Download & Install

After downloading adobe Xl I get error: serial number you provided is valid but a qualifing product could not be found on this computer. 

So, I just bought this package and installed it.  But during the install, the window that let me select a path and such didnt display correctly, almost like it was a HTML window but the CSS wasnt working.  But I hit enter, and it installed. But, now that its installed, on to the next question.  I start the program and get the "What do you want to do?" screen.  So I click "Photo Editor", which is the only reason I bought the program.  And a new window pops up asking me to log into to adobe for some reason, but it has the same issue the install window had.  It looks like all the CSS is missing and nothing in the window is clickable.  so, Im stuck with a $99 paperweight. Here's what it looks like (and yeah, nothing is clickable):  Honestly, I'd like to uninstall and re-install because i want to put it on a second drive.  But Id like to figure out what the heck is wrong before spinning my wheels.

Hi guys! How can I install Adobe? It shows  me an error   and doesn't allow me to proceed with installation/Thank you  

I uninstalled my trial version of Adobe Captivate because it was glitchy and thought if I installed it, it would fix the error. After uninstalling, restarting my macbook, then trying to install again I received this error: I clicked on the Get Help link and followed the instructions but still nothing. I searched in Adobe Community and found out about the Creative Cloud Cleaner and followed those instructions but it didn't change anything. Please help.

OK I am having issues with Adobe! I can not download/open any of the apps ! I used most of the Apps last semester & now I need the apps but I do not have any idea how to open the apps ! When I attempt to download the Apps they usually get stuck around 8% ! HELP PLEASE

Hi!I have an older version af InDesign that works just fine considering my needs. Now I have a new computer and want to work on that. Seems I managed to download and install a testversion (7 days). Is there no way to upgrade inside InDesign? From test to the version I once bought.I tried to register with my Adobe account, but it refuses to accept my serial number. Says code not valild.Plz help!

I have deactivated the renewal of my Adobe stock plan but on my account page is still showing 10 assets available for me to download. I'd like to know if this is the trick that once I downloaded the image, my cancelled subscription will automatically renew, or these 10 assets are truly free? 

My account on Cloud says I have 3 apps installed. My account on Cloud DESKTOP shows I have 10 installed. Same account, same password, everything. LR says there is an update. I try to update and it says updates have been disabled on this machine. But I am an admin on this account and NOWHERE did I,  or another admin, set this. And nowhere can I find that setting in order to disable it. Desktop Cloud always says everything is up to date, even when it is clear that it is not. Very frustrating. How do I get Desktop Cloud to allow updates and sync with my Cloud account on the web? Thanks in advance!

Are there any current issues with installing adobe apps through creative cloud?  I am trying to update lightroom, photoshop and camera raw.  They are extremely slow to start and then stop completely. I have tried uninstalling creative cloud and reinstalling but this has not helped the issue.

I was not able to install Premiere Pro as part of my CC-Suite Pop up window says I have to quit conflicting process...- I followed the help pages and killed the conflicting processes "AdobeCRDaemon" in Activity Monitor (Mac OSX Mojave 10.14.6), quit Creative Cloud App...opened againI could update Lightroom Classic the same time...Any advice what to do?Really would appreciate...

I've been trying for a week to update after effecrts and animate.  They both get to 4 or 5% then I get an update failed message.  No other info about why or error code.

Probably a basic question, however I have an adobe license and have activated several fonts. However, I would really like to install them on my work computer to use in word etc. Is it possible to download the fonts and have them as a physical file to install the traditional way?Appreciate any help.=N

Hello. I need to use Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Animate in my Multimedia class but I cannot figure out how I can use these apps for the semester. I was told by my professor that I can use the Creative Cloud for free by using my school email. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Bonjour,j'ai acquis ADOBEPhotoshop Elements 2021 & Premiere Elements 2021 - pour Windows que j'ai installé sur un ordinateur portable il y a quelques mois.Aujourd'hui, j'ai acheté un PC et je ne comprends pas du tout comment je peux installer les logiciels que j'ai acquis et installé sur l'autre ordinateur pour les mettre sur mon nouveau PC. C'est très confus ! Quand je vais dans le "Creative Cloud Desktop", il me propose toujours acheter les logiciels ! Or, j'avais acquis une clé de licence et je veux pas ré-acheter le logiciel.  Pouvez-vous m'aider précisément sur comment faire pour installer sur mon nouveau PC sans avoir besoin d'acheter les 2 logiciels cités ci-dessus ?  Je vous remercie pour votre réponse 

adobe creative cloud copied from a macbook air to a new macbook pro does not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled it opens but then nothing works or even closes.

I've been happy with my Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium Windows, English Download since I bought it, my plan was the download version for 599.00.  My machine died ( melted motherboard ) and I want to get CS3 back onto a new one.  Do you still support those of us who bought it outright when that was the only way to get it?  It still exists as a rental, but what about supporting your customers from before the rental plan.  I still have my activation key.

Hi I have a new PC and I want to set up for best use of mainly LR Classic and some Photoshop work. I have a standalone SSD for operating System. Should I use a separate SSD for LR software and catalogue ?Original Images stored on external 10TB Vault with a second 10TB vault backing up IS Creative cloud better on system drive or seperate drive?Does LR run better with a scratch disc?Current system isi7-7700K CPU 4.2ghzSSD 960 Evo 500gbSSD 850 Evo 500gbWD 4TB internal Data drive64gb Ram NVIDIA Geforce GTX950BENQ SW2700PT Monitor     

A couple of days ago a ''library'' folder with a red minus sign appeared in the documents folder. At first I thought  it was something I did  in BlueStacks because it appeard around the same time. But after posting this on reddit and reading other peoples experiences I've deduced that its not BleuStacks but likely a recent Adobe CC update. The Reddit post for reference.  Has anyone else also experienced this?

Hello,Trying to install the latest update of XD (37-1-32) with no success, everytime I run setup.exe I get the "Installation Failed, Please refer to PDApp.log for more information" error Looking at this log just tells me that the MSI failed to run. Is there a bug in this latest install? Thanks,Brett

When will Creative Cloud be ready to run on M1 Mac computers ?  I did't belive it at first, but I had to buy and older Mac to be abel to work with my Adobe licenses... When will I work again ? At Big Sur and M1 ?
