Download & Install

Hi   I've been a member of adobe creative clouds for several months. My payment is automatic and yet I no longer have access to the programs. I am redirected to the 'free trial'. What can I do to fix this? Thank you.

I installed Adode Creative Cloud a few days ago, wanting to use photoshop. It was working perfectly fine till today, when i tried to open it, creative cloud was just stuck on "Loading Creative Cloud", and after a while it would say that I was signed out and that I had to sign in again, when i press sign it it brings me back to the login screen, but it automatically signs me in, thing is however after it signs me in it just goes back to being stuck on the loading creative cloud screen, then it would prompt me to sign in again, and it keeps looping again and again. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, messing with my hosts file (no adobe input, limited access repair also came out with 0 results), i've tried everything here (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html) and everything checks out. Idk what else to do, I'm on a free trial and not being able to use photoshop isn't that good for me as it reduces the days i get to use it, please help. (scr

Is there a limit to how many brands (profiles) you can have. I cannot get past the brand name screen. I get a span error message.

With a new PC, I tried to download the software CDs for Photoshop Elements 10. Disc 1 seemed to load OK. Disc 2 claimed the serial number was invalid (same one it had accepted for disc 1). if you open the programme, it says there is a missing URL & won't let me access any tools.

I just paid for the subscription.  I download.  I open the file, it says to double click on the folder to install.  I double click on it and nothing happens.  I've tried multiple times, I'm signed in to my account.  It all should work.  Oh, the first time I tried it it asked for access to my downloads or documents, I can't remember which one.  But it just sits there and doesn't do anything.  Can someone help?

Every time I am working in a program (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) the moment I save the file and then close it, but do not close the program (you know the window with all your recent project pops up), the whole program crashes and becomes unresponsive and I have to force quit. I think it has something to do with the window that pops up with recent files but I am not sure. It started today after I did and update they suggested. *Should note I am on a 27" iMac from 2011 so I can't update past Sierra. Either way, after updating today every time i close a file the program becomes unresponsive and I have to force quit. 

I work with an iMac 27" late 2009. That works fine, but after Hig Sierra I no longer receive updates. I can no longer download and install the latest updates of my Adobe products.I have to wait for the successor to my 27" iMac, the M1. Apple hasn't announced it yet. Now I'm having problems with my computer that require a reinstall of the operating system from scatch. Can I install the 'old' versions of adobe again???

Please some help regarding the error code 81 for uninstalling Adobe Photoshop

I newely installed Adobe Creative Cloud; starting de app the code MSVCP140.dll was not found.I de-installed the app en installed again, but the same code keeps apearing. What can i do? 

I can not download the software it says not found or the file archive of Adobe photoshop elements 11 is missing?

There was a blog post that I found from Adobe that stated M1 support for various Adobe programs. I believe Illustrator, Indesign, and possibly After Effects and Premiere. I may not be accurate on the last. I have checked my activity monitor having the latest updates and they still appear to be running through Rosetta as the type says Intel beside the programs. I was curious is anyone knows how to get the updates that are spoken about in the blog. I show no new updates even 24 hours later.

After sighning in and downloading creative cloud and premiere pro, i had to restart my pc due to a difrent program needing to update before i did both applications opened were already installed and worked. after i resterted they were no longer on my computer and any attempts to re install would lead them to get to 90ish persent before being erased from my pc copmpletly. Anyone have had this happen or knows somehow to fix?? Thanks for ur time.

Hi,I am currently a Creative Cloud subscriber, and only use Adobe Audition. I use Windows 10 but am thinking about buying a Macbook Air or Macbook Pro with the new M1 chip, but have not decided which to get, the Air or the Pro. How do I install Audition on a Macbook using the same subscription that I have on Windows? Would I be able to keep my version of Audition on Windows as well? I know that I can only use the Audition app on one computer at the time. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Alan

Hola, tengo un problema con la descarga de las aplicaciones Adobe. Ante un problema con mi ordenador me ví obligado a restaurar todo a su estado de fabrica. Cuando vuelvo a instalar Windows y todas sus actualizaciones me doy cuenta que ya no puedo volver a instalar las aplicaciones Adobe("Actualización necesaria. Si quieres instalar Photoshop tendrás que actualizar el sistema.").Ayer mismo estaba usando Photoshop e Illustrator Con el mismo Sistema Operativo sin problemas.No encuentro ninguna opcion en el Creative Cloud, tampoco en la seccion de soporte.Alguien sabe como hacer para descargar las versiones anteriores? Sigo pagando por el servicio...Tengo Windows 8.1, entiendo que no es el útlimo pero tampoco es tan viejo.Gracias!

Hi community, greetings from Argentina. My pc isn't compatible with Adobe CC and I'm forced to continue using Adobe CS6 Master Collection, as it still does its job very well. As an underdeveloped country and in the midst of crisis, it's difficult for us to keep up with technology.My problem is that the last time I formatted my pc, I installed the default installation of Adobe CS6, but I couldn't install the updates because the option is grayed out.Is there a direct link to download the latest updates for each Adobe CS6 program? Bonjour, depuis 2-3 mois mon application de bureau CC réclame des réparations aléatoires mais tout de même nombreuses. Je suis sous Mas OS Bigsur, mes softs et mon système sont généralement à jour. Donc régulièrement je fais "réparer" quand elle demande, puis tout fonctionne, elle met à jour les programmes - mais cela peut durer 2 semaines, comme 1 jour ou 5 mn. Certains jours j'ai du la réparer je dirais au moisn 7 ou 8 fois pour qu'elle me laisse tranquille... J'ai aussi tenté une réinstallation totale en désinstallant et re-téléchargeant la dernière version on line pour réinstaller. Sans succès apparent. Ca semble aller mieux ces dernières semaines (1 jour sur 3 envison) mais j'aimerais quand même solutionner ce problème. Merci de votre aide !

Hi, I have an enterprise adobe creative suite license but I still see the status of the apps like Photoshop and Illustrator to be a trial version and XD denotes as the Starter plan which asks for an upgrade. HelloMy customer ask me to instal CS6 on his computer, he give me serial number of his product but where i can  download it? I dont have acces to his adobe acount and i dont want to download it from weard source etc. Last year i instal CS 6 for other customer then adobe send me link to download but i didnt have it now.

I am trying to update my second computer to the latest Cloud update of Photoshop CS 6 but keep getting the following:Photoshop 13.1.2 for Creative CloudInstallation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7Suggestions? Air is installed and current. I am logged in and paid up as a Cloud subscriber.
