For one project i need CS6 illustrator:( i dont use it normally. - i use mostly PS and LR and Pr )I have old  CS6 production Suite - when trying to reinstall it says My serial number is revoked - what a pity - I got the software directly from Adobe - And the number is clearly stated on my order history.1000 % not fake / piracy .  Getting in touch with support feels like a nightmare so any alternative advice ? The link to customer support leads to a page about software piracy ...( not support ) kind of lame ...

I need to upload photos in the Creative clouds before erasing them from my computer.  Unfortunately the Adobe system is creating a Creative Cloud folder in my computer in which it becomes a mirror of the contents saved in the Cloud.  It means taking space in my computer twice for the same photo.  Once in the original folder and a second time in the Creative Cloud folder.  This becomes a real nuisance since my objective is use the Creative Cloud web to save photos before I erase them from my computer to gain space.Can someone tell me how to avoid this situation ?

When running Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator Lightroom, etc. on my Macbook Pro, I often get notifications from CleanMyMac that my 8GB RAM is operating at its full capacity. I know Adobe apps can be very demanding, I can't even imagine running Premiere or After Effects on my computer.  My question: Is it possible to install and run these apps on a Hard Drive or Solid State Drive? I physically moved each application to be stored on my 1TB HDD, however when I am actually using them, it seems like my computer is still doing the heavy lifting as I get the notification of my RAM's capacity again. Maybe I missed a few steps? Or maybe its not possible to speed up usage and reduce my laptop's workload with this method. 

I have an old disc for PSP4 but I need a code number to install. Any ideas where to look?   [Wrong product, wrong forum]

My iMac is on v1.12 and is currently unable to install any apps apart from Adobe Photoshop!I cannot update my Imac as it is too old to run any newer system softwares. Is there an older version of adobe cloudwith all the older apps I can download or is there any other ways  I can access Adobe ILLUSTRATOR and INDESIGN without the system requirements??? Many Thanks

Like someone else stated: this answer is incorrect. Should not be flagged as correct. The OP mentions a very serious flaw in Adobe's CC. It should be addressed equally serious. All proposed "solutions" do not prevent multiple unwanted Adobe processes to be loaded and activated.

So I just strated my free 7 days test of photoshop . But the downloading link that i received on my email just redirect me to the same page (the one where you reclaime this downloading link), so i don't have the opportunity to download it, anyone got the solution ? I'm on a chromebook, thanks !

So this issue only started today and its seriously getting on my nerves, the stupid application will just open itself up without me doing anything adobe related, it seems to be every time i open or close an application it will just pop up and its insanely annoying, Please help me because id quite like to keep my adobe products i pay for but if the application keeps randomly opening ill be cancelling and uninstalling everything adobe.

I had Windows and changed to Mac. Now when I try to import photos from my external file I get an error DSC.3337.NEF This never happen with Windows. What is going on and how can I fix this??? 

I'm setting up my new laptop, I download creative cloud, but when I try to run setup. I keep getting this message. Anyone know what I can do?

So this is a weird one and it's been happening for the past six months or so. The creative cloud 2018 desktop app won't keep my apps like After Effects or Premiere Pro up to date like it should. I'm on the most recent version of Mac OSX and my machine has the hardware to run things, I just think it could be a problem with the app itself. For example, my AE app has stayed in 15.0.1 probably since it released or since I had a similar problem updating from the previous version to the most recent. For those of you who don't know already you can update to the most recent version by uninstalling the app and then reinstalling by choosing the most recent version. I'm not sure why the CC app won't update my apps, the recent versions won't appear in the 'Other versions' section of each app either, so it's incredibly weird. Just wanted to bring this up and see what people are experiencing and if there's a fix yet.

Hi, I've been trying to work with Adobe IT but this is going nowhere.  Last night I updated my CC desktop app to the newest version, but when the app opened the only available program to install or update is Lightroom. Bridge and Indesign still work on my computer, but Photoshop won't open at all. I keep getting an error without an error code, it just says that there's an issue with the Application Manager and gives me a link to go to. When I open the link in my browser, it just sends me to my CC web portal. Under Photoshop, the web portal states that the app is available for install on my device. I go to install it and another error sans error code pops up just saying that it's unavailable. The Adobe tech guy I've been chatting with insisted that I update my OS, I did and nothing happened. He had me uninstall and reinstall CC desktop. I did and nothing happened.  Can anyone help me out? I need Photoshop for work amd this is killing me.  I'm running Window

Hi, Since some updates of Creative Cloud, I get an error message in the main windows of Creative Cloud; "You have not access to management features of applications - To manage applications, may be you need an administrator autorisation".  But I am administrator of my laptop (Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19042). I have tried all the tips, the advance techniques and even the CreativeCloudCleanerTool (the one that is used from the command window) but Premiere Pro and After Effects just will not update or install (as I have tried uninstalling, then reinstalling them). The installer has run for a couple of hours The other apps and Lightroom Classic update no problem, taking somewhere between 5 to 20 minutes each, depending on the app. What can I do about Premiere Pro and After Effects as both are currently uninstalled, and refuse to install?  

I have downooaded the PS Elements into the new pc Win 10.  I am unable to get past the sign in prior to use.  Tried numerous times using by Amazon product code.  Can some hlpe please, very frustrating. This error code is not recognised:Something went wrongPlease try again later. Premiere Pro, Media Editor, and the Adobe Creative Cloud apps are all failing to begin. They will all start with a screen that says "You have been logged out of your account, please sign back in" then load for a while, and then ask me to sign in. When I click the "sign-in" button however, I am quickly forced out of the log-in screen and am informed that "I am unable to reach Adobe servers" and that I should "check my firewall", which I did and there does not seem to be any issue there. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps only to run into the same issue.  I have also tried downloading the apps on a different computer but it won't let me sign into adobe stuff there either. Is this happening for anyone else? I downloaded the 7 day free trial of adobe Premiere pro last Sunday and it has been working fine until today. I have two macOS High Sierra's version 10.13.6 that I have been using. If this is a personal account problem, who can I contact to help me resolve the iss
