Just so everone knows... 5 days ago i was given a link to download adobe software and after downloading, extracting the files and installing i discovered a security breach where over 45 passwords were stolen from me..... DO NOT LE THESE PEOPLE TAKE OVER YOUR COMPUTER OR DOWNLOAD ANY LINKS FROM ANYONE IN THE CHAT SUPPORT..... THEY WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION!!!!!!

Hi since this morning I get an error message and it's impossible to access my Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud and also same error when I try to install again everything. The download doesn't start and appears the same error.I'm using 2 different accounts on the same computer.I deleted cookies, rebooted everhting but still the same message.I have to say that i've been using the apps for many days without any problem on the same computerWhat should I do? I use a macbook pro.THANKS

I purchased Adobe Premiere pro, downloaded the installer and during the installation of the Creative Cloud I get an error 204.What's the deal here?  I never had this issue with Avid.  I paid for this software and now I cannot get it downloaded and installed on my Windows 10 PC.Cannot manage my account yet to cancel this purchase.  Maybe I should go to a Mac computer and use FCPX instead.If anyone knows what to do, please send a text to the number below.Steve Mullin310-941-6778

What Adobe app will allow me to draw realistic looking drawings as well as animated looking drawings?

I tried to use the McCreator app without logging out while using another account.It's because I've only now detected that the other account's email address was incorrect (it was free of charge, but it was due to be paid).So when I tried to create another account, pay for it, and download it, the creator app made this error.How can I solve this? 

I've just received a new macbook air (M1, 16GB) and set up from my old computer's time machine backup. Creative Cloud is frozen. All CC apps stop responding, nothing loads.  CC will open but I cannot click on anything. I can scroll up and down as seen in the attachment but can't click anything. I can't uninstall CC because it tells me I have apps that depend on it, but I can't uninstall the apps because CC won't let me click on anything. I can't even sign out.  I have deleted everything in OOBE and restarted several times. Only one other computer is signed in to my account, withing the allowance, and that computer is shut down.  I don't know what to do next to get CC to respond. Thanks for your help. 

Hello.I would like to duplicate my default site and continue to edit it as a new site (create a second site in the portfolio based on my existing site.). For example, I have some clients who I don't want to show the full version of the site. I would like to select just some projects and show them and I would like to use a design based on my existing site.It would be better not to do this from scratch each time.Is it possible?Thanks.

Yesterday I was using Lightroom and Photoshop and Creative Cloud asked me to update the apps. As soon as it did, photoshop asked me to sign in again, then gave me error code 205 and kicked me out. Lightroom then said my trial period was over and I needed to buy something. I went to the Creative Cloud application and that asked me to sign in again. Once I did everything worked for about 5 minutes, until it logged me out again.I called support 3 times. Each time they did something to log me in, it would seem to work until they hung up and I started working again and then it would do the same thing. I tried removing all adobe products and uninstalling creative cloud then re-installing it again, same thing. I tried going to a friends house to see if it had something to do with my internet connection, but that wasn't it either.None of the troubleshooting I have found online works. HELP!

I had to buy a new computer, but when trying to install my P.E. 12 it says my serial number is invalid.  I bought the product at Costco & no problems with the original install.  I have a cd , which I copied to a flash drive and then loaded on my new computer.  This would be only the 2nd computer I tried to put this software on.  What is wrong, and how do I fix it?  Thanks, LS

I am attempting to make a clean installation of CC desktop on Win7, but upon completion I am greeted with a blank screen, screenshot included. I also get an infinitely loading cursor whenever I hover over the desktop app, which is the only Adobe product installed on my system other than Acrobat Reader DC. My credentials are confirmed with no issues during installation, and the issue persists no matter how many times I repair with Creative Cloud Uninstaller, or straight up reinstall the whole thing from scratch.I've also tried renaming or even deleting the OOBE folders in both of the following directories:c:\Users\George\AppData\Local\Adobe\c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\I've read that deleting them and reinstalling has fixed the issue for several people, but in my case it doesn't seem to change anything, plus the OOBE folders are recreated after every reinstall which seems redundant. I'd appreciate a quick response since I can't afford to have a system without the

Hi I use Lightroom and photoshop, which i open from mydock on my mac, but when i open the adobe symbol on the top bar of my mac it looks like the attached picture. My question is can I delete the old version of LR & Photoshop with no adverse effects? TQ  

