I have had $527.87 taken out of my account without my direct permission.I have no reason why I would be paying this much money for a product I did not ask for?I have been using the adobe suit for a few years at teachers rate but now its this huge amount and I can not afford it.I need to see my account details and this is not there!Its against the law and I have banned my bank from dealing with them.Need answers NOW

I signed up for a "one year" plan to Adobe Systems Photoshop, online based photography editing software. The payment for the one year plan was to be made monthly for 12 months ("one year") and charged to the credit card that I had on file. During this time, I received many emails from Adobe for various products and services. I saved all of them. After the 12 months of service, my credit card was automatically charged again on the 13th month as this was the start of the second year of the Photoshop subscription. At no point was I ever notified that my subscription for the first year was about to expire. At no point was I notified if I wanted to renew for a second year. At no point did I agree to subscribe to a second year of service. My plan did in fact state "one year". I reviewed the terms and conditions and there was nothing stating that unless notified, your subscription will automatically renew for a second year. This software will always download the picture or project in a lower resolution than of that during the editing phase.Why is this?How can Adobe hope to attain me as a paying customer if every image I use in Spark Post comes out blurry upon exporting?This is either on iPad, iPhone, or the browser on my PC. I started using Linux full time about 10 years ago because it's so fun and I enjoy the freedom.   I'd love to run Adobe creative products on my Linux computer.   The argument against porting Adobe products to Linux is "too few humans use Linux" but I think this is not the right attitude to have. I have updated to CC 2019.Since doing that all my Adobe apps are very slow to openThey worked fine before

The problem is when i go to control panel and try to uninstall it it takes me to adobe creative cloud and forces me to update the creative cloud when i try to uninstall abode which is wierd. Please help me get around this.

I'm currently using Lightroom 1TB across my iPad, iPhone and new MacBook Pro. This is the Lightroom CC. Purchased it through the apple App Store. I now want to replace this with the Lightroom Photography 1TB package. I guess this is available through Adobe, not the App Store. I evidently can't replace my subscription through Apple with the new product until it expires in a month. Alternatively can I just add Lightroom Classic to my MacBook separately?  I wouldn't get Photoshop this way either. Thanks. 

Hey, does anyone know how I can download PS19. It's the last version that works smoothly for me and it got overwritten today when I updated other stuff on creative cloud. I tried 'older versions' option and they don't go back far enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am stuck at the moment, all versions after 2019 are unusable for me.

How do I stop Adobe Services Password every 3 minutes?  Thank you I think It is Creative Cloud and it started asking 4 19th 2021.  Wants keychain password, when I put password in it will not accept it.Thank you

I am trying to install Acrobat DC and InDesign, but I am not able to do so. When I try to click "install" on each program in the CC desktop app, nothing at all happens. There's no error code, no download failure, and no attempt to download whatsoever. I have tried installing older versions and installing from different tabs within the CC app, but no luck. I definitely have lots of free storage and I should have the system requirements, and I can use Photoshop and Premiere Pro with no issues.

I cannot read Chinese but work in Taiwan. Adobe ID Profile website (for registration and product activiation) keeps showing me Chinese. https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm?nl=1&nf=1&view=snMemActDtls&tab=personal-info&loc=twChanging "loc=us" only works for 1 sec before changing back to tw.My USA account (https://licensing2.adobe.com/) does have my language preference set to English.

My creative cloud is corrupted. but i cant uninstall it due to having dependant programs installed on the computer. however if you attempt to uninstall the dependant programs it attempts to do so through the corrupted creative cloud , which does not load correctly. should i just nuke the folders and hope for the best?

Hi all, I had Creative Cloud and several apps (Photoshop, InDesign) running on my M1 macbook pro up until last night / this morning.  Everything worked reasonably well, bar occasional Indesign crashes (possibly rosetta 2 related tho, wasn't concerned) This morning, I tried to open Photoshop.  It told me that I needed to enter a code, sent to my Gmail account.  I subsequently did said action, then ... nothing.  A blank white screen, all I could do was close the screen, and with it Photoshop.  Tried reopening again, and got a vague error message: "ERROR There was an error with this action.  Try again later." The same error message appeared for every program I'd got installed.  So, I thought, maybe I should just uninstall CreativeCloud and reinstall it.  However, this has got me no further along.  I've tried running the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool multiple times.  I've tried multiple methods of installation,

Hello, I'm not able to install adobe InDesign beacuse the installer UI is too large. Is there any fix. System is windows 10. 

I use win10 and trying to uninstall Premiere, when I do it from apps or control panel, it always open creative cloud apps for me, and then when I click on 'uninstall' in creative cloud app, nothing happens, I tried closing the app and redo the whole thing it just won't react, really need help I can't uninstall Premiere now
