Bonjour, je viens d'installer creative cloud sur mon mac pour tester photoshop avant de l'acheter mais lorsque je teste et installant la version d'essai, j'ai directement un message comme quoi ma version d'essai est expirée.Quelqu'un sait-il d'où cela vient et comment régler le problème car j'aimerais bien tester l'applicatif avant de l'acheter.Merci

Hi there,  I have been using Creative Cloud for many years on my old MacBook Pro, mainly Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC and Photoshop. I have now upgraded to a new iMac, have installed Creative Cloud and downloaded the apps i use. When I open Lightroom and Photoshop however, none of my presets, matadata or preferences have loaded, it is just the original Lightroom and Photoshop without any of my settings that are on the versions still on my MacBook Pro. How do I get my new iMac's CC programmes to update with all of my preferences? Thank you,Shannon.

Hi,I work in a school, i have installed the software cs6 aster collection onto pc's many times without issue, the last was last month and now i have come to rebuild a bunch of pc's for an exam use in a classroom that requires the software for the students exam, when i go to install from our school networks software library i input serial key and click install, it then starts and gets to 2% and suddenly stops and error message pops up about an error occurred try the following steps like restart system etc, it also has a link to support and when i click it i get a window explaining it could be to do with the serial key being fraudulent or incorrect or corrupted somehow, can anyone help please as i need to install this program onto alot of pc's ready for exams next week.

Creative Cloud showed me 2 updates for Photoshop, 21.2.9 and 22.4.2. I did the more recent of the two, 22.4.2, but CC keeps bugging me to install the earlier update. Is this necessary, and will I then have to reinstall the more recent update?-David

How can I install my old Master Collection CS5 from an old laptop to my new one? I have CDs, but my new laptop does not have CD drive. Still have the serial numbers, and I am trying to register my product to Adobe (and download) but it says: product already in use (I guess, installed in my old laptop). How can I install this product to my new laptop?Thank you.

The Creative Cloud Application Manager icon in the top menu bar of my Mac disappeared. The old Adobe CS Update icon still existed, so I clicked on that. Up comes a message saying I have to update my Creative Cloud Application Manager, which then launches by itself. Unfortunately it no longer recognizes my password. So, I go to the Creative Cloud web page, try to log in and get the alert to change my password. Thinking this has something to do with the security breach, I create a new password and after the email confirmation I am able to log in. Great. Then I try to update the Creative Cloud Application Manager, but it still won't recognize my password. I've tried it multiple times, but no luck. What to do???

Ich habe siet 3 Jahren PS und LR als Jahresabo. In der Appliktion ewird mir angeziegt das bei beiden das Abo abgelaufen ist obwohl dies im Febr verklängert wurde. Ich kann beides aus der Creatice cloud nicht downloaden und habe zur Option nur Test oder Kauf. Laut Adobe support ist alles bei mir auf grün, d.h. Abo Aktiv . Habe das Cleaner Tool drüberlaufen lassen und alles wie mit dem Support besproche ndeinstalliert und die Create cloud ebenso. Creative Cloud danach neuinstalliert mit demselbem Resulat. Abo ist Aktiv jedoch sind die Programme nicht nutzbar. Any idea?

This has been going on for several months, but is getting worse. When I boot up my Mac Mini I regularly get an error message during bootup that Creative Cloud requires repair or reinstall. This is now happening almost every single time I boot up. Each time I reinstall Creative Cloud and everything works fine until the next reboot, when I have to install yet again. It's driving me insane. Please tell me how to sort this out.Am on Mac Catalina, 10.15.7, on a late 2012 i7 Mac Mini

Hi, I am unable to download the creative cloud app on my mac. The download always freezes at 1.5%. I have tried removing the apps and tried downloading it again, facing the same issue again. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. 

I installed Bigsur and since then I have a lot problems with starting the applications. Should I desinstall the Adobe suite ? Or do you have any solutions to help this. Many Thanks

I just got a new laptop mostly for Adobe software and it took forever to install Photoshop. I found out a lot of others have had the same problem. I finally got mine to install after several times trying and many hours. If you're paying for a subscription this should not happen. It seems there's no fix or answers from Adobe for this either. 

does adobe dreamweaver CS6 work with the big sur update?I realize it is an old program, but it's something I only need to use a few times a year

Hi there, I did everything I found on these forums, nothing helpedI disabled my Antivirus, turned the firewall on and off, restarted my pc, changed the adobe installation folder, opened CC as admin, even connected to my neighbors wifi and I still get the 113 "adobe servers cant be reached" error.  Anyways, this is my error summary:Exit Code: 113 -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 3 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while download FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while download FATAL: Error occurred in download of package (Name: AdobeCameraRawProfile8.0All Version: 13.2.0.73). I got a notification that I have updates available, but when I go to the Apps page online nothing happens when I click any of the Update buttons.

 Photoshop 2021 ships with an end of support version of NodeJS that is currently vulnerable to a number of vulnerabilities that will not be fixed. This then results in vulnerability warnings in Microsoft Defender and other vulnerability scanning tools.C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\node.exe: v8.11.1 I attempted to talk to both Adobe Customer Support and Security Operations about this, and this is my last resort.For others experiencing the same problem, I am aware that the node.exe executable can be deleted, or even upgrade NodeJS in place - I did want to bring this to Adobe's notice just on the off chance they can rev Node in a future update.

I am having problems getting my old apps to work in the Big Sur 11.4The plans seem very expensive and both of these Apps are excellent for my needs and do not need to be updated every month. Can anyone suggest how to get these working without a new plan? I do not wish to go back to OS Mojave as it is a relatively new computer but a shame not to be able to use these Apps - aslo not computer savvy.Mary

I have spent 2 hours with no help online support sending me so many links that I could start a hot dog stand. Nothings worked. Finally, I figured out the extraction file and ran it. CS5 Extended installed, but it is so small (to see) on the screen it is basically unusable!!!!! Online support wants me to post to the forum and has no solutions! HELP!

I want to gift the photography plan (Photoshop + Lightroom) package to my friend in another country.I already have the photography plan for myself.Neither of us lives in USA.I would like to give e.g. 12 months membership to his email address in a "prepaid" way. I don't want to put my credit card details into an account in his name.I would prefer not to rely on third parties to buy it (amazon, adorama etc)What's the official/best way to achieve this?

Literally earlier in the day had the program open and was using with no issues. But then I start receiving this error code.  I've tried uninstalling and everything and it still will not open. Light room and Photoshop work fine. Premiere is essential to my workflow I don't know what to do.

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.  HELP!!

Buenas noches, tengo pago illustrator, en mi casa lo instale sin problemas, voy a la compu de mi trabajo y no me deja, dice que no tengo permiso para la gestion de aplicaciones, puede que sea necesario del administrador de ti para activar la gestion de aplicaciones, alguien me podria indicar que sucede? gracias y como debo hacer para instalarlo en las dos. Hi   I've been a member of adobe creative clouds for several months. My payment is automatic and yet I no longer have access to the programs. I am redirected to the 'free trial'. What can I do to fix this? Thank you.
