Hi, looking for some much-needed help 🙂 I'm working for a web development company trying to implement Adobe Analytics for a mental health counseling website using dynamic tag management (DTM). I hosted the javascript libraries on FTP, and installed the header code at the start of the <head> tag, and footer code at the start of the <body> tag. I enabled Identity service as well. I then installed the Analytics tool. Now, when the site is loaded, if a user is from India he/she is taken to /in page ,and if a user is from Canada he/she is taken to /ca page from the backend. But after implementing, no data is being fetched i.e. the visits/hits are not being counted by the suite. are redirects causing this issue? Am I implementing the code right?
I have Creative Cloud 'Free' at the moment so I can test drive the various apps before commiting. I just installed LR on my Apple Macbook Air (M1) and launched it. It imediaetly displayed a red banner across the top informing me that my trial had ended and I needed to upgrade to use LR. Okay, I get that... but the only problem is I just started the trial today and unless I fell asleep at my Mac for 7 days, shouldn't I at least get to test drive LR? Any suggestions?
Good day everyone,since yesterday I'm experiencing huge issues with Adobe applications.It started by asking me to re-enter my log in information in Adobe Premiere Pro.After doing that the message window closed and another one opened. Nothing for me to enter. It simply was loading something indicated by the spinning circle in the middle of the window. It closes, another opens, and so on... I waited for more than 10 minutes and it kept happening. If I simply try to close this loading message window Premiere in the background closes as well. So I currently can't work with my subscriptions at all. I later tried to open Adobe Creative Cloud. It told me to sign in so I did that, spinning for a bit it just asks me to sign in again. My password was correct. I even use Adobe Authenticator. I already tried to reinstall the apps (Windows 10 20H2), delete certain folders in appdata, initiate the repair function, delete saved log in information in the Windows control panel log in manageme

I'm currently looking to subscribe and install CC for animation work using the Student Discount for budgetary reasons. However, I have long since graduated college which supposedly makes me ineligible. But I've discovered that my college email account remains active as an alumnus. Will that be enough for me to qualify and, if it is, will I still be accepted if I renew my subscription?
I have Elements 10 (Yes, I know it is old, but I don't use it much so I don't want to buy a new version!). I have just bought a new PC. I uninstalled Elements from my old PC, but now I can't install it on my new PC. It says my licence number is invalid (and, yes, I have rechecked my typing several times). Any suggestions as to what I can do, please?
I know this topic has been discussed over and over but 1) I've searched the forums and have not found a suitable answer and 2) despite my searching there's still about a zillon posts on this subject so it's like chasing my own tail! lol Bottom line, I know there's a lot of us in the same boat where we updated our Mac OS to Big Sur and now Encore doesn't work. I was able to boot my computer in Mojave only to learn that Adobe CS4/5/6 (and hence Encore) CANNOT be downloaded. Please help me out, what have you all done in this case? Like others, I have multiple clients breathing down my neck to get their discs and I don't know what to do. There's some talk of other software programs but I can't seem to make heads or tails out of all of it. I GREATLY appreicate any feedback or advice. Question - do you know if it is possible to get Encore app files from a colleague and install it on my computer?? THANK YOU!Eric

I was looking to upgrade my macbook to Catalina OS. I am aware that 32-bit Adobe programs will not work, but that 64-bit programs will. With that said, as the process started, I got a warning that my Adobe Illustrator CS-6 will no longer work with the upgrade. But Illustrator CS-6 is 64-bit so now I'm super confused. And I definitely don't want to lose Illustrator. Has anyone gone through the upgrade and been fine? [Link removed as per forum guidelilnes.] [Edited by moderator.]
I got this pop-up on my mac ( no Adobe products are currently running) and need to know if I can trust this or not: “com.adobe.ARMDC.SMJobBlessHelper” would like to access files on a removable volume. Someone posted the same question in another forum, but the responses were just a series of speculation but no actual answer. Can someone from Adobe answer if I can trust this, a simple yes or no? thank you! M. Ricardo

