Hello People, im having a problem with the adobe creative cloud and premiere... It is only showing me the version 14.9 (previous) and the current (v15), both have a bug (many people experiencing the same, as far as i saw..), when you scrub on the timeline, you get random frames jumping like crazy.. It worked fine on the previous version i had (v14).. so a couple a days ago i installed version 14 and it worked fine again, but i forgot to disable the autoupdate and it auto installed the V15 again, so im having ths problem again, it may seem like a silly problem, but i can't watch the 8 hours of shooting in realtime (or worse, in slow motion) so i need to scrubb on the timeline.... so the problme now is (i dont know WHY) i can't see the previous version anymore, except the version 14.9, still with the bug.. is there a way i can download V14 or roll back the adobe cloud app to a previous version?.. a couple of days ago i was able to see all the previous version of premiere, now i can only

No "Other Versions" when I click at 3 dots and no "Show Older Apps" in preferences?What heppend?

I'm using my Creative Cloud account for two devices (MacPro and MacBookAir). I'm selling the Air would cancel any reference to my Adobe account. I've already uninstalled PS and LR but I see tens of Adobe files spread on the hard disk (most of them in Library folder). What if I cancel all of them? 

Hi, I have an Adobe Portfolio webpage that I editing to add photos of a recent trip I took.  I started with only one page and now find that there are way too many pictures, so I created a gallery page and pages in the gallery for each subject.  I want to move the pictures from the original page to different pages in the gallery.  I know I could upload them again, but it took a long time, and I have text descriptions for each subject above the photogrid.  Thank you!Also, just FYI, I searched in this forum for Portfolio issues, and there was a very helpful person who provided this link to the closed Adobe Portfolio forum, but it just leads back to the main adobe help page. https://forums.adobe.com/community/portfolio/content?filterID=contentstatus[published]~objecttype~objecttype[thread] 

I have updates for cc2017 that have failed.. one being photoshop and the other AI.  I tried uninstalling photoshop through the Creative cloud and it didn't properly install on the computer as it's still listed under program files / adobe and when I try to install it it fails because the folder already exists. Adobe customer care is a JOKE. Everytime I reboot my Mac I have to reinstall Adobe CC desktop, while fails  reinstallation for first 3-4 times. Numerous chat and screenshare with Adobe tech support and no help in fixing this bug.

Hi, I am having trouble saving my contact details in the adobe portfolio. Every time I put them in and press submit only the photo remains and my details are gone. I've tried waiting for a couple of mins to see if it was just loading but this doesn't fix it. I've attached an image with my details removed, but everything is filled out and I've pressed submit.Thanks, Liam

Hello to honered Adobe communityI am an Adobe's fan' & also thanks for the abbility to ask u ,about . that :1. First'  I am not sure if I am now posting this massages ( I hope yes ), because it worked very confusing .. first- , in order to post my massage, I was asked to identify my self with my e-mail, but , it didn't eccept non of all my 3 e-mails ( with giving a red letters explanation ), so the system was actually was blocking me insist of posting a massage . I t was seams lost, & then when I pressed to go backward from this page-& it's somehow jumped me to hear- an unfamiliar  page I am not sure about. so - I will be happy to solve this problem , & that Adobe will recognize on of my mails-( that I gave at my sign in.)2- After download premier rush , surprisingly  it doesn't letting me using it when my internet connection is off. . with the photoshop luckily it letting me allays. . referring probably to that, I get this  

Hello, I changed computer and installed Lightroom 3 (date of issue 11.01.2011), I entered the serial number and the registration data and the program opened, after a while a warning "Electronic registration failed" appeared and I suggested to try from the Adobe.com site, I went to the site but I could not find where to register, kindly ask for help

I installed a plug in for Illustrator which seemed to corrupt all of my Creative Cloud apps. when ever I attempt to open any of them, I get the following two messages in a row:I was finally able to uninstall the offending plug-in and then all the Adobe apps. I removed and was able to reinstall Adobe Cloud, but cannot download any of the other apps. I get the same two messages no matter what I try. HELP! 