Hi there. I've bought new pc and placed my hard disk with adobe progs into it. To be clear I did not deinstall ayn programm and teh hard drive has the same letter and paths as it was in the old machine.  Unfortunately it doesn't allow me to lciense it and tellst me that my license is already used somewhere forcing me to use test version. Is there any way to fix the problem without reinstalling of the hole master collection? I have like dozens of plugins installed and don't want to waste hours of my time to do this again. On a side note: To activate windows was not a problem just 2 clicks. And it is the poor Microsoft. I really hope Adobe can at least provide the same level of service. 🙂 

Bonjour,la connexion de creative cloud pour le bureau n'est pas conservée, en effet à chaque fois que j'ouvre creative cloud pour le bureau on me demande mon mail (ID) et mon mot de passe ???la connexion saute même sans quitter creative cloud pour le bureau. Cela deviens pénible.Le problème est apparu il y a quelques semaines, mon abonnement est toujours valide, les prélèvements tombent tous les mois.J'ai utilisé les méthodes indiquées par le support, nettoyer avec l'outil spécifique, désinstaller et réinstaller creative cloud pour le bureau plus de 15 fois sans résultat.La connexion Internet est active en permanence.Quel est donc le problème ?Pourquoi les identifiants ne sont ils pas conservé ?merci de vos réponses, car cela deviens lourd pour l'utilisateur de version officielle payées.cordialement.Joël

Há alguns dias eu desinstalei o Adobe Creative, mas toda vez que eu ligo o computador aparece essas seguintes janelas. Já procurei em algumas pastas algo relacionado ao aplicativo mas não achei nada. Alguém sabe como resolver isso?  

Just updated to Creative Cloud 2019 apps, and the colour settings are not staying set. Usually I set them in Bridge to sync the same across the suite of apps, but after clicking apply and then closing and reopening Bridge, the colour settings are out of sync again.Photoshop seems to be set correctly, but I cannot get color settings to stick in either InDesign or Illustrator - they revert back to 'Emulate InDesign 2.0' in InDesign and 'Emulate Illustrator 6' in Illustrator, when they should both be set on 'Europe Prepress 3'.Really annoying - anyone for a suggested fix?

I bought a licence for Premiere Elements in february 2020 and installed it on my Dell desktop and Microsoft Surface Pro. I do not use the program very often but it worked fine on both computers.I last used the program a month ago on my Dell desktop.Yesterday I wanted to use it again and now I get the message the serial number is in use by the maximum number of computers. You need to deactivate another computer.  What has happened?  I double checked the serial number I entered.  Please help me to solve this. The Dell computer runs updates and yesterday the most recent update to my PC updated the BIOS. Has this got anything to do with it.  Even if it has, I want an answer to solve the problem. 

The chat from Adobe Support actually referred me here.I am a legal, official paying CC customer.I use the apps on a Mac Pro, which is now aging and can only run OS 10.11 at most.I recently had to rebuild this Mac and because of that I lost all the apps.Of course, I would prefer a new Mac now, but due to the overall situation, it's not possible at the moment.For my activities, this Mac ran flawlessly with eg Photoshop 2017 and need these apps now unfortunately urgent again.The support can unfortunately not help me directly with older download links and referred me here to the forum.I hereby urgently ask for help, that if someone still has a link to download an older CC version (ideally before 2019), it would be wonderful if someone could post it to me here?I would be extremely grateful and hope someone can be found here!Thanks for reading, stay healthy!

Tech support told me it was, but I'm not sure. I've tried chat help and submitting bug reports and basically gone nowhere with them besides receiving answers , and posting here is the only thing tech support has suggested at this point.I don't know if this was an isolated incident or what. I received a new computer less than 2 months ago and downloaded my CC to it. I don't care for having immediate program updates, as it can prevent me opening programs when I need them, and I prefer to give new updates a few weeks for any potential bug patches. So, when CC was installed on this computer, I basically went through and deselected every option to automatically update that I could find. Since my workload has been consistently busy, I have not updated CC in several weeks. I got help installing adobe premiere elements by remote. It took a lot of hours and this remote helper deleted all my apps, ally bought Adobe programs, all settings, all maps connected to it, all plygins and all settings for both apps, programs and plugins and even the antivirus system from my computer. The support will not help me get all this restored and now I even had to buy another app from them to get work done. I have struggled with this for hours and hours and am crying now. Sooo much work gone, sooo many hours and averything is a mess. On the support they just want me to go to this forum for help. What can I do? So i cant find anywhere where to ask this, not even the behance help replys to me.Here is the deal im trying to make public a project that has my works that ive made so far as a hobby since im unemployed and im still trying to get my 1st job, i figured it would be ok to use works ive made for my friends and for me as a hobby, but here is the kicker damn behance made my project private because and i quote: " Privacy Violation Warning - This project was removed from our public gallery because it contains images of or personal information about another person without their permission.