Hi guys, We upgraded to Indesign 2021 and now we have Adobe Creative Cloud saying it is damaged and needs to repair. We then repair Adobe Creative Cloud, but after a reboot it comes up again. It won't allow me to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud because there are programs already on the computer, and trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud installs but it is very fast so I assume it isn't actually installing, rather that it sees it is already installed and then declares the install has completed. Please see error message attached.
Hi there,Been running CS6 on a Mac since 2017 without issue. Haven't been upgrading the OS but today made the upgrade to Big Sur and now encountering issues with CS6. Therefore I have two questions: 1. Is there any way to get CS6 working on Big Sur?2. If the answer to Q1 is that there is no way (which is what I'm expecting), then how do I uninstall CS6 prior to buying CC. The uninstaller in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers gives an error on launch saying that the application vendor needs to update the program to run on this OS. So it seems like I'm kind of stuck. Can't run the apps and can't uninstall them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I worked on a grant-funded project from 2013 through 2018. we had the full creative suite purchased for the grant staff on grant-owned computers. when we upgraded machines the licenses were moved over to the new machines and the old machines were disposed of. when the grant ended, the staff were given their latest macs and the installed software as a thank you gift (i guess to help ease the sting of our pinks slips). I have been using this CS6 since then and have never had an issue. Today I try to open Illustrator and I get an adobe sign-in request I have literally never seen before. I have NEVER had to sign in, ever, once. These were individual copies of CS6 installed by our IT and purchased for each staff member. Not only do I not have ANY adobe ID that is (or would have been) associated with the serial number, I do not have the serial number because it is only visible AFTER you open the software. TBH, I never thought I'd need to note it down. Can anyone explain why t

I recently had the misfortune of updating adobe... it crashed my computer... had to spend the better part of a day on the phone with company IT support to untangle the mess... since the re-install, each time i launch a browser it opens additional windows and takes me to adobe's sell website... IT IS ANNOYING, INTRUSIVE & UNWANTED. How do i stop adobe from using this predatory practice on my computer.
Hi, I have a CD-Rom licensed Adobe CS6 Student Edition version which I purchased many years back when I was a design student back then. Now that I have recently upgraded to Apple M1 Chip Macbook, how can i install the CS6 onto my new MAC and register my CS6 student license with my new MAC M1Chip MAC doesn't comes with any CD/DVD Rom, so how can I install the CS6 to activate it using the license key printed on the box?
Hi, I followed the instructions on https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/student-teacher-serial-product-code.html and went to https://account.adobe.com/products to register my Licensed CS6 Education (Student) Edition on my account but it gives me "This serial number is already in use." error message. I think it may be due to i have registered it on my previous Mac laptop that is already gives me the "Apple White Screen Death" where there's the Bootup Error - always hang there with the Apple Logo.. So here i am on a new Apple M1 Chip Laptop, but have the error message. Please advice what can i do to re-install, re-register my CS6 on the M1 laptop?Constructive, productively comments and replies appreciated, especially from Official Adobe Support Staff if possible. In Activity Monitor I can see that Adobe CC Libraries are using 90% of CPU and my fully charged MacBook never last more than 2 hours because of that. My battery status is normal. I uninstalled all apps and also Creative Cloud and then reinstall again 2 times, but nothing has changed. Can somebody help? This is super harmful to my MacBook and I need to find a solution how to fix it. Thank you
Hi there, I just got a new MacBook Air and searching my CC for versions of InDesign 2020. I need it to work together with the publisher app «Wood Wing Studio» which doesn't work on InDesign 2021. But my Creative Cloud only show's me versions to intall from InDesign 16.0 upwards. I also had InDesign 2020 installed on my old MacBook Pro running on Big Sur and had no problems with it. Is there any solution for this? Thanks!

I need to register my product and need a serial number. It says to find serial number, go to your registered products. Real nice. I have the full Creative Cloud suite I got from the Adobe website, and it shows up in my order, why do I have to register anything? Anyways it would be great if someone could help with this serial/register paradox.
