Download & Install

I've tried several apps and the main Creative Cloud installer (I have the all apps plan) and it hangs here every time. I get taken to the browser window (in Chrome, regardless of my default browser settings) and it says:But the installer does not proceed. If I click on "If your browser is not responding, sign in here" nothing happens. I've uninstalled, tried again, then used the Adobe CC cleaner tool and removed everything, tried again, I've gone into the registry and deleted all Adobe keys, I've run as admin and as not, I've restarted and tried installing in Safe Mode with networking. Same results. I've also tried signing out before being taken to the browser, then signing in, then getting the "You're all set!" screen again. I've tried doing that with a different account. Nothing has worked. Prior to this I had only Photoshop installed, and it worked fine. The issue started when I switched to the 'all apps' plan and tried to install acrobat. My college gave me free access to all adobe apps. I recently tried to download another app, so I uninstalled Photoshop for a bit. When I couldn't download the app, I tried to reinstall Photoshop from my college email. It worked, but only gave me a trail. I'm confused as to why it did that. Is there a fix, or should I email Adobe or my college? 

Hi, I have just bought a mac but have a photoshop elements product for windows. does anyone know how to change the product from windows to mac as when I download the mac version and try and install it does not accept the serial number.thank you a lot for any help.

After the photoshop 22.v2 update my .dng files will not open in the current 2021 photoshop from bridge.  They will only open in the 2020 version.  

I had to do a computer refresh yesterday of windows 8.1. I now can't reinstall photoshop or lightroom. I have tried chat but they simply say the download has been removed and I have to upgrade to windows 10 or downgrade to 7. I'd prefer to do neither - I just want to use what I was using. I don't really want to cancel either. I would prefer not to use a third party site. Can anyone help please?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, made sure there is scratch disk space and download space for the app. (on desktop)  nothing is working and it will not show a specific error code to search for help. So please community Adobe, please help me!

Hi. I've been navigating on this website for ages now, trying to do what everyone said to contact a real person for support, I don't find ANYTHING. I am in France, I need to contact a customer service (even in English I really couldn't care less). I cannot contact them by clicking on help or support, I did what was said, yet nothing appears and I am still stuck. (There is no "still need help?" Or whatever) I really don't understand how this business works and how contact option can be so blurry without anything being done by adobe. It really feels like a scam in the end.

For one project i need CS6 illustrator:( i dont use it normally. - i use mostly PS and LR and Pr )I have old  CS6 production Suite - when trying to reinstall it says My serial number is revoked - what a pity - I got the software directly from Adobe - And the number is clearly stated on my order history.1000 % not fake / piracy .  Getting in touch with support feels like a nightmare so any alternative advice ? The link to customer support leads to a page about software piracy ...( not support ) kind of lame ...

I need to upload photos in the Creative clouds before erasing them from my computer.  Unfortunately the Adobe system is creating a Creative Cloud folder in my computer in which it becomes a mirror of the contents saved in the Cloud.  It means taking space in my computer twice for the same photo.  Once in the original folder and a second time in the Creative Cloud folder.  This becomes a real nuisance since my objective is use the Creative Cloud web to save photos before I erase them from my computer to gain space.Can someone tell me how to avoid this situation ?

When running Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator Lightroom, etc. on my Macbook Pro, I often get notifications from CleanMyMac that my 8GB RAM is operating at its full capacity. I know Adobe apps can be very demanding, I can't even imagine running Premiere or After Effects on my computer.  My question: Is it possible to install and run these apps on a Hard Drive or Solid State Drive? I physically moved each application to be stored on my 1TB HDD, however when I am actually using them, it seems like my computer is still doing the heavy lifting as I get the notification of my RAM's capacity again. Maybe I missed a few steps? Or maybe its not possible to speed up usage and reduce my laptop's workload with this method.

My iMac is on v1.12 and is currently unable to install any apps apart from Adobe Photoshop!I cannot update my Imac as it is too old to run any newer system softwares. Is there an older version of adobe cloudwith all the older apps I can download or is there any other ways  I can access Adobe ILLUSTRATOR and INDESIGN without the system requirements??? Many Thanks

Like someone else stated: this answer is incorrect. Should not be flagged as correct. The OP mentions a very serious flaw in Adobe's CC. It should be addressed equally serious. All proposed "solutions" do not prevent multiple unwanted Adobe processes to be loaded and activated.

So I just strated my free 7 days test of photoshop . But the downloading link that i received on my email just redirect me to the same page (the one where you reclaime this downloading link), so i don't have the opportunity to download it, anyone got the solution ? I'm on a chromebook, thanks !

So this issue only started today and its seriously getting on my nerves, the stupid application will just open itself up without me doing anything adobe related, it seems to be every time i open or close an application it will just pop up and its insanely annoying, Please help me because id quite like to keep my adobe products i pay for but if the application keeps randomly opening ill be cancelling and uninstalling everything adobe.
