Does anyone know if this is still an issue? 

Hi community, greetings from Argentina. My pc isn't compatible with Adobe CC and I'm forced to continue using Adobe CS6 Master Collection, as it still does its job very well. As an underdeveloped country and in the midst of crisis, it's difficult for us to keep up with technology.My problem is that the last time I formatted my pc, I installed the default installation of Adobe CS6, but I couldn't install the updates because the option is grayed out.Is there a direct link to download the latest updates for each Adobe CS6 program? I found this link for Dreamweaver in another post, but the links were disabled:https://www.adobe.com/support/dreamweaver/downloads_updaters.html#dwcs612712I'd appreciate any information in this regard. Bonjour, depuis 2-3 mois mon application de bureau CC réclame des réparations aléatoires mais tout de même nombreuses. Je suis sous Mas OS Bigsur, mes softs et mon système sont généralement à jour. Donc régulièrement je fais "réparer" quand elle demande, puis tout fonctionne, elle met à jour les programmes - mais cela peut durer 2 semaines, comme 1 jour ou 5 mn. Certains jours j'ai du la réparer je dirais au moisn 7 ou 8 fois pour qu'elle me laisse tranquille... J'ai aussi tenté une réinstallation totale en désinstallant et re-téléchargeant la dernière version on line pour réinstaller. Sans succès apparent. Ca semble aller mieux ces dernières semaines (1 jour sur 3 envison) mais j'aimerais quand même solutionner ce problème. Merci de votre aide !

Hi, I have an enterprise adobe creative suite license but I still see the status of the apps like Photoshop and Illustrator to be a trial version and XD denotes as the Starter plan which asks for an upgrade. HelloMy customer ask me to instal CS6 on his computer, he give me serial number of his product but where i can  download it? I dont have acces to his adobe acount and i dont want to download it from weard source etc. Last year i instal CS 6 for other customer then adobe send me link to download but i didnt have it now.

I am trying to update my second computer to the latest Cloud update of Photoshop CS 6 but keep getting the following:Photoshop 13.1.2 for Creative CloudInstallation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7Suggestions? Air is installed and current. I am logged in and paid up as a Cloud subscriber.

I want to install Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.3 that I purchased and installed on my pc in 2013, on my new laptop. Is that still possible / available?

I finally have the paid version through my school but I had made several videos in my freebie account.  How can I now edit them in my better account?  I downloaded them but can't seem to upoad in paid account.  Any advice?  I really don't want to recreate the wheel!Thanks for any and all feedback Mary

Hi, I downloaded the free trial of creative cloud and it worked for a few days but now when I open it, it asks me to sign in, I click the button and it will say loading creative cloud for a while and ask me to sign in again and so on forever. I've done everything anyone has said online. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Adobe's contact us button appears to be broken so guess I can't actually ask anyone from adobe. If anyone could help would be very appreciated.

Need help please with uninstalling my CS6 applications after having to replace my old computer. I have made the switch to Creative Cloud and would like to clean up my new hard drive. I have read elsewhere not to just drag everything to the trash. I have CS4 installed on win 10 and it used to work now it dosen't, now I get "you don't have permission to open this file contact the owner or admin. it's my computer its a pic I took inside a game and saved to my hard drive I have edited them before and uploaded them to the game I get this error message even when trying to uplaod to the game. I restarted the computer and it let me edit the pic but throws the same error message when I try to do anything.

I just purchased a new iMac with Big Sur loaded and knew there would be problems. I have fixed most but this one stumps me: The CC app loads but is unresponsive. I can scroll the icons but when I try to click on them I get nothing. Everything works fine in the online CC so that's my work around for now, but has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?  Thanks! 

Hello! I have the Creative Cloud since a half year. I pay for it. But when I open the cloud now, it says that I have the free version without paying and without all the applications. I can only test the stuff. I need the cloud for uni and work, but I can't do anything. On my account are no bills or anything anymore, but I payed every month. I tried to call the support, but no one picked up 😞It worked everyday since I bought it, but now I'm at a loss.Has someone a helpful advice?

CC is super super slow. I got a super fast computer and this a joke. I had to remove all my own adobe because they wanted me to be on the latest update. You guys create this rubbish product where everything is rendered online. Take forever  to sync all the bull crap. These powerful software require heavy PC computing. So you NEED to make offline mode. I run a design business and can't wait 1-2 mins to scroll down one picture. Its a joke.   What is the solution? I need adobe XD, illustrator & photoshop. All my files are high definition.   I do faster work on my window 95 pc. Solution? I'm paying $84 AUD/ month here. I can pay what ever price just make it convenient. Please

Hi Gurus, My Macbook's harddrive very suddenly died. There was no saving it, so I've requested that older iOS be used for the new h/drive... and I'm now slowly putting all the software back onto it.  The one which is most frustrating (and scaring me) = Adobe Creative Suite from discs.. I have all the discs, original info (with various activation #s, proving I bought -- which did for almost $3k a few years ago). I'm really missing photoshop (Cs6) which I used many times a day.... I have also bought a boatload of plug-ins (Topaz, Anthropics, others -- so many more hundreds of $$).. and without Photoshop to 'hold' these plug-ins, then I lose all that $-investment too. ...   😞 Does anyone have any tips, suggestions, resources (like links, etc)?  Huge Thanks,  m.  

I'm trying to reinstall my Adobe Creative Suite 6 from an older Mac to my new Mac (Sierra) and it won't install.  It says that my software is counterfeit and installation failed... which it is definitely not!  How am I able to install it?  Thanks in advance.

I wanted to convert lot of files from PDF to word for which I already purchased a basic licence and paid Rs 1259 from India. Now I have not been able to install the facility. How to do it please help.

I have CS5 on my windows 10 laptop. I'm updating it with a new SSD hard drive. I do t have an install disk or anything for my CS5.  How would I go about transferring it over to my new SSD?  And how do I find my product key?  Thanks!