Hello dear friends,I was excited to install the latest version of Premiere Pro today, but I didn't want to lose my current version.However, I found that in the latest Creative Cloud version, there is no option at all to downgrade Premiere Pro to a version prior to 14.9?Is there a statement or a workaround for this? 

Hi all,   Today my PC started crashing with Unknown Hard Error messages, black screen and unresponsiveness.   I discovered Creative Cloud Desktop is consuming all my memory.   Killing the task allows me to work normally. Starting the app results in the memory being eaten again. Frankly I don't even understand why this app is installed as I don't use it (maybe authentication???). My only Adobe products are Acrobat and Robohelp.   Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Can't install Lightroom / photoshop - Adobe created password for me. When I copied and pasted in to box to install it won't work. I thought it would just autofill but do isn't. I copied and pasted. Now what? 

I downloaded elements 2021 and it downloaded Creative Cloud Desktop. Inside the cloud I dont find my elements 2021. What happened.

I recently downloaded the Free 7 day Trial but decided it wasn't of much use to me and cancelled.  When I downloaded the trial I was asked if I wanted to use it as a default & I answered yes, not realising that it would change all my saved documents to adobe.  Now I have cancelled the free trial I can not longer open those documents without being asked (again) if I want to pay for monthly Adobe subscriptions (which I don't).  On downloading the free trial Adobe have installed this "Send as Adobe Document Cloud Link - yes / no" but sometimes won't let me check No.  I have seen a post where somebody wanted to "uninstall" this feature but could not really follow twhat needed to be done.  I am not a very advance user (of IT) and it was all rather over my head.  Can someone tell me step by step (in Laymans Terms) how I can remove this feature from my Hotmail account?

Need help: I de-installed Java but the pop-up from Java shows up every time when I start my May. How can I delete-it?

I found a seller in Germany (where I am currently located) that has the CS6 Master suite for an affortdable price, however it lists the language as German. Will I be able ot install the applications in English on a Windows Surface pro 7?Would the software be compatible and prevent me from having to subscribe monthly to creative cloud? I only plan to use it to mess around/edit some photos so paying 20-60EUR/month is not really logical when I can get the CS6 license for 300. Alternatively could I get a CS6 license from US/GB/AUS?

I got Acrobat DC Pro last year and use it on a PC.  I now want to use it on a laptop as well.  On my account, it says I have 2 copies activated, both showing the identity of my PC with slightly different descriptions.How do I find out which one I need to deactivate?I will be deactivating from my laptop as I don't have access to the PC for a day or two.

creative cloud installation issues,it has been several hours since the intalation is blocked at 98.5% without error message, what to do, I have Windows 10 2004 May 2020 Update, 32 GB of memory, a Nitro + Radeon RX580 8GB gddr 5 graphics card Special Edition

I recently downloaded Creative Cloud Adobe and ever since my computer hasn't been working properly. I cannot access most webpages so therefore I cannot open the program to even try and uninstall it. I have tried to fix/repair the issue but Adobe installer can't connect to the server. It says in others posts to uninstall via cc cleaner but as I can't open the program I can't even do this. I just want to uninstall all of the Adobe programs but I can't get anywhere.Can someone please help???Thanks. 

New Mac, Big Sur, 11.2.1. Had been using for a few days, went to eyedrop, new Mac said I needed to grant permission for this step and that a quit would be needed. Opted for a whole restart and upon return AI was in the dock but didn't respond to clicks. Not even beach ball. Uninstalled CC app and then unable to get it past the disk image phase of the reinstall. Same thing, just now on the whole app. 

Hello, After talking with live support I was told to post here about getting an install file for Adobe Flash Professional CC. I pay the monthly cloud fee and have supported Adobe products for over 20 years and I'm having a hard time getting just an install file of a previous software I purchased before. (got a new computer and lost what I was using) I legitmately need that version to do my job since work in the entertaiment industry and we use it for specific exports of art I create.  Someone please help me!-A
