos bei mir, sagt mir nur immer wieder am Ende das ich abgemeldet sei und mich neu anmelden soll. Wenn ich dann anmelden drücke, siehts auch kurz so aus als würde er mir das Anmelde Fenster zeigen aber nein, tut er nicht, er geht direkt wieder ins dauerladen. Ich habe JEDEN Step dieser Seite mehrmals probiert:https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html?product=Creative%20Cloud%20Desktop&product-version=5.5.0.617&mv=product&mv2=accc Keiner klappt! Außerdem habe ich alles deinstalliert (Lightroom, PS, CC), Windows komplett geupdatet, CC neu installiert. Ich habe mehrmals den OOBE Ordner gelöscht.Ich habe in den letzten 2 Stunden meinen PC sicher 30 mal neugestartet.  Was kann ich noch tun? Sonntags ist der Adobe Support nicht erreichbar. 

i downloaded creative cloud for premiere pro then it gave me 205 error at %8 i dont know what to do i closed the firewall and it still happend please help me

Do you have to deactivate each program individually, or is there a specific manager that you can deactivate the whole CS-6 Suite?

I want to install my old CS6 Photoshop and use my original serial number for it and NEVER install any Creative Cloud anything. I don't want to sign into my Adobe account to run Photoshop beyond registering my serial number if need be. I want it to install just as it did when I first purchsed it before Creative Cloud was required. I don't mind being limited to the earliest version, I don't need any updates and I don't need ACR at all.  Every previous attempt to install CS6 since the release of CC has automatically installed CC despite my wishes NOT to install it. It's like malware or something. I have never and will never subscribe with anything Adobe. I just want to use CS6 like I did when I first paid for it. I might have to find some old disks to find my installer files I first downloaded on the release of CS6, but I should have them somewhere. Later updates of CS6 downloaded from Adobe install CC without asking and with no way to opt out. Attempts at unistalling CC either

I have tried installing my disc of elements 2.0 on a new computer using the serial number on the programme startup screen and system info but it is 22 digits not 24. I have lost the original packaging. any suggestions.Thanks.

Hi I currently run lightroom 6 and it ran out while I was away and now I cant get it to open again was going to reinstall but need my serial number have tried all the ways but cant find it. I was given it lightroom through a chat with adobe so I dont even know if I have one for it. Also cant sign into adobe. 

I'm going to purchase an Apple laptop. I currently own (non-cloud) Adobe CS6. I'd like to download my CS6 from the Adobe website. Is it as easy as accessing my CS6 via Adobe website and downloading? Do I need previous versions of CS in order for CS6 to work? I'm in a time crunch and don't really have time to leave my computer at Apple store for a few days for them to do it.

My iMac's been running slow at startup, and I'm trying to trace the problem.Using the Activity Monitor utility at startup, I see that Creative Cloud is often not responding, and I think it's slowing down the rest of my Mac. However, I do not have Creative Cloud in my list of login items.How do I stop Creative Cloud from starting when it's not in the login list? (I do have Adobe Resource Synchronizer there, not sure if I should delete it.) And if Creative Cloud starts up at login no no matter what, how do I get it to respond correctly?

sorry for grammar mistakes, recently some malicious changes semm to captured but i ignored. it constantly requests keychains again and again even one miniute after.  i called applecare center but they donno either.  Anyway, it seems to be okay after i created other account on macbook.  I have to install photoshop and acrobat working on project at the workplace. so i tried to install at home but it keeps interrupted downloading. Photoshop, Acrobat anything! It bothers me. I really need to use this. please help me.
