I have an Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 design premium disk. I see the requirements need Mac OS X v. 10.5.9 or 10.6. I have snow leopard v 10.6.3 and I'm wondering if it has to be exactly 10.6 to work?

I bought a Dell computer and purchased photoshop through them. The Dell Delivery app gives me a product code, but no install key, and when I click download, it sends me to Adobe. Adobe doesn't have a record of my purchase.How do I find my install key based on the product code? Help! 

After recent update Me Ae Pr Au (all vdo related app) has the same icon color which is very confusing. I found myself and my coworker accidently open wrong app very often ! Which is very frustating.I hope next update adobe will consider make each icon more identical.

Bonjour, Je bénéfici de la formule étudiante depuis quelques années, mais viens de réaliser que mon abonemment est passé en formule complète (à 59.99e par mois, je n'ai pas les moyens de me l'offrir et j'ignore si cela va continuer, malgré le fait que j'aie énormément besoin d'une liscence pour mes études). Je souhaitais savoir de quelle façon je pouvais réactiver cette formule étudiante, sachant que je ne trouve pas quelle est la démarche à effectuer. Faut-il que j'annule ma formule actuelle pour repasser sur le version étudiante de cette dernière ?Aussi, comment pourrais-je exiger un remboursement de ces paiements qui ont augmenté d'un coup ? Merci grandement pour votre aide.

I am no longer able to launch Photoshop or InDesign. Whenever I try to start Photoshop I get an error message that says "The code execution cannot proceed because CONCRT140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem".  (Spoiler altert: reinstalling did not fix the problem) When I try launching InDesign I get an error message that says "Cannot load the PATH TYPE.RPLN plug-in. It is depedent on the GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in which failed to load. Please check documentation for GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in" I've been working on this problem for hours and cannot find a fix. I've tried reinstalling Photoshop/Indesign, I've uninstalled and reinstalled all of my creative cloud suite, restarted the computer a number of times, I've run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Combed google for insights. Nothing is working.  Photoshop/InDesign had been working just fine on my computer (Windows 10 Pro) until it wasn't. I didn't install any n

runtime is updated, not allowing to repair.  next steps?  

I have a Macbook pro from 2009 with OS X 10.11 I have audition on this computer before and had to uninstall it. I need to reintall, but the current version of Audition is not compatible. Does anyone know a way to download Audition software that is compatible is OS X 10.11? I simply cant afford a new laptop right now, but still need to work! Thanks so much! 

I bought lightroom 3 in 2010. I still have access to my account and my serial number but it will not allow me to download the product even though I bought the "multiple platform". I have a new computer and would just like the product I paid for.

I want to own the Photography plan and did, indeed, own it until I upgraded to this laptop as described in the subject. I read the post that stated that, if all else failed, to create a new Administrator User. I do NOT want to have more than one log in on this computer. Is there any way to know when, if ever, all Photoshop issues will be fixed on M1 MacBook Airs running Big Sur. (not shouting here, just emphasizing: I PREFER USING LOCAL STORAGE AND LIGHTROOM CLASSIC WITH PHOTOSHOP) How do I ever know whent to purchase this plan again? I will admit, I am not the most progressive user, but I am using Luminar and Aurora and DarkTable and Canon's Digital Photo Professional 4. It's a workaround, at best. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hola, comunidad.  Recién adquirí Adobe Cloud y comencé a trabajar con mis apps, sin embargo me dice que tengo una prueba gratuita de 7 días "antes de comprar", no lo entiendo ¿qué necesito hacer para que no se me cobre otra vez? ¿por qué sucede esto?De antemano, gracias.

I have gone through the steps to install photoshop and lightroom, and all goes well until it asks me to open the installer. Then it loads and a dialogue box opens and says "you can't open the application 'Photoshop Installer' because it is not responding." How do I get past this step?

After reinstalling Creative Cloud several times, logging in to the app is not possible. Repair, uninstallation has been done several times, still no direct login to the cloud occurs. I have also tried the solution already suggested in the forum, but have not brought the desired success. Há meses minha creative cloud vem dando o mesmo erro, reparei ontem (03/06/2021) o aplicativo e hoje (04/06/2021) volto a dar o mesmo erro, isso já vem de meses, já formatei meu computador 3 vezes e acontece a mesma coisa, estou realmente pensando em cancelar a creative cloud, por que, meu deus o mesmo erro a mais de 6 meses, eu não aguento mais todos os dias ter que reparar esse aplicativo, se não achar solução irei cancelar o plano

I purchased Adobe CS6 Master collection from ebay from 3 different sellers and all the sellers gave me the same license key, I was able to activate but unable to register when I contacted seller's, their accounts were no longer registered. i beleive they are selling the volume license key to all the buyer's and it is the same key. Can someone email me at  EMAIL REMOVED and I can help with the key for Adobe to check. I have been trying to install the software for the past 24 hours but it fails everytime it reached 8%. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Добрый день. Помогите с решением проболемы: после загрузки creative cloud при запуске приложения появляется белое окно и всё. Больше ничего не происходит. При самой загрузке никаких ошибок не появляется, все устанавливается. Несколько раз переустанавливал - не помогает. Машина: MacBook Air 2021; MacOS Big Sur 11.4; CPU - apple M1. Как можно решить проблему?Заранее, спасибо.

I use Windows 8.1, Adobe doesn't seem to support that OS from cc 2019 version and up. So if I buy Photoshop plan, can I download and use for Photoshop cc 2018?
